Wish I would have read some recent reviews before ordering. TLDR: Dont order from here. Management could care less if you get what you paid for or not.Let me start by saying that I have ordered my parents arrangements for years, and they have always been such big fans its kept our family as a repeat customer.Ordered my mother an arrangement for Mothers Day 2021. On Mothers Day, it was listed as out for delivery all day. Finally at the end of the day it was updated unable to deliver. So I called the following day, and the manager explained how the delivery drivers GPS took her to a middle of a cornfield where there were no houses. Which is a pretty impressive excuse! Here we are in 2021 and the delivery driver cant figure out Google Maps?Also worth noting, my phone number and my dads phone number were listed on the order. Yet, no one called. Maybe a quick chat something like, Hey, Im here to deliver your overpriced fruit bouquet and all I see is scarecrows could have resolved this situation.So, my mom decides she will just go pick it up. I call back and explain the situation and just ask for a refund for the delivery fee. I paid $14.99 in delivery fee. I was refunded $4.99 today, 5/12. Im pretty smart, definitely do not hold a doctorate in mathematics, but I think I can figure out that isnt the same.So once again, I called, and said I wasnt refunded the entire delivery fee. The store manager explained that he just cant see what Im talking about, its all in the system! Man oh MAN these order systems, GPS systems, what a bummer that every system used by Edible Arrangements just doesnt work! The manager was unwilling to help this situation, and had an absolute lack of customer service skills.This whole experience has made it very clear Ill never order from this location again. I hope you enjoy the extra $9.99 I paid!

I make every effort to resolve the situation before going to the internet, but the owner made it very clear he was not willing to do anything, so here we are. The day before Mothers Day 2021 I received a voicemail that my order was not able to be delivered because all the employees in one of the owners other stores walked out on him. I was offered a full refund (in 7-10 days) or a three day late delivery. Its now absolutely too late for me to arrange anything else in its place. After going back and forth with multiple employees, I was finally able to get the owner to call me. I requested a full refund, in addition to something else (my exact words). No gift card, no discount, no nothing - he only cared to tell me how much money hes going to have to waste by throwing away product that cant be delivered. The owners exact words were it aint gonna happen. Save yourself the headache and the dollars and go somewhere where your business is appreciated. Absolutely unacceptable.
Besides failing to mention any of their specials and charge me 25 dollars for 6 chocolate covered strawberries they were great.She loved the strawberries but anyone tryin to spend 4 dollars per strawberry is getting ripped off.
Amy Hurley deserves an absolute raise immediately. I ordered through her and needed it sooner rather than later because my mom’s birthday was that day. She made it ASAP and had it done EARLY. Very sweet. Absolutely went above my expectations. 10/10 this place has a new lifelong customer. Wow. Amazing. Insane.
If I could give 0 I would. Horrible horrible horrible experience I ever had to deal with! Do not order from here! They have the worst customer service I order chocolate covered strawberries for my friends birthday on 4/2 and they did not deliver it I called and talk to one on their employees they will deliver the next day. I was understanding of that. I called in again to make sure my friend get their delivery this time and Austin told it was delivered on 4/3 which was a lie, it didn’t get delivered until next day which is 4/4. Then I called in today and asked for a refund and they tell me they cant do refunds but can give me 30% discount what am I gonna do with that? I will never be ordering from them again.

My daughter (in another state) ordered an arrangement for my birthday on 2/15. There was a snow storm going on so she called the store twice and told them to stop at our mailbox at the end of the street and call my husband and he would drive up our treacherous driveway to receive the arrangement. She was told not to worry, that the driver WAS out, in the storm, and delivery would happen that day. My husband watched and waited all day—no delivery. (I was unaware as it was a surprise for me.) The next day—-still no delivery. Two days later, I received a call from Zac, at this store, telling me they had attempted delivery but were unable to get up our drive! By then, my daughter had informed me that “something was coming” and that she had called the store twice, telling them not to attempt the drive but to call us and someone would come up to our mailbox to receive the delivery. Zac said he was unaware of those instructions but would attempt delivery again. We are 30 to 40 minutes from this store. After contemplating this for a few minutes, I called back and said that, since the “surprise” element was over, and in an effort to make it easy on THEM, how about just planning the delivery for the next week (today) since we were looking at high 50 degree temps and I knew the snow would be gone. I asked if this would be a problem to reschedule. The lady I spoke to said “No! Not at all! Just tell me which day you want it.” We decided today. I called the store this morning to verify delivery today, as planned, and she informed me that my daughter had asked for a refund??? I said, no, I had just rescheduled the delivery due to the bad weather. She said they showed that my daughter had asked for a refund, I was confused by this so I immediately called my daughter. She said her husband had contacted EA Corporate offices about the poor communication at this store and how dissatisfied they were. (I had contacted my daughter the day that I had rescheduled delivery for the convenience of the driver so she was aware of this.) She said this store emailed her saying that I had called saying I didn’t want the arrangement and they cancelled the order! Totally not true! If they had followed the original directions “call when you get to the mailbox” then none of this would have been an issue! I would have had a lovely surprise for my birthday and nothing but good things to say! They just cancelled the order completely but no call to me at all AND made it sound as those I didn’t want the arrangement—NOT true. I merely rescheduled the delivery for their convenience!So, I ended up with no birthday surprise and a very poor image of this store! Has no one told them? “In business, COMMUNICATION IS EVERYTHING!” So disappointed!!
I dont every complain.... EVER..... But the point of same delivery and most of what you do has an uplifting impact on the recipient. When things arent delivered and the purchaser wasnt even notified is crazy. Save you money or pick it up yourself. Communicate with your customers and deliver as promised.
If I could give less stars I would. I placed an order on 2/14 for deliver on 2/15. Weather was an issue, however not even a phone call was received to let us know the order would be delayed. It is now 2/16 and even corporate customer service is no help, just they it says it is out for delivery....which it has said since yesterday. Very disgusted with the entire company at this point!Update: finally delivered at 7:30pm on 2/16, the fruit was weeping and partially mushy.Extremely disappointed in this expensive experience.
Fruit seemed to be fresh. It arrived on time and everything tasted fine. My wife enjoyed it.

Just wanted to share how horrible this location is. I can never get a response on the phone, I have tried for 3 days now. They promised to have a delivery made but failed miserably, when it was delivered (a day late) they did not knock or ring the doorbell (Nice and hot outside) They also said the delivery would be free, however I was charged a delivery fee. I will be contacting the Better Business bureau about them and will make it a mission to share how horrible the management and business model here is.

No masks worn by any of the 3 employees who were present in the small customer area. They were talking while preparing my smoothie with their unmasked mouths within 12-18” of my food. I walked out. Not following guidelines, not safe, won’t be back. Am spreading the word widely.

We have used this location plenty of time and its always terrible. But this will be the last time not only did they lie that they would get the order delivered, they charged me for 10cups and only delivered 6 cups and when I called to get it corrected the manager told me We have enough business we dont need yours she didnt care to fix the issue or for my business so I hope less people stop going there period cuase she does not deserve anyones business!!!!!
I absolutely loved the fruit basket they sent my sister who had surgery. Not only that while I was ordering I indulged in some of their chocolate covered fruit and a delicious yogurt smoothie! The best!!! Not to mention the staff, Jamie was extremely helpful and friendly! I would highly recommended trying them out!!
They don’t allow you to give zero stars.It is Valentine’s Day and they are not taking any orders. They do not have any pre-made arrangements that you can simply pick up. There is no sign on the door or noticed on the website that says on Valentine’s Day we will not be doing business unless you ordered a week ahead of time.This was my second Valentines Day Attempt In The Past 5 years and Both Times Were Failures.Their Excuse Was That They Had Too Many Orders To Fill (which They Received Today)
Jayden was amazing at helping with a problem I was having with the Edwardsville, IL location.On Feb 11th I placed an order for a create your own box for pick up on 12th at 7pm.Soon after I received a call explaining that they could not complete my order due to that they do not except create our own orders the week of Valentine’s day and that they close at 6pm so I can’t pick it up at 7pm either. I later tried calling the Edwardsville location back once I decided what I would like to change my order to, but they had their phones switched to night mode at 11:20am and I could not get ahold of anyone. On the automated recording, it instructed me to call the Collinsville location for orders so I did so.I explained my situation to Jayden at Collinsville and she was instantly concerned and explained to me that they are excepting create your orders today just not on Valentines and the day before. Jayden insisted on helping me and contacted the Edwardsville location. She called me back saying she could not get ahold of them either, that their phones seem to be off. Then told me they would be happy in taking my order and making sure Edwardsville canceled and credited my original order.
The owner delivered our arrangement, he was the sweetest guy! It was nice and cold, SO DELICIOUS!!!! The chocolate pineapple cupcakes were super cute and my son just loved it!
I have tried this location multiple times now and have been very unsatisfied each time. I even called ahead to have my order ready, not only they did not give me the right order but then would not make the correct order for me. I will not be returning to this location. Thankfully there is another location in Collinsville, their service is always wonderful.
Good place if you find something on sale. I like the local pickup option.
