Good knowledge. Good people. Good idea to help the local guy out instead of the big box stores. Attention to detail and customer service means a lot to me instead of trying to make a buck.
I was there for the first time on Oct 8. I didnt get the guys name, but he was super helpful and very knowledgeable. He made little tweaks to my bow and i hadnt shot such tight groups before. I will going back. Great shop.

So far not good warranty work for Excalibur Crossbows. Sent in a matrix 380 front end, a few days later received a micro front end. Dawn at Excalibur email them to email a shipping label and send a 380 front end to repair my bow. So far I have seen nothing or heard from Draves. There service sucks! I,m glad their in Illinois.🎯
