Jack was the Rep who helped me out today, He was extremely nice & very knowledgeable. I was there to upgrade from an iPhone XS 64 GB to an iPhone 12 PRO Max 256 GB. He informed me of something no one else knew about from other stores, apparently my employer has a corporate discount program, I could have saved on my bill for the last 3 years, that sucks, but at the same time, I blame other stores for not being made aware of such discounts. This is not a franchise store, so I would have to guess they get way more training. As for transfers & all the other stuff I had to do, it was pretty easy, almost effortless. I am very happy with how everything was handled at this store today. 5 stars isnt enough.

Under the guise of being helpful, I found his tone to be difficult. After a follow up visit, my husband had a similar experience. I’ve been with AT&T for 20 years - I don’t remember ever having the same feeling after an in person transaction.

Rude Service, Dismissed and was given an attitude from the employee.Haf an argument going on between the employee at this store and the Corporate 0ffice, worst service ever. After no less than 8 hours of my time and multiple visits, I have yet to get our phone issues fixed.

If your looking to upgrade your current phone or going in for any other services I highly recommend speaking with Tom the sales representative that assisted me. When I’ve previously upgraded my phone in the past the process was extremely long and I did not look forward to spending over an hour in the store like I have before. Tom was able to get me set up with my new phone in under 10 minutes and I was done. I couldn’t believe how quick and painless the process was this time around, not to mention the unreal price of less than $5 a month added to my bill for a new iPhone 12!!! Thanks Tom!!!

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a phone company. Went in to switch over my service and get a new phone, and the gentleman messed up the process. Went in several times times and every employee except Casey was rude and unhelpful. They claim it’s not their fault and send you away…even called to try to have them help and they hung up on me. Never coming here again.

Check you bill online. ATT did it AGAIN. Theyve added monthly services to my plan which I did not request, which has happened to me before. I feel it is a deliberate practice many ATT employees do for self gain since they receive bonuses for adding services.

They need to be better about quoting wait times. Was told 15-20 minutes and I’m still waiting over an hour later. I would have came back another time had I been given and more honest answer. Update. Then after an hour of waiting, they didn’t have the phone I wanted. You might want to open up withHow can we help you? What are you here for today? I wasted over an hour for nothing. They should have told me a more accurate wait time and that what I wanted wasn’t even in stock.

I usually love this store. the employees are great and the management is usually helpful as well. I don’t feel safe shopping here during this pandemic though. There are small plastic dividers and the employees are wearing masks to be fair, but none of that matters when they have to touch your phone, customers are not being enforced to wear masks correctly, and there’s no good place for people to wait so there’s a ton of people standing around not distancing. All in all, please, AT&T, consider more preventative measures to make it a better and safer experience, if not, I don’t think I will be back to this location.

Dealt with Jack many times. He’s an A+++ team member who takes the time to explain everything with great detail. Always puts his customers first. Very patient when answering questions and makes sure we understand everything before we leave the store. Jack is the reason we come to this location. I have a store not even 2 min from my house and I will drive to this location to deal with Jack anytime. I will go to whatever store that he goes to because he makes us feel important when we are there.

I upgraded my phone in November and I went to this AT&T store to send my device in. Their employee put me down for the trade in promotion that I did not qualify for (I had no idea about the promotion and that I didn’t qualify). AT&T is now trying to charge me an extra $400 on my bill because of the employees mistake. When I went to the store for help the manager just told me my best option is to just pay the extra money for a mistake that was not mine and sent me out the door without any further help.

I visited this store because AT&T was having a promotion effectively giving away Samsung flagship model phones. They had my interest but have never had a phone dependent on their network and now, like many others, I am working from home and cell service is critical. They took the time to set me up with a phone to test service at my home and in the general area. No issues so I returned with the family to swap phones and pet our numbers. Jack was the next available associate and we were extremely happy and lucky to get to work with him. He was patient and stuck with us to make sure all data and settings were transferred to the new phones-all five of them. He also did very well in understanding our particular situation and because my wife has a business, setup a business account that makes the monthly service cheaper than our former service with the same unlimited data and features. A win-win! Great customer service!

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience at the ATT Edwardsville location.The store manager, Nick was extremely Rude, Arrogant, Demeaning, and then turned our words against us in saying that we were trying to threaten him, when in reality it was the other way around. He is the definition of a narcissist and unfortunately has “power” at this retail location.The sales representative, John tried to inform me that he was not in “customer service” and his role was just “sales rep”. Which floored me since my background is actually in CPG, Sales & Marketing.I was then informed that if I sent an email about our interaction the Area Manager, Jorin, would not respond to us for a few weeks because what we were complaining about was not a big issue.We walked in to an appointment that was scheduled and John greeted us with attitude, after we told him I had an appointment (no one on the floor greeted us when we walked in, and the store was not busy). We then proceeded to try and do a few different things to our account, however everything we tried doing they kept telling us we were not able to do - even though myself and my mom were authorized users on our accounts. It seemed very sexist, very demeaning, and the way that we were treated no customer should be treated this way in a retail location.Were people on both ends of the table by the end of the evening in the wrong? Sure. However, at the end of our interaction Nick was turning words around and putting words into our mouth. He (Nick) then tried to have people back him up; however there were no employees around us. Whenever you question (multiple time ask the same question) a flustered and emotional woman in her 60s she is going to fumble her words... he then used those words against her in his “fighting argument”.I know no large Corporation that would hire a Store Manager like this. He needs to go through training. Apparently so does John since he doesn’t seem to think he is in the service of customers.Overall - terrible experience this night. Hopefully if you go you get a different floor manager.

This place is worse than a used car lot. They try to convince you youre saving money on products but will never give you the bottom line. Then they dont cancel subscriptions and you end up paying for it. The salesperson still get the commissions. There are plenty of other places for AT&T products. Ill NEVER be back to this store!!

Wow how refreshing! An AT&T customer service rep who gave me excellent service! Jared is just AMAZING!!!!! I have been trying for literally 2 months to get my watch set up. I have called in to customer service, Samsung, technical support, and have been to the store at least 3 times. No one was able to help me and till today. Jared, you knocked it out of the park! We came into the At&t store in Edwardsville today for a new phone for my oldest daughter and Artealia was amazing. We added 2 lines to our bill and we actually came out with our bill being over $100 less per month. If you need help I would definitely suggest asking for Artealia. Jason was also a huge help. I would definitely recommend coming into the Edwardsville At&t store!!

Upgraded my phone 7-4 was quoted a price, after receiving bill which was substantially higher brought the bill into the retail store and was assured that I would be getting the price quoted the bill was just prorated. Called AT&T The rep assured me if I was incorrectly quoted they will honor that quote. Visit the store, No military discount had been applied. And was told today that they will not honor the quote I have in writing and it’s basically tough luck: Extremely rude. BEWARE!
