I purchased a t-shirt from them at a Race Marathon Expo. Price on the sleeves at $30. I was charged $40 before tax. They gave no receipt and there was no indication of price at the time. They emailed me a receipt and I saw the charge was $40, so I sent them an email regarding it which they ignored. I then called them and they said oh the sign was clearly posted that said $40 and offered to send a picture of it which of course doesnt prove it was there. Then the fellow claimed that well we tell everyone how much were charging to your card at the time which they certainly didnt. I wouldnt have minded paying $40 for it probably would have bought it anyway but it was not marked that way. On the phone they were curt and not very helpful, and they made it clear that I was trying to rip them off for $10. They claim no one else had complained and theyd sold hundreds of these shirts which I find difficult to believe and also the fact that they had a photo of the supposed sign ready to send that anyone who called makes me very suspicious. My suggestion is paying cash or CAVEAT EMPTOR with these people. Two stars because I still like the shirt.

I was beyond impressed with the sales associate! My daughter is a freshman in high school, runs cross country and track and field. She runs about 30ish miles a week, pronates and has Osgood schlatter knees. He took the time to help measure my daughters feet and find the best shoes for her running. He was patient, thorough and had zero sales pressure. I Appreciate the professionalism and attention he gave to our needs. I highly recommend First to the Finish.

Called to get details about available shoes and was helped by Gunner. He couldn’t have been more helpful! He asked me great questions to help me determine exactly what I was looking for and wanted to accomplish with the shoes. He was not just extremely informative but also encouraging. Got exactly what I was needing and looking for with the shoe and service!

Went it recently to shop for some running shoes since Im new to running. Didnt see an employee for a while, I was the only one in there. Then, when I did see him he walked past me 3 times without acknowledging me at all. Ended up going elsewhere for my $500 worth of shoes for me and my kids.

Always helpful. Great selection at good prices. Good clearance sales. Team sales have been a good experience.Definitely look for a tent sale to find deals.

Great friendly customer service, helpful and polite employees

Some of the staff are helpful. Some are not. They had a team order and it was over a month late. The team eventually cancelled our orders and moved to a different store to complete them. I will not order through them again after this experience.

The product selection at First to the Finish is large. The new location is perfect; its so close to the bike trail, looks good, and has a lot more room. I really appreciate the employees here as they provide a lot of help about shoes and other questions I have had about equipment.

Fantastic Sams is the only place I get my hair cut. I have extremely fine hair and they give me a cut that makes it look like I actually have hair

I bought track spikes for my daughter and after we got home we realized they were used with a small hole in on of them and stained on the inside from sweaty socks. My daughter didnt mind though and it was too much hassle to go back to the store. I am assuming they would have reduced the $50 price had I complained.

We got my daughters softball cleats here at a great price, and the salesman was very patient and knowledgeable! We will be back for the rest of her gear! We had a great first experience here!

We ordered apparel for our softball team on 9/8/19 and we still have nothing. When we call customer service we get no response or follow up. First to the finish is a terrible company to deal with.

We walked in and were immediately greeted and asked if we were looking for something in particular. We indeed were looking for a specific item. They had it and the salesman was very attentive and helpful and friendly. we will be going back when we need something athletic.

Awesome prices; need to pay more attention to customers purchases. Forgot to bag a shirt & had to return to pick it up. Was put back on shelf.

Love the store, Austin is great, hes knowledgeable, personable, helpful. I wish the store carried more from the Hoka line. Best shoe for a distance runner I think.

Service was terrible. Came in for a pair of volleyball shoes and didn’t have any size close to my size. I would really only recommend this store if you needed track spikes or running shoes but i doubt the people on the floor would know anything about that either.

Waited 15 minutes no service and was only one in store. Lazy better off going to RunWell @ 142 N. Main St in Edwardsville.

Excellent, knowledgeable staff with a great mix of sports shoes, including spikes. We drove a long way and think it was worth it.
