Super friendly and efficient. Experts doing what they do best: caring for my Subaru Impreza. Lounge is very comfortable and clean with TV, cool browsing books, and available for purchase--yummy and healthysnacks. They took our car in and had it done before we finished our snacks!
Got my new plates and didnt want to mess up my grill. With no appointment they installed it and told me the instructions we had were wrong. They did a great job and even washed my car. All this was gree6
Very friendly, no stress, easy access, and free coffee!
The service department rocks! Angel is terrific.
Wonderful environment that truly takes care of customers.
This review is for the El Cajon Subaru service department:I took my Outback in because I was getting a gas smell when I started my car. I did some research beforehand and told the service advisor (Chien) when I dropped my car off that it’s might be a dirty fuel injector, and to just take a look, since everything is still covered under their Power Train warranty. They had my car for over 24 hours, and when I went to pick up, they said they only did a visual inspection and couldn’t find a gas leak. When asked if they inspected the fuel injectors, they shrugged and said it would cost over $500, even though I’m under warranty. This is some of the worst service I’ve received from a dealership service department. These guys have no idea what they’re doing, and I will not trust them with my vehicle moving forward. Do yourself a favor and take your car to Sheen’s Auto Care in Kearny Mesa. Sean will take good care of you there.
