Great place for fuel, food, and gifts. Staff was friendly helping me find a car charger I needed badly and checkout was fast. Video game room also available.

You guys have great souvenirs, a good variety of sandwich’s Nd top notch gas, and a nice gaming room. It was clean to the best of my knowledge, but there’s more to a gas station then that. Maintaining and keeping a friendly attitude with customers is crucial to a business, an attitude can create or destroy a business. Your overnight associate was very rude and she doesn’t seem enthused to be there, however, I’m going to give her the benefit of the doubt, because I know how it is to work in customer service. Your also supposed to be asking customers if they have a rewards card, Nd your supposed to ID customers for cigarette and the gaming rooms.

This store was amazing. The staff were GREAT. The restroom were just absolutely stunning! I don’t use everyone’s restrooms, I will hold it until I am comfortable.. these restroom exceeded my expectations. Heck! The store did. Staff was just as awesome. Clean, organized. Souvenirs. Clothing. Lots of on road trip essentials you dont find at gas stations, more selection for travelers than a normal truck stop. Reasonable prices for the convenience of shopping off highway.It really amused me to find the tik tok leggings, in a wide array of sizes, xs to 2xl among the comfortable, large selection and variety of clothing. Not the normal overpriced, poor quality t-shirts and sweat pants like most travel plazas.

Its a gas station. Not much to write about but it is always clean and well-staffed. (Edited as I mistook this for another place that is actually located in Missouri. But this one is good too.)

Me and my buddy were walking from across town and it started pouring and since we arent old enough to drive we took cover under the awning about 20 feet from the door not bugging anyone when the worker came outside and told us we were driving the property value down and insulted us and tried to make us leave while it was pouring down rain and wouldnt let us explain that we were simply trying to get ahold of someone to give us a ride home and kept cutting me off mid sentence the worker was some short old lady who was acting immature and like a child. Me and my family are frequent customers but will be finding somewhere new to stop

This is a routine stop for us when we travel. It is convenient and always clean. There are many selections fo snacks and a quick meal on the go. Plus, the staff is always friendly and courteous.

I was there today driving through the state stoped by to get some souvenirs . Spent around hundred dollars. Got to the register. The lady behind the counter was in such a bad mood that my wife was going to buy some others stuff . But I told my wife let’s get out of here before I say some . She really need some Customer service Classes . Or go and work in the back of the store. (HER NAME IS ANN )

Stopped here while traveling recently. Was pleased to find the place very clean, especially the restrooms. The store had a good selection of snacks, food and candy. Everything is laid out so that its easy to find.

Clean stop with a nice variety of items inside. Staff was helpful and quick to move people in and out. The gaming room is nice clean and spaced out. A small variety of slots to play. I broke even so I was happy. Try your luck if you’re into playing!

Clean restrooms. I travel this route often, but Ill never stop here again. Of coffee machines, I was yelled at that only one is working, but of course that one was empty. The lady who yelled at me then informed me that she was off shift and someone else would have to come help me. neither she nor the person who came offered any apologies. In fact, the guy who came over didnt acknowledge me as a human being at all. Charming.

We have been stopping at the Jumpin Jack for years on our many road trips. The restrooms are always clean and stocked. The employees are friendly. They have a good drink and snack selection and a surprisingly varied souvenir/gifts section thats a nice way to stretch your legs.

A black man approached the counter and asked her a question, and instead of asking him to repeat the question, she went and got someone else to help him while she stood right there and watched. The guy who helped the customer pointed in a general direction and sent him off. That lady is entitled to be a racist, if thats what she feels she needs to do, but as a paid employee, you should be getting paid to fake it. And as far as the helpful employee goes: there were 3 of you behind the counter you not only COULD HAVE, BUT SHOULD HAVE walked him to the product he was asking about.Talk about southern hospitality. That was hard to watch. I was offended. And the saddest part of this whole thing is: I think I was more offended than that customer. Hes probably used to it.My mother was born in Matoon, IL. We live in Northern MN now and have most of our lives. And when we got to the car, I told her what I had just seen/heard. Jack Flash is not your normal gas station. You have to go inside the store and see everything they have. You can spend at least a half hour walking around the store looking at all the items.

I am torn between 5 stars and 1 go figure. My husband came thru there today. He spends over 300 dollars a week because we transport RVs. He chooses to get fuel from here. Today he took money off his comdata card to pay for alignment and when he did apparently the Atm locked his card. He didnt know until he got fuel like hr always does and it didny work. The way the manager and her manager habdles this was absolutely ridiculous and I promise I am not done complaining thru the chain... My husband had just been stranded and this was the straw that broke the caMels back. They wanted to call the police on him. When comdata got on the phone and authorized a manual transactions and the idiots didnt know how not did they want to help. However God sent an Angel the young man in the store took care of it for my hisband because he knows he come thru at least 2-3 times a week fills his truck and external tank. Im in Texas my husband was there . Im so angry at the people who thought the best way to handle this was call the police. So yes I will be continuing this complaint. But to the young man who represents what your store should represent God bless you. And you are a 10. You know who you are.
