The entire purchase was very quick. The salesman was knowledgeable, answered my questions, didnt try to convince me into a more costly mattress and directed me to another store close by that had the item in stock for immediate pickup. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The manager at the second location, less than 3 minutes away, had the mattress out and waiting for delivery when we arrived. She even loaded it on my truck!

We purchased a king mattress for queen price at Mattress Firm yesterday! What a deal! Also got two wonderful cooling pillows and one was free. We chose to purchase the second pillow, but had we just gotten one, it was free. Our sales lady was a delightful young woman named Eve in the Edwardsville Mattress Firm. You must see her if you go there! She is very knowledgable and helpful. She is always there Mon through Friday with every other Weds off. We went to Macy’s the day before and they had lots of mattresses,but there was not one person on the floor to answer our questions and we were there over thirty minutes. We saved over $1000 on our purchase at Mattress Firm in Edwardsville. We bought a Beautyrest mattress that felt like a dream on my bad hip and back. Delivery is fast, too. They had everything in stock and could have actually delivered the very next day, on Saturday, but we needed a little more time to move our old mattress to another bedroom, so we elected for delivery on Tuesday. I spent 2000 for a adjustable bed and it fell in but they only gave me 700 dollars back and it was there fault and. That the mattress was not any good but i paid for there mistake and i am a veteran just had a heart transplant and to loose 1300 dollars its a shame

Everything was explained well with hands on experience. Kyle was polite and informative- not pushy. One problem... when he had us try out the select adjustable bed. He had the remote and didn’t warn us he was raising the feet and head together making a marked posture change quickly and it hurt my back. I have a compromised lumbar disc and it has been bothering me ever since that demonstration. So, I would suggest that with older senior couples, salespersons should not handle the moving bed positions but let the customer do it. That way uou avoid any ‘issues’.

I made a trip to the Edwardsville Mattress Firm store looking to buy a new mattress and box springs for my daughter. The salesperson, Dale, did a great job assisting me with finding a mattress that was comfortable and in my price range. He did a great job and will definitely go back the next time I need to purchase a mattress.

Good selection and price ranges of mattresses and different types of soft or firm mattresses. They also have good discounts for SIUE students so If your coming back to school and looking for a mattress this is the place to go! The sales associates are very helpful and knowledgeable and can get you what you need.

The two star rating is on the store itself and none of their products. I did not expect to play games, haggle, and be lied to when buying a bed. I was promised multiple things but they never followed through. On the good side, the guy and gal who helped me in the store were very knowledgeable and nice. I just didnt like the games and being lied to.I went in on the 15th, which was towards the start of the Presidents Day Sale. The sale ends on the 24th (give or take a day) but the sales guy told me it ended the next day (the 16th). That wad the first game/trick they tried to play on us. However, they were very helpful and nice! We found everything I needed but it was slightly over budget. The sales guy went to call his boss to see if we could get extra savings to get it within my budget. He comes back and said the boss approved and we continued on with the check out process.The gal rang things up incorrectly (we all agreed I would pay half that day and the other half the following Friday). Well, she canceled the payment because of a mistake she made. She told me I needed to call her once my bank was done pending the transaction, which would be a few days because of the holiday. We asked if her boss would be okay with that because it would throw off her drawer at the end of the day. She said Oh, its ok. Im the manager of this store and I own it. (So why did the sales guy have to go call the boss earlier to get the savings approved? *rolls eyes* trick/game #2 was caught).Fast forward to Tuesday, my bank was done pending and I call the gal (the owner of the store). She tells me to call back when I can pay for it in full (Friday) and because of all the hassle they would give me free delivery. Then she proceeded to tell me that they could deliver to me on Saturday or Sunday, whichever would be best for me.I call on Friday and ask to pay on the phone. The guy who answered said that I could only pay online. So he would send me a link but to watch out because the email might go to my spam folder. Once I find the email then the link may not work. So I would have to type it in manually. But there might be a problem with that too. So I would have to add a `S0´ in front of my order number. How is this easier than paying over the phone?! Anyways, he asked when I would like it delivered. I told him I was promised by the owner that it would be delivered Sat or Sun. He said they do not deliver on Saturdays but he could do Sunday. After looking at where I live, he tells me they only deliver to my location on Fridays. So I would have to wait until the 28th. That is two weeks after originally going into the store!The next day, I went to Ashley Furniture and told them the problem I was having with Mattress Firm but I liked the good deals they were providing me. They helped me find a similar bed and base as I had found at Mattress Firm. When I told them the savings I was getting at Mattress Firm, they proceeded to talk with the manager who agreed to offer me the set for $200 less than what I was going to pay at Mattress Firm.So, I bought and picked up my new bed the same day at Ashley instead of playing games, listening to tricks, and waiting over two weeks (after being promised only one week) at Mattress Firm. In the future, when I need to buy a mattress for my daughter, I will be going to Ashley Furniture instead of Mattress Firm.

Bought a $1500 mattress from this place because my back was hurting from the old one. I ask them so if my back starts to hurt after 2 years I can bring it back? They said oh yeah it has a 10 year warranty. Well its been 18 and I called them and they said buy a mattress pad.They will tell you whatever it takes to make the sale .piss poor customer service.
