Very cool building and store front. Friendly and professional staff. Great inventory. Well thought out display and floor space. Large selection of clothes & accessories. Test rides available.

Building is cool from outside, was disappointed by the lack of creativeness on the inside. Clothes werent presented in a way to catch your eye. We try to visit every Harley place we can when traveling and they usually have something unique, bit we didnt find anything.

Thank you to the top notch sales staff Randy, Clint, and John! They made my experience enjoyable and easy to navigate. Dave in parts helped me find all the extras with ease and Amberlee and the girls in motorclothes were fast to help and friendly. We are proud to be a part of the Legacy HD family.

I was passing through middle of June 2021 on a 2400 mile plus trip on a new to me Harley I purchased near NY. I was having what I though could be a battery / charging issue. Eric took me right in, popped the seat, found a loose terminal, tightened her down, showed me something I didnt know about the bike and got me out to the road again! I did manage to stay and buy some things though! This dealer KNOWS customer support isnt just for their customers, but the product line. My trip was worry free after that! Thanks Legacy and Thanks Eric!

Stopped here while in a bike trip since we were having problems. Got here at 1:30 and at 6:30 our trip had to be cancelled since they couldn’t fix the problem. Got the bike back in the morning and made it home safely but it turned out that it could have been a bad situation. There was a rotar issue and they fixed that but what I don’t understand is that they replaced front wheel bearings and never checked rear when you already worked on the rear. When we got home we had the bike fixed which was the rear wheel bearings. Paid legacy $$, hotel stay and never made our trip. Nice people but not a place I would not recommend.

Randy, Clint and Jim were awesome to work with which made for a great experience at Legacy. Left with my dream Harley. Also after purchasing, I was taken to each department and introduced to the staff which were all very friendly, helpful and informative. If youre looking for a bike I recommend Legacy being your choice.

Great place. Home town atmosphere. Prices are about $5 less on everything than the big city dealerships. I got harley jeans and an embrodered harley shirt for$60. Very happy. We will be back.

I’m from outside Chicago. I broke a belt on my 17 street glide and was looking for a factory manual. I called all the dealerships near me and all said 2 weeks to get. One told me their computer shows Legacy Harley Davidson had one. I called them to see if they can mail it to me and Dave in the parts department told me they did not have one I’d have to order it so I continued my search. Dave called me back a few minutes later and said they had one in the shop that was slightly used they can send me and then replace the shop manual were the one theydy order for me. I said great. I then ordered all my parts from him as well. The parts and books came the next day. So here’s an”atta boy” to Legacy Harley Davidson for helping me out in a pinch. Thanks Dave

Hey legacy, try answering questions rather that asking them. You dont need my stats and personal info when Im simply asking for the price on a particular part. I bought the parts I was price checking just not from your store.

I dealt with the parts and service departments yesterday. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was an enjoyable visit.

Took road king in on tues .wed got a call saying it was ready to go. Come to find out it only had vapor lock. But still very good friendly service.fast turn around..

I just recently bought my first bike from these guys! Amazing Selection of bikes! The service department is great as well. My bike has lots of high performance additions to it, and they walked me though how to properly start it (since its carbureted), and the proper care techniques. Clint (Sales Manager) was awesome to work with, he gave be a great out the door price. Ken was great to work with as well. I stop by every now and then, and it feels like family when I go in.I think I might drive the extra 20 miles to get my service done here as well!

Stopped in on 3/8/16 to have starter replaced on way to Daytona for Bike week. $543 later and it started 4 times before failure. After a $180 tow back to my campground I loaded it for home. Returned it to my local dealer. The inner primary starter nut was backed out 6 inches. Not properly tightened. My entire trip was a loss. To be fair the staff was really nice to deal with while I was there. The service guy wasnt so friendly when I called to vent my displeasure. I wasnt rude but I definitely was firm.

Cant wait to go back

I was 3000 miles into a 4000-5000 mile motorcycle trip and I noticed that I needed a new tire before I continued on. So I stopped by on Monday, they was not opened, so I stopped by around 9am Tuesday morning to see about getting a new back tire. I was told that I would need to make an appointment and it would be two weeks before they could get to my bike, I didnt have two weeks. I asked if there was any other shops around that might be able to help me and he thought about it for a little while and then said no there wasnt. I needed a new tire, so I googled and found a Harley Repair shop at the south end of Effingham, he was able to get me a new tire and brakes on the next day.

Friendly staff, very cute place, must go to if you like to go to different dealerships. Beautiful bikes on the floor too.

On a trip to the east coast, my motor decided to self destruct 700 miles from home. I was about thirty miles from the dealership and they sent a service vehicle out to bring me in. They later took me to a motel. Eric, Tiera, and Zach helped me out the best they could. The motor company wasnt as helpful. Two months later HD supplied a new motor and Legacy installed it in short order.Now, no one at the dealership knew me from Adam but they treated me like I was a regular. I appreciated the calls that kept me posted on any progress that was being made and advising me of any increase in cost. If you have to break down, do it near Legacy Harley Davidson. Good people.

Staff was very knowledgeable, the one helping me was very friendly, very attentive, and if she didnt know an answer, she told me to wait a few seconds while she asked another worker. The parts counter could use some of her people skills.

Just bought a used 2014 Street Glide from them. They were great! I didnt know the area well since I drove from an hour and a half away and the sales manager got on his bike and led me around. Was a great experience to buy my 1st HD.

I bought a 2002 Road King FLHRSE Screamin Eagle. These guys were very fair with me on my trade, and even mounted up 2 new tires on my new bike there and then so I could ride it home the same day!AAA+++ You have just earned a customer and I will be back for another bike. Stopped by on two separate occasions, to look at campers. The first time I wandered all over and no one ever came out to help. A week later I had a chance to swing back by and the same thing Nobody in sight,one of the trailers near the show room was open I went in the look at it that’s when someone came Walking up quickly and said hey this is Sold and it should have been locked. No hi how are you how can I help you. I think I’ll take my business elsewhere

I had my wedding at the winery (right next to the harley barn) on june 24th 2017... they had a live band playing that day that was very loud. We tried calling over there to get LITTERALLY 15 min of silence so we our guests could hear the ceremony but we were hung up on then they just ignored our phone call when we tried calling back. We even heard laughing when we asked nicely for them to at least turn it down. Needless to say they were very rude and i would not support their bussiness.
