Ive never shipped for a bed before, but I quickly found myself a few to choose from that were highly comfortable. I was somewhat worried about the potential prices until I was informed what they actually were. Very pleased with the price, I feel like I got the top of the line bed for me.

We set up an appointment and confirmed it. I live and work 40 minutes away from this store. My husband and I arrived separately before our appointment at 4:30. All the lights were off and doors were locked, so we called the number posted. After waiting for a little while we got back online to shop around as we were in need for a mattress quickly. The employee showed up to lock unlock the door at about 5:10pm. We made it all the way back home, in a storm before he messaged my husband saying I didnt know you were still coming at 6:11pm.My rating is only for the issues with the appointment. I cannot comment on the availability of mattresses, quality, or prices.

We made an appointment with Derek to find my mother a mattress. He was polite, explained everything to us, helpful. No complaints, mattress good so far and has a 10yr warranty. A little more pricey than expected, but still beats most store prices. Happy with experience.

Derek is an absolute joke! He was very pleasant while we were texting about the mattress I was wanting. He told me that king size mattresses start at $175 since it’s 50-80% off. We drove all the way to Edmond just to find out that the cheapest mattress he had “available” was $600. I don’t mind paying $600 as long as it’s a good mattress. But this mattress felt terrible! He said it was name brand but there was no label on it. He is a joke. Before you waste your time, make sure you know that even the “$600” mattress feels like cardboard. I get it, some people are happy with the deals because they can leave with a mattress for $10 down payment, but the overall price is absolutely ridiculous. We ended up getting a very nice mattress from mattress firm for LESS than his “50-80% off” And now he’s texting me saying inappropriate things.

We spent almost $1300 back in August on a mattress and the mattress been getting worse and worse to the point that we cant even sleep on it today without having a horrible back pain! Ive been trying to contact Derek asking about the warranty to figure out what we can do!

Ill be real though, the advertisement on facebook marketplace that got me to check this place out was false. Starting prices are $100 more than what was posted. I did not tip, had they been a little more upfront I might have had more in my wallet.

I found Derek/Mattress by Appointment on FB marketplace. As I have been stood up in the past by similar businesses, I set an appt with Derek with a bit of apprehension. When I pulled up to the shopping center. I soon learned that this is not some fly by night operation consisting of random, stained mattresses stacked in the back. This is a storefront in a well known shopping center. The inventory is brand new. Everything is still wrapped in plastic. He has displays and test mattresses out to try. Derek was punctual, helpful, knowledgeable, professional and very reasonable on price. They even have financing options available. If youre looking for a very reasonably priced mattress, box springs, topper, or even a pillow in Edmond and dont want to break the bank. You have to check this place. I bought my mattress from this place 5 months ago and it already has a sunken place and lumps where I sleep. The price was about the same as the mattresses at mattress firm. This place is a scam. No brand names on the beds but they claim to be name brand. I wish I would have been more patient in my search and gone back to mattress firm.

I loved the experience here. I needed 2 sets of mattress. No feeling pressure like other places. Dereck was very helpful was in and out in no time.
