I ordered a full-size mattress but they did not have the one I wanted for they were out of stock. So they gave me an upgraded one for the same price which was worth more. Just bought a mattress!!! We originally went because we loved the slogan, so there we were unjunking our sleep when Myron walked up. Super nice guy. He helped us find the perfect mattress. We didnt pull the trigger just then. But we went back, actually today, and we were ready to buy. Myron had gone to another location but Scott was there and he was awesome!! Super knowledgeable and helpful! He gave us a great deal and we left happy customers.

My husband loves the mattress but we still thought $1400 was a steep high for just the mattress and even thought we got the adjustable frame for free we found it to be useless because when you put it in the up position it messes up the bed. Also it being the bottom of the line it didn’t come with the adjustable legs and now my small dog has a hard time getting up and it’s a bit too high for us to put out shoes on.

Purchased a mattress back in September and worked with Scott. I informed Scott what I was looking for and my price point. He had me try out a the options in my price point and I settled for what I thought I needed for my sleep and should pain needs. Well I was wrong. I figured the 120 day exchange policy might be a bit of a hassle as some return or exchange policies are. I called and spoke with Scott and he advised me to come in and we could take a look at what options were available and go over the exchange process. When I got to the store I explained what was going on and what I was looking for... again Scott put me on several different models and took the time to assess the differences in opinion and feeling and provided excellent knowledge on all options. The mattress I decided on was out of my price range and Scott went to work looking at different options for me to meet my budget. He found an almost identical in comparison mattress from the same manufacture that fit my budget. I just got the mattress today, 2 days after purchase set it up and laid on it........ muscles relaxed in 2-3 minutes and I feel great not even getting a nights rest on it yet. The level of customer service provided by Scott is what true customer service should be. Not pushy, doesn’t try and sell you what you don’t need, listens to the customer needs and works to make it a win win transaction. Thanks again Scott for all your help!

Came in, knew pretty much what I wanted, they had it in stock but not the show room (king size sealy posturpedic). With 10 years of retail background myself, I am constantly disappointed in the lack of customer service nowadays. Not the case when my girlfriend and I went into the El Cajon location to shop for a mattress last week. I cannot get over how helpful both Scott and John were. Very knowledgeable, and instead of trying to push things that are on sale, like so many other retailers often do, they listened to exactly what we were looking for, both in the product itself as well as price. A really great shopping experience for something that is a big decision to make when spending a lot of money on a mattress. Super clean and organized store, both salesmen were very professional and knowledgeable oh, and even though there were other customers in the store at the same time, they kept checking back in with us to make sure that we were having all of our questions answered. We left with a purchase that we were both very happy about, and I absolutely recommend this location, as well as the staff!

After visiting another store, my friend and I were immediately happy we decided to stop by Mattress Firm. We had spent too much time looking at other mattresses only to find out they were looking up the wrong mattress and the one I wanted wouldn’t be available until next month, and on top of that they tried to sell me a package deal that cost almost half of the price of the bed. The first thing I asked at Mattress Firm, do you have mattresses in stock. Then after I picked the mattress I liked, Mattress Firm did not try and sell me something I didn’t need or want. The total price difference was huge too. My friend even bought a mattress for one of the twins, and she wasn’t even planning on coming in the store. Even better, the beds will be delivered today. We both left very happy.

Had an amazing sales experience but the quality of the $1000 Serta (full size) mattress didnt hold up more than 4 months with only 1 person sleeping on it. Only the sides still feel new. I know I had the chance to bring back during my satisfaction guarantee but the salesman made it seem like a big hassle now Ill just have to deal with it and finish paying off a bed Im not satisfied with. WILL NOT return or recommend MattressFirm to friends or family in the future.
