I used to love this OnCue but it’s starting to frustrate me. The kitchen always takes a decent amount of time and I understand that so I decided to use order online for the first time to eliminate the issue of time. I get to the store 10 minutes after it’s supposed to be complete and it’s not done. They openly admitted to forgetting about my order and I still end up having to wait for it. What’s the point of ordering online if you still have to wait?

Used to love this location now I avoid it. Today my husband tried it again and he ordered a wrap then prepared a hot dog, the hot dog had one drop of cheese on it- cheese was out - manager wanted to charge him for cheese but would not replace cheese so he could actually add cheese to the hotdog- then the manager (tag on shirt said this) failed to ring in the wrap he had the slip for. The manager threw away the hot dog vs. replacing the cheese to allow us to put cheese on the hot dog - he was charging us 0.40$ for said cheese after this childish display of throwing hot dog away we went back to cafe area to pick up wrap we ordered and the same manager failed to ring this into the payment amount like he completely overlooked the slip of paper given to him. Back to the front counter line again, wait in line again to pay for the wrap that is low ready for pick up and the manager says “ I’m refusing you service “. It’s his fault for not ringing it up to begin with! So now he has wasted a hotdog and a wrap! I certainly hope corporate knows about the wasted food he is causing in this store. Needless to say 7-11 is a mile up the road and they may not have the same food but they do have Customer service unlike this store - rip OnCue it won’t take long for you to go under within this type of service

I just visited this location and a particular female employee was so horribly rude to me about my ID. Apparently this is not the first time she has been this way (she’s quickly gaining a bad reputation). My boyfriend and I used to frequent this location for their great sour beer selection and costumer service... but I doubt I’ll stop by for gas knowing they let this person continue verbally abusing customers rather than being polite.

This particular store needs a steady diet of customer service. One of the main Core Values at Oncue is to greet your customers! Without them you wouldnt exist

Edit from original post: A young lady at another store explained people have been losing their jobs for not iding, so I guess he was just being cautious. Still annoying but I understand.Always has low stock and the drive through worker created a new rule of Id-ing everyone in the car.....even though the person making the purchase is well above legal age. Its fine, plenty of other on cues or 711s to visit that dont make up rules for no reason.

Easy place to stop and get snacks. Love their coffees and teas. Good pizza and burger deals during the week, and a large beer cave.

Btw, been DP free for a year and a half!Also, would be pretty legit if you started selling “Topo Chico Twisted Lime” by the case, just for me.Lastly, your employee, Lyric, was awesome in the drive through line on Portland and 164th.

Dont rely on their drive thru in the morning, they never open on time.

I alway enjoy my stops here. The grill is good- burger & pizza great to go! $6 pizza & good breakfast to go. I’ve had many employees talk kindly to me and once I spilled my entire xl soda when they were newly opened & the employees cleaned it up for me! They have a clean dining area room. Free air with a digital gauge! Other places don’t have the digital gauge. I’m thankful bc hwy 74 needs more food options. Even the Edmond OnCue off I-35 doesn’t have a dine in room. The Waterloo location has a dog park. I’ve always felt safe here with clean bathrooms, bright lights, & more of working class citizens.
