My bird Kevin has been boarded there twice, she always comes home in a better mood than when we dropped her off. I just bought a bird from them, a green cheek conure, he is wonderful. I love him and he is so sweet! Nothing but a great experience every time.

Great bird shop, cant find a place nearly as sanitary and helpful as this. Tame birds are actually out in the open for people to place with! The negative commenter works for another bird store and is not a legitimate customer. I was almost fooled!

I dont even want to give them a star, I bought a bird a 6month cockatiel, it did nothing but bite and fly around my room. I wore gloves I had patience and this bird was not interactive at all, I assume the only human interaction the bird had was being yanked from its cage(since they fly around bezerk when you open the cage) and having its wings cut( torturing the bird, try having your fingers cut off) when I called and talked to the owners, they said they had no guarantee the bird would be friendly or not fly out the window, I told them I wanted to do business with the mom and pop stores, I asked for a discount on another one of their birds. They just kept repeating I was not guaranteed anything so they are not responsible. I told them to have some compassion for the situation and they continued on relentlessly having no responsibility in the matter. Lost my business and respect.

I have been in many bird stores and this is unfortunately not one of the good ones. They sell birds and do most of their hand feeding - the babies come mostly from out of state from wholesalers. Most of the birds looked sickly - especially the cockatiels! They told me they were super sweet but believe me they are not ... not even close! They carry a very limited amount of bird supplies - a few cages, some food, a few toys - mostly pricy and covered with bird dander and dust. I know dander happens - but I hate to buy a new bird toy with a layer of dirt on it! Would not buy anything there!

Had great quality toys, cared for their birds well!
