I went to the store on second and brought in my nanas old necklace and they fixed the clasp and cleaned it even though it wasn’t worth much. Jennifer and carol were amazing! They were so kind and helpful and I definitely will be back.

I had a bit of reluctancy in choosing which Oklahoma metro-area Kay Jeweler’s due to the lack of reviews. However, on September 28, 2020 I went into the Kay’s on 1524 E 2nd street to look for a promise ring for my boyfriend. Being an 18 y/o, white latinx I worried that their perception of me would effect their willingness to do business with me, though fortunately that was not the case!! I was helped by a very kind lady named Michelle. I didn’t know much about the type of ring I was searching for - only my budget. Michelle directed me to men’s engagement bands that were within my price range and also checked to see if there was a discount on the type of ring I chose - there was! 10/10, Michelle made my day

I visited Kay Jewelers in Edmond Ok twice within the last week. Their customer service is outstanding. I was greeted immediately when I entered the door. The store was clean, attractive, and inviting. Each time I visit this store for the regular inspection of my jewelry I leave feeling like a valued customer. I would highly recommend this store and specifically Jennifer to anyone who is looking to purchase fine jewelry and experience amazing customer service.

The new Kay Jewelers in Edmond is an incredible store! The staff was so kind and helpful to my husband and I and they made our once in a lifetime experience wonderful and something to remember! We hadn’t planned on buying the day we came in but they explained diamonds and jewelry like no other store had even attempted before so we were so pleased we went ahead and bought our rings. Trust is everything when it comes to big purchases like this one and we trust the Edmond Kay store now. We will definitely be returning here for all future purchases!

Niria was the absolute best. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive. Buying our wedding bands at Kay was a world of difference, in terms of service, compared to the different jeweler we used to purchase my engagement ring. She definitely won us over for life!

Rae and the girls are always very helpful when I come in to buy a new piece. They have taken time every time I come in to change a piece up.

The only reason Kay Jewelers got one star was because they cleaned a ring or two. My husband and I were very disappointed in the customer service. We were not treated with the respect nor good customer service at this store. Don’t judge a book by its cover because you never know what a persons bank account has in it and how much of it the customer is willing to spend in your store. I expected a better experience at the new location of Kay Jewelers in Edmond, OK but then maybe my expectations were set too high. I went to a competitor in Weatherford OK and was treated very well and they made sure my selections and purchases I made were what I wanted and that I was a satisfied and happy customer. Maybe Kay Jewelers should send some of their sales associates there to get re-trained on how to treat a customer!

Nice place, employees really friendly and help you choose right jewelry, if you have questions they will answere them and if you dont understand something they will explain and make sure you understand it. Definitely recommend this place.

My wifes necklace has broke four times and her new bracelet broke the day after she bought it.Now I have to waste my time driving her there every week to fix her stuff.Awful.

So happy! I love Kay! And this one is close to my home. Kay is always a great experience and this one is no exception! Very warm, welcoming atmosphere. They have a great variety of bridal and fashion. They ordered in pieces for me to view before commiting to purchase...I do not purchase jewelery online. They offer to clean my jewlery everytime I come in...even my pieces that were not purchased at Kay. Definately my new Kay!
