Glen is very knowledgeable, and helpful. Talked to me straight, not like a lot of mechanics who can be a bit condescending sometimes. Responsive and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. Brought in two older 2-stroke jet-skis and they run like new at a fair price.

I saw the store staff literally assault a customer and beat him up after he came to replace a bad tire they sold to him a day before. If that wasnt enough, the store owner showed up and threatened the customer for calling 911 to report the incident! Terrible business.

Dropped off my jet ski and tried for 2 weeks to get an estimate on replacing an engine cuz it has a cracked block. They refused to quote until they took the engine out. Finally went in the shop to ask for a simple quote. I was confused and irritated. Christopher said he was too stressed to give me a number and Glen, the owner was never there to handle it. Too stressed to give an estimate??? I took the jet ski and told them I didnt want to cause any more stress. Seemed like they were going to get into it and scam a ton of money. Customer service negative 5. Have they ever replaced an engine? Professionalism negative 10.

Ive used this place twice, and both times they failed to have my bike done on time. This last time I dropped my bike off for an oil change and brake work on a thursday so they could work on it over a non-holiday weekend. I told them I needed it first thing monday morning, its my only vehicle, I even offered to pay extra. I walked 10 blocks this morning and missed an hour of work to pick my bike up and they hadnt even touched it. No phone call, nothing, just wasted time. The poor kid who opens up shop didnt even know what to tell me except sorry as he handed me back my keys. Meanwhile, RP Racing over a block told me that if I put it in today, they could have it tomorrow.
