Great place, their new location is very close to my house, so its really convenient and is becoming my go-to LHBS. They have a really good variety of ingredients in stock and everyone there is very helpful and friendly, from helping you find what you need to even putting together some of the kegging equipment I purchased there. Bonus: Rich typically has a selection of his own home brews on tap to sample. Im looking forward to his tasting room opening up soon.

I have gone in more than one time to buy something that maybe I didnt need, and instead of trying to sale me on those items, they were straight up with me, and let me know that the item may not be needed. This is a new location for this business. I like it ... parking is better. Prices are competitive and the location is ideal for ALL brewing needs. There is not much they dont have for the home brewer. Novice or seasoned home brewer can get what they need conveniently located in El Cajon. I checked out this store very shortly after opening and they have continued to be awesome. THey treat their customers well and have a very good selection of ingredients at competitive prices. This place is a must-go for east county home brewers!

Looks like a hole in the wall from outside, but they have ALWAYS had whatever I needed to get my brew going. Very knowledgeable about Mead as well!
