Ever since Tipton Honda was sold to a larger group - 3-4 years ago - the dealership has changed from a family owned kind of service... to a much more institutional, professional operation. I think old customers like myself do appreciate the changes introduced by this new management team. * If you need to service your car, ask for James. I had to wait 45 minutes just to be checked in. I had called for an appointment but they took my keys. Took my car told me to sit down and every employee shrugged their shoulders or pushed me aside. I praise God for Cody who overheard me found my car got the 🔑 keys and got me right back in line. Thank you Cody. Everyone else can go sit down.
