I had a great experience for my first visit at Innovative Eye Care. I felt that they took the time to listen to my concerns and really cared that my glasses and contacts are working for me. They were also knowledgeable about my insurance and worked with me to make the most of my benefits. All the staff members were friendly, from check in to check out. I’ll be going back!

Dr. Jennifer Brooks is genuine, thoughtful, and a wealth of knowledge. Any and all questions I had were answered with adequate details and passion. I went to Innovative for the first time recently and my experience as been perfect. The staff are so kind and welcoming. The doctor was kind, patient, and answered all of my questions. I have had previous optometrist give me vague answers about LASIK but I finally obtained definitive answers from Innovative. I would recommend to everyone!

Everyone from the receptionist to the glasses tech was friendly, helpful, and quick. My new patient appointment was 1.5 hours including choosing new frames. Could not have been simpler. Dylan did the first part of my exam and he was so sweet and very reassuring (Im one of those who are squeamish about things touching my eye.) Their library of glasses provided the right amount of options: enough that I could try pretty much any look, not so many that I was overwhelmed with options and it took hours to decide.Their COVID protocols were thorough and they were sanitizing every step of the way. Very much appreciated!

I liked the people here. Dr. Brooks took his time in the room to explain different things about my eyes and the best path forward for me. What I did not like were all the extra costs at the end. With contacts, I always have to pay a little extra beyond what my insurance covers, but they seemed to charge extra for everything! Even the part where he flips the lenses to narrow down my prescription which is just a basic part of an exam. I liked the people but I will not be coming back here.

Dr. Jennifer was incredibly patient with my daughter who struggles with sensory issues and has autism. She was willing to try every possible option to get the prescription needed and I was impressed with her kind and patient spirit. The rest of the staff were equally as kind and helpful.

The positive experience that I had started the minute I booked the appointment; Erin was excellent and gathered my information to streamline my need to fill out the paperwork once I would arrive at the clinic. As I stepped through the front door, the waiting room was clean and organized. The check-in process was efficient and the staff, especially Tressa, were kind and pleasant and exceeded my expectations. Caleb, the individual that performed the tests prior to seeing the doctor, was extremely professional and thorough. When it came to seeing the doctor, Dr. Brooks talked through all the results of my tests and explained each and every procedure. And lastly, Ian did a great job in explaining the costs and options that were presented to me. He even tried to save me some money.I highly recommend this clinic and the staff. In fact, my wife is excited to book her first appointment with them soon.

What an amazing place to get your eye exam. The staff is friendliest as can be. The atmosphere is pleasant. Everything is clean as could be (especially during a Covid-19). The doctor I had, took his time to explain anything I had questions on. I would definitely recommend this amazing place to anyone looking for an eye exam or any eye needs.

We love Dr. Brooks. Both of them. Its a far drive for us to Edmond but it is so worth the drive to us! Their staff is SO nice as well. They do a good job scheduling and not over scheduling so I almost never have to sit and wait hardly any time at all. They have some of the latest equipment and a very very nice new facility. I cant say enough good stuff about them.

I love these doctors and staff! They have always been able to help me with my eyes and the I’ve never experienced any long waiting or problems. I came in for my annual exam and ended up getting lasiks instead and have had excellent follow up care from the whole staff. Their communication is frequent and clear, appointments are easy to make and run on time and the whole place just operates right! Well done!

Ive gone to Dr. Jennifer Brooks since before this place was open. She and her Husband Matt are both great optometrists. There entire team is so helpful and friendly They have the latest equipment that allows them to do the best job possible. My favorite is the retinal camera which lets them see my retina without dilating my eyes and gives them a much clearer image. I highly recommend this office to anyone needing eye care.

With eyes like mine, most optometrists have given up, but both Dr. Matt, Dr. Jennifer and their staff have persevered through a long process. Their confidence and care never wavered. Excellent eye care! This is a husband and wife team. Both are very knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. They have extended services for cataracts and other special needs. Love Dr. Jennifer and her staff! Location is very convenient and the variety of glasses is good. Only down side is that theyre a bit pricey. Even after applying a very good insurance policy (not just a discount plan) I still had to pay out of pocket for drs fees, lenses and frames. You get what you pay for though, so over all were still very pleased with them!

Dr. Jennifer Brooks performed a very thorough exam on my son and myself. She listened to my many questions and concerns and addressed them. She is great with children and adults alike! This is important with small children. I would highly recommend both she and her husband to my friends and family.

This place is great! Im not really sure what Marty McFly is complaining about. I wasnt asked to pay for any hidden fees and I dont even have insurance. Prices are consistent with other similar offices, but the service far exceeded anywhere Ive ever been. I highly recommend both Dr. Matt and Dr. Jennifer!

Gave me too strong of a prescription and would not change it. I told them that I could not see with that prescription I could not drive or read . I almost got in an accident because it made my eyes blurry, I told them that and they told me to go somewhere else they would not give me the right prescription . Did not give me any type of refund so I ended up having to go to another eye doctor and paying for another exam . The doctor would not even talk to me face-to-face he did it through his secretary .

The staff and doctors at Innovative Eyecare are excellent in meeting my needs, especially with my bad vision. Dr. Brooks did an excellent job in explaining the latest eye care treatments along with the improvements in contact lens technology. She worked with me and my new brand of contacts have eliminated my dry eyes and are extremely comfortable. The screening was carefully done and never felt rushed, which often times I felt at other eye care specialists. The entire screening was done with the doctor, unlike other offices Ive been to in the past.The care I received after was excellent as well as I had several questions about contact solutions and the other Dr. Brooks ended up knowing my patient history and provided great feedback for me. If youre looking for great service and trustworthy doctors, I highly recommend this office!

Arrived at the office mid-morning without an appointment to replace my prescription sunglasses.I was greeted crossing the threshold into the office - discussed my insurance coverage, selected frames, had the lenses marked and was out the door in under 30 minutes. Thats what I call customer service!!

I have my whole family going to Inovative Eyecare. Me, my wife, three kids, and my mother as well. The doctors are able to care for my family from age 7 to 75. Always very thorough and courteous. Havent ever had to wait. Appointments always start on time.

Ive been seeing Dr. Matthew Brooks for my eyecare for five years and highly recommend him to others. I have extreme myopia and have always been very sensitive about my nearsightedness. I have had optometrists who made jokes about my vision or gave me doom and gloom scenarios. Dr. Brooks is just very pragmatic - he tells me about what to watch for but also reassures me that there is no reason to panic about the status of my eyesight. He takes as much time as I need to discuss my concerns. I never feel rushed. Everyone on the staff has always acted with professionalism and courtesy. I feel like my eye care is in good hands at Innovative Eyecare.

The office is very friendly and knowledgeable. The optometrists are very personable. Very relaxed atmosphere.

The office lacks full disclosure with pricing and fees. After my exam I was surprised with a $88 fee for a contacts fitting. No one in the office, or the doctor, stated I was going to be charged to try a pair of contacts. After a few hours the office manager called back stating I would get a refund. This is of little consolation because I would have contested the charge with my credit card company and filed a complaint with the Oklahoma Department of Health. I pulled my records and will be going elsewhere.

(Not sure if they are optometrists or opthamologists!) I look forward to my next eye exam. They can be trusted. Also, my wife had cataracts removed. They do not do this at this particular place, but the follow-up by Innovative Eyecare for my wifes surgery was excellent.
