Staff was AWESOME! They were very helpful and courteous. HOWEVER, if you need dress alterations, I do not suggest to have it done at the shop. When I went for my fitting, the person who did dress alterations was not even there. A younger girl pinned it when I tried it on, then when I went back to pick it up, it was altered incorrectly and I had to pay elsewhere to get it fixed!

We went here in March of 2018 for my wedding gown and for my bridesmaids dresses. Even with an appointment they seemed annoyed we were there. Fast forward to July 2019. I called to make an alterations appointment, which they apparently no longer do, no biggie I’ll take it elsewhere. One of my bridesmaids and I went to pick up my wedding gown as well as her bridesmaids dress so I can take it to get altered. They had my dress in (it was a dress off of the floor) but my bridesmaids dresses were no where to be found. Apparently a month after we came in March 2018 ownership changed and my bridesmaids dresses were NEVER ORDERED. These dresses take months to come in, my wedding was 8 weeks away. When we asked for a refunds (we had proof of purchase via receipts and bank statements) for the girls who paid in full for their dresses they kept saying “we will get in contact with the old owner we can’t do anything or look anything up it is the old owner’s fault it didn’t get ordered”. After about a week and telling them I would be in contact with my attorney they finally had refunds for my bridesmaids. I only purchased my dress here after the first time when I was treated poorly because they allowed me to make payments on my dress. They did not even try to help fix the situation whatsoever. When you take over a company you need to make sure all loose ends are tied. If I could go back I would NEVER have spent a dime at this shop!

I came in here to pick out a tuxedo and the staff was overall really helpful and patient. They were more than willing to answer any questions I had and even gave me suggestions on what to pick. They also gave me a free shoe rental with my tuxedo rental! I highly recommend coming here for your tuxedo needs!

We have bought several dresses from Bridal Couture and they have been the most amazing finds! The dresses were unique each year and didnt look like anyone elses. The quality isnt the same anywhere else! Even though my daughter is hard to fit the owner custom adjusted both of her dresses to make sure they fit perfectly!

I was reluctant to visit given the reviews but Im always up for a challenge. I would have left in a minute if someone was rude.I had the opposite experience. Hanna was AWESOME. I actually asked her name upon my exit because she was that great. I was amazed at their beautiful selection and equally impressed with the gal (Hanna) that immediately was available to help me in finding my mother of the groom dress and renting a father of the groom suit. They have a beautiful selection. Ask for Hanna, thats all I can say.

I think that the staff here is amazing, they try to make everything as simple as possible for everyone, although things can be pricey, it is well worth it!! I found the dress of my dreams here thanks to the very helpful staff!! I would recommend coming here for all of your dress needs!!

My friend and I went in one day to look at dresses- we are planning our weddings at the same time. I will say one positive- we both found the dress of our dreams! Could not have found prettier dresses. Other than that, both of our experiences were pretty terrible. The owner was not nice, very impatient, and made some pretty mean and hurtful comments while we were trying on our dresses. You obviously cant gain any more weight if you go wth that size. Etc. What girl wants to hear that?!? When I picked up my wedding dress, I had gotten 20 minutes away and had to turn around because they forgot my belt that went with the dress. When I went back in, the girl said, oh yea, I saw it on the counter.. sorry. Could you not give me a call? Im very easy to work with and give everyone the benefit of the doubt.. Im not being dramatic. Overall, I would not recommend Bridal Couture.

DO NOT GET ALTERATIONS DONE HERE!!!!! My Maid of honor went there. We paid about $200 for a gorgeous dress just for them to DESTROY it with piss poor stitch work! We dont have time to order anything else so now we have to try to fix this dress ourselves. I will never reccomend this place to anyone ever!

Dusty was wonderful until a relative told me my dress had Sample imprinted on material at reception. I called and one girl told me it should not have been sold and when the owner called back she told me it didn’t matter!

Just went in there today looking for a wedding dress and although I didnt ask the ladies name she was pretty nice and decent. Deff. Not the best Ive been too but she was very helpful in many ways!!! And I found a dress in there I could see myself getting married in!!!

If I could give it zero stars I would. We wound up there early but instead of greeting us and inviting us in from the heat they walked past and left us. Then when I asked about coming in it seemed a bother. No suggestions. Didnt ask anything to see what I was looking for nothin...when I tried on my family had to help. My mother in law does tons of weddings and was appalled by the lack of service and personality. We wound up walking out on our own since we didnt even have a consultant stay with us even though we were the ONLY ones in the shop..

Absolutely worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I bought my thousand dollar wedding dress as well and all of my accessories. I went to pick it up and got just the dress and the young girl looked at her phone (texting) and looked at me I asked where the accessories were and her answer was I dont know after getting in my car I noticed my $130 tiara was missing a rhinestone, so I went back in and asked what can be done. She again said I dont know so I then contacted the owner. After doing so and getting a rhinestone ordered and what not 3 weeks have passed so I decided to call. It was already done, nobody had the courtesy to call me and tell me my tiara was ready. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE until they get a new staff.

Worst customer service ever. Not very clean, and pins on the floor, while walking barefoot. I expected them to be more professional, for themoney you will be spending.

My girlfriend and I were looking for her graduation dress at this store. Firstly, the sign for the store was a piece of paper on the door. Very difficult to find it, GPS took us to their old location. Their Facebook page has NO information on their location, hours, ANYTHING. We eventually find the place, we walk into the dimly lit store, stand for about a minute, and a teenage girl finally approaches and asks if we need help finding anything. My girlfriend says she is looking for a short dress for graduation. The girl says okay and walks back into the office area and gets on her phone. Needless to say VERY BAD customer service. Also, these dresses are WAAAAAY over priced compared to virtually any store. Many tagless dresses, so dont even try to get help with those ones. Please save your sanity and go somewhere else.
