Wish I could give them a zero star review. I went to this shop last November to get my cartilage pierced. It didn’t even last a week and I should of gotten my money back for the inconvenience and for the infection they caused. I had to get my piercing removed with a pair of pliers at the doctors. They spent an hour trying to remove the piercing before having to use pliers. I have photos of my ear. It was read and swollen. I had to be on medication due to the piercing. The guy who did the piercing and the tattoo artist both lied to my face telling me my ear was fine and wasn’t infected. Multiple people and other piercers were worried about my ear when they saw it. The doctor and nurse who removed the piercing felt so bad and my ear was bleeding. It was so red and really swollen. They tried to tell a doctor who went to medical school for year and knows more about infections than they do, had no clue what she was talking about. Not only are they rude, they also will lie to your face and they used the wrong type of piercing on my ear. Your job is to keep your clients safe and you failed to do that. I’m glad I didn’t listen to their advice and keep the piercing in because it would of ended up even worse than it was. My ear was so swollen, I had to force the piercing out to continue cleaning it. I’ve had piercings before and never had this problem. I did everything I was suppose to, to keep it clean and keep it from getting infected. I noticed my review was deleted. I made a review about this last year.
The person at the front counter was very helpful. I wanted to remove my permanent nose ring so she helped me pick out a removable piece of jewelry. However the guy who removed my nose ring and replaced it with the jewelry I purchased was very rude.I gave him a big tip because I felt sorry for him hating his job.
Eddie was fantastic with my 9 year old. This was a big event, getting her ears pierced. He communicated clearly, and directly with her throughout the process. She didnt feel anything when he did the piercing and was so happy! It was truly the best experience we could hope to have. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks Eddie!
At the kiosk in front of Hot Topic, the man working there refused to look at me, ignored me multiple times when I attempted to get his attention, and rolled his eyes and turned away when I asked about a product. The people in the shop were nice but the man at the kiosk is very unprofessional. I suggest going into the actual shop instead of him :)
I got my nose peirced here about.. 6 years ago when I turned 16. They dont use a gun, as its a cleaner alternative to NOT use them. I love this place!
If you’re looking to get a new piercing, please go somewhere else that offers professionalism. I got my nose pierced here in May and a month or so later I got a HUGE bump on it. I went in for advice on what to do to get rid of the bump. The owner, Eddie, told me I was having an allergic reaction to surgical steel and I needed to buy a titanium ring from him which would be $70 AND also pay $5 extra for him to put it in for me “because I wouldn’t be able to do it myself at home.” He was not gentle at all and was so rough it honestly felt worse than when he pierced it. I feel so taken advantage of. When I went home and did some research, not only did I see the same titanium nose ring on Amazon for $7 but that surgical steel is hypoallergenic. Needless to say, it’s been 3 months and switching didn’t do a thing. I will not be going back and I will be letting everyone know this place is a rip off.
Went here with my sister to get our septum’s pierced. Had a horrible experience. The piercer didn’t introduce himself to us, he didn’t talk at all or even look at our noses to see what size we need. After the piercing he didn’t clean either of them or say a word. over all 0 stars, i’ve had multiple piercings so good thing i know how to take care of them. This guy was super unprofessional.
Absolutely LOVE this shop! I have not gone to another shop for tattoos & piercings since I found the shop and NEVER will! The piercers are very relaxing. Eddie makes sure that everything is completely even and gives amazing aftercare tips. The artists are insanely talented. Albert has the lightest hand Ive ever felt and work with you to get exactly what you want, even if its something crazy and completely off the wall! My husband and I both have fallen asleep while actively being tattooed. More than once Ive walked in to say hi, found a new flash piece that Albert created, fallen in love with it, and walked out with a new tattoo. I cannot put into words how much I enjoy going to the shop.
Came in here to get a lip piercing was met with rudeness but decided to give the guy the benefit of the doubt because we all have bad days.Had to rush and get cash because that’s all they were excepting at the moment.He was very rude to my girlfriend she decided to walk out and not get her piercing.I stayed and got mine.I tried to explain to him that because I have a very big bottom lip already when my lip swells tomorrow I will need a lot longer of a bar then a average starter bar. He didn’t really listen and was in a rush to get out of there at 5. He assured me that the one he was giving me would be long enough.. He gave me the very standard star their bar. Starter bars are normally longer and it is longer but for my bottom lip as I was trying to explain he needed to use a little bit longer one than that. Not trying to tell the guy what to do and everything I just am speaking from experience with my body and I know well it was going to need being that I’ve had my lip pierced before. Although he was in such a rush and didn’t listen to what I was trying to say his placement of the piercing was good. He was in a rush and I do wish he just would’ve slow down to hear me out because I have a stutter...He didn’t give me any tip for cleaning last time I have it done I was 17 so it would have been good if he told me. The tattoo lady was very nice though and from the work I saw she does good.When it comes to piercings though I’m more than likely will not be back. If you want some thing fast and then out this is your place but if you want them to be nice to you and in the process go somewhere else because it wasn’t that professional with the way he specifically spoke to others.(couldn’t figure out how to post the pictures in this review but I did post then in the photos)
Ive gotten three piercings here and its always super fast and relatively painless. I got a tragus piercing here yesterday and since Eddie wasnt in the lady at the front desk gave me 20 percent off. The actual piercing took less than ten minutes and I really like the way it looks.
Dre is dope af she has amazing work her attention to detail is flawless!! I most definitely will be coming back for more tattoos very soon I would highly recommend her to do your tattoos
The peircer was a jokester. Really couldnt tell if he was being an A-hole or if he was being sarcastic. All in all a good job was done. Would recommend
Mike took great care of me. He was able to get me in and my tattoo done on the same day. I have been meaning to check them out. They are one of the only tattoo shops that are open and take walk ins during Covid! Mike was honest and very entertaining. He has great skills and did a great cover up for me. Everyone at the shop was cool and down to earth. They are not snobby tattoo artists that hate on your ideas. Their prices are outstanding for the quality of work you get.
Eddie did 6 ear piercings on me. He is professional and talked through what he is going to do. Great sense of humor. Made me feel comfortable and not anxious. He recommended sea salt spray that they sell there. Works great! Its been 4 months and no infections or pain.
Went to go get two piercings on my ear done. The piercer was in a very big rush. When we first arrived he came running back into the shop and said when he is done with us he is going on break. Asked me and another lady what she wanted. We rushed to pay and me and the lady both got pierced in the span of 5 minutes.Piercer did not face me and was talking very fast on how to care for my new piercings, I did not hear a word and didn’t bother to ask again because my mother and I were already in a rushed, bad mood because of this guy.I don’t know if he was fiending or what, but I would not recommend this place to get a piercing. The tattoos and other workers are fantastic, the piercer is the only problem.
Please do not come here for a tattoo, Andrea Brady botches tattoos and admitted to it not being her best work but I never received a refund... she just tried to fix the tattoo and made it worse. Now I have to get a cover up after it fades...
After multiple piercings by Eddie (bellybutton, tragus, and dermals in my back dimples) and multiple tattoos by Mike I have nothing but good things to say. Professional, great at their trades and the banter makes the atmosphere like visiting old friends.

Me and my wife both got tattoos by Carranza here, My wifes took a little less than 3 hours and mine 6+. He did this all in one day, not only was the work good but he is pleasant to carry on a conversation with and seemed genuinely interested in his work. My children(2 & 6 yrs) came in towards the end and staff were kind and accommodating. The place is keep clean, and he did everything to keep the work station hygienic and organized. And surprisingly convenient that was in a mall. All around good experience.
My husband and I just happened to pass by their shop today but Ive been wanting to have a tattoo for the longest time! It was my first ever tattoo and Rockabilly made it a pleasant experience for both my husband and I. Thank you to tattoo artist Albert! Will visit again for sure 😉
Made an appointment with my friend to get her nose pierced for 6:00pm and it was 35 minutes away from her house mind you... and when we got there they were closing up and the “tattooer” gave my friend and I attitude and charged at us when we specifically told him we had an appointment at 6:00pm and he continued to yell at us saying the piercer had the right to leave when he wanted to leave despite the fact that we had an appointment. How unprofessional and disgusting for a man to charge at two young women and raise his voice. This man needs to be fired. I will be in contact with the owner first thing in the morning.
Eddie did my first, second and third ear piercings and i barely felt any of them! Definitely recommend and definitely coming back!
Eddie was awesome at getting new jewelry ordered for an existing piercing I had and getting it changed out for me. Extremely nice and felt really welcome in the shop. Would highly recommend to anyone on the market!! Will definitely be going back for future piercings.
Great service and conversation. I was a walk in. I spoke with Mike about getting my first tattoo. He and the owner were very helpful and explained the entire process. Mike created my tattoo, and two hours later Im walking out, a happy client.

I had recently got my Navel and helix pierced at a different shop.FYI they did a really bad job. I had given this shop a call because I was having problems with my percing they told me to come in and they woukd fix my percing. I came in and Eddie was very kind to fix both percing for a small fee. I will not go to anyone else for percings.
Awesome experience here both times Ive visited. First time was with Eddie for my nose piercing and RJ for my navel. Both gentlemen were great and took the nerves off. They made me feel very comfortable and at ease the whole time. I wish I had gotten my tongue pierced here! I would definitely recommend.

My awesome husband took me here on a surprise date night to get my nose pierced. I have wanted one for the longest time, just never made time to get it done. We were immediately greeted by Eddie, the owner who was in the middle of helping another customer but still made sure to acknowledge us and told us he would be with us shortly. Once he was done with the other customers he showed us our options for the nose piercing and was straight forward without any hard selling which I appreciated! We paid for the piercing and waited since there was one client ahead of us. Once it was my turn, he called us in the room and I was super impressed at how clean and sanitary everything was. He took his time but was also fast which showed me he knew what he was doing. The piercing didnt hurt much and he made me laugh all the while. Overall we had a great experience here and would definitley recommend to friends and family! Thanks Eddie!
Just got my right calf tattooed this evening by Carranza and damn he knocked it out of the park! Came in the day before with an idea of what I wanted, payed the deposit and he drew up the design to be done the next day. Overall experience was great, we had great conversations and he was excellent in his work. The tattoo came out way better than I pictured it to be in my mind. He seemed really excited to be working on my leg and about the piece in general which helped me have faith in his skills.Were already talking about ideas of what to do next. For sure, 100% recommend Carranza to everyone now and looking forward to getting more work done by him!
If you come in for ears piercings. Make sure the price they tell you is for both ears. Please ask if it’s for both side. It’s happened to me . I end up have to paid another $40 bucks for the other side.I cane in to get my ears piercings and ask how much it would cost for Both and the guy said $45 . So I went ahead and do it. After he pier my one side then he said done. I ask him what about this side ? He said he only charged me for one. I referred lots of My customers to this place for tattoos and piercings cause they do a great job. But they need to be honest with the price .

This place is already super sketchy being at the mall but they also sell garbage jewelry for crazy expensive prices. I bought 2 surgical steel nose piercings from here for 98.00. On top of that they didnt have a piercer to bend my jewelry for me, so the cashier lady takes it upon her self to bend my jewelry the wrong way. I only went here because Im new to the area and didnt have a local place to get my piercing jewelry. I ended up having to drive all the way to my normal piercing shop in north county to have the jewelry fixed, and the piercer working was not impressed with the quality of jewelry from this place. So next time Id rather drive 45 minutes to oceanside then to ever spend any money here again.

My girlfriend went in here to get a cartilage piercing by Eddie, and she was super excited and happy about her piercing. She said that Eddie was respectful and professional to her. I would totally recommend Eddie for all your piercings.
I made an appointment for 6:00 pm and I had to drive 35 min from my home to get to this place and as I arrived this very rude and mean worker tells me that the person I made an appointment already left. I asked him that it does not make sense because I had drive all the way here and for him to just leave is not right. When I told him that he started walking towards me yelling telling me that there is nothing he can do. I can’t believe a customer was treated like this and if you ever think about coming here, think about it twice there are plenty amazing tattoo shops out there DON’T come to this one.

Would never recommend for kids! Took my two daughters there after calling to see if they pierced childrens’s ears. It hurt so much that both refused to get their second ear done. Took them to Claire’s the same day, and both had no problem getting second ear pierced. The gun is a lot faster and less painful!IT GETS WORSE ! One week later, one of my daughters had the earring from here lodge into her earlobe while she was sleeping. We had to take her to a specialist at Radys to get it removed. The doctor said that the head of the earring was too small, and that they have seen a lot of cases similar to ours.This place may be fine for adults, but it definitely was a nightmare for my girls!

This is the worst place Ive ever been. I went to get my ears pierced and the guy wasnt any friendly and he pierced my ears not even, one is more at the center which is good but my left one he did it more down and close to the edge of my ear 😔 it looks really uneven and im not happy at all with it. I will have to make it again haveing an extra whole in my ear thanks to this place. Dont go and if you go be aware they dont care about customers they care about your money only. BAD PLACE!!!
Cool little tattoo shop located in the mall of Parkway Plaza $80 is the minimum to spend to get a tattoo, I think theyre a little too expensive they probably charge high price because they are located inside the mall but my tattoo artist Albert was really cool.
