We had our home sense 2006. So far everything has held up Ask a lot of questions. If you are looking to get a home ask people there pros and cons on there’s. What they liked and wish they did better on it when they got there’s. I asked aot of questions to make our decision on ours. Glad I did At the time Heather help us on ours and walked us thru. We up grade on several stuff on our home. I wanted people know how ours held up Every person taste is different You have good reviews and bad reviews on stuff I like going and seeing the new changes on there homes. Updates on them. Nice people price not so good

Very friendly staff. Heather has been a family friend for many years. Heather and her amazing staff have helped us over many hurdles in getting our family into a nice home at the location we wanted. I definitely recommend going and seeing them if you are looking for a new or used home. You can drop in and browse, but they may have homes that are not on their lot as well. Heather is very busy and normally doesnt have much free time, so if you would like to speak with her I would recommend making an appointment. Stop in and see them Im sure they will do their best to help your family also. Many many thanks to you and your staff Heather we cannot thank you all enough for everything you guys are doing for us.

Alita was very nice, she got us an appointment pretty quick. She took us to view several homes. She was friendly and informative.

I REALLY WISH GOOGLE ALLOWED YOU TO GIVE 0 STARSI visited on Saturday, 10/15/2016The first employee I interacted with was extremely rude and unprofessional and generally useless. My experience deteriorated from there.Next up was the owner who attempted to price gouge me. When confronted with the fact that I overheard him discussing a lower price than what I was being offered with other customers he got defensive and walked away.These people also own Effingham homes and this review will also be placed there to warn others. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the time and aggravation of visiting these unethical people.

Kind of high priced from mobile homes.

Owner Heather Mumma stops at nothing to satisfy her clientele! Would definitely recommend.
