My boyfriend needs o2 after being in the icu with covid, he initially refused to get it, but a day later I was able to call and Megan was a huge help and able to get me hooked up with oxygen for him, no trouble.

Kathy was very nice...she explained how to use my cpap every step..I was skeptical on going after reading reviews on here but Im GLAD I did ..Im sorry all u others had issues cause I sure didnt. And Kathy again thank you very much

The people here at Effingham Lincare have always been so knowledgeable and helpful. I have dealt with other oxygen suppliers and they dont compare to the care I receive here.

The people there were very difficult. One of the lady’s gave the hardest time possible, said they were closed (20 min earlier than the actual time), and, quite frankly, acted like a total douche. You know you’re desperate if you go here.

VERY difficult to deal with. Causes my mother-in-law loads of drama.

The customer service is awful! They do not have 24hr emergency service.
