Erick was EXCEPTIONAL, and the entire purchase experience was absolutely the best! Erick was very professional, courteous, very respectful and friendly, and made me feel much more than a valued customer ... more like an old friend I had known for years. He explained every detail of the installation and costs involved with my purchase. What really impressed me was the fact that he placed my old tires in plastic bags and carefully loaded them, and my old wheels in boxes, into the trunk and back seat of my car so as not to damage the leather interior. He suggested that I consider investing in a wheel alignment with my new tire installation (which I did) and explained the before and after results of the wheel alignment. I could tell that he and his installation team took extra special care not to scratch or damage my new wheels, and the job was finished on time. When I saw the car after installation I was absolutely BLOWN AWAY. I will go out of my way to highly recommend Firestone, and particularly Erick, for making my experience the high point of my day! First of all zero customer service even the manager didn’t know how to do his job my car stayed in their shop for 2 days they couldn’t find the problem I took my car somewhere else and all i had to do was changing a tire.

Filthy place, looking like an abandoned shop, spiderwebs all over Waiting area, from ceiling to floor; while most of all FCAC do allow customers to use bathroom, this particular Mgr did not, came up with a whole bunch of excuses when I asked, my question only needed a YES or a NO

I made an appointment to get my oil changed. Me appointment was confirmed by Firestone. I arrived as requested about 15 minutes early. Then I am told it could be up to an hour and half to get my oil changed. Over the years it takes roughly 15 minutes for the service. Why make an appointment if they dont honor the time?

I arrived there on a flat tire and no one offered to help and I was told that I would have to drop my car off?? All I wanted was to fix my flat tire so I could go home....what happened to the days when there was someone there to greet you with a smile?? I arrived on a flat tire and left on a flat tire talk about disappointment I then went to another tire shop where they greeted me, fixed my tire and sent me on my way all within 15 minutes. I used to trust in Firestone but this experience has changed my opinion.

Brought my tire in to get a simple patch on a rear tire. Took them almost 6 hours to fix it. Now I didn’t have a appointment but the guy when I dropped it off said it will be a few hours. To me a few is 2-3 not 6 hours. Very disappointed in the service. Not to mention the guy who works inside kept calling me “boss” like that is a polite way to address people? What happened to “sir”

While conducting a military move to San Diego, my brand new tires (installed in another state where I was coming from) had a valve stem air leak coming over the mountains into SD on the 8. I was able to keep filling the tire and limp in to this Firestone location.They were short staffed due to COVID-19 and overworked. However, they still added me to the queue.I witnessed not only with me, but with others while waiting, very professional and kind service.Thank you for the assist and keep up the good work!

I usually don’t write reviews, but I feel like it’s my obligation to take the time to give this Firestone location zero stars. I took my car for a simple routine oil change that their mechanics perform daily, it is arguably the simplest task that they have to carry out on their job. While doing the oil change the mechanic informed me that the oil drain bolt needed to be replaced. I approved the part and my car was given to me shortly after. Fast forward a month later, I noticed that my car was leaking a lot of oil. I took my car to an independent mechanic and he showed me that the oil drain bolt was leaking oil. The Firestone mechanic failed to tighten the oil drain bolt. Such a simple task yet they still can’t execute.

. ******update and correction I used to go out of my way to this firestone. Recently had a service done on my truck well its been a week and a new clunk around the rear end has emerged . Upon further investigation I found a screwdriver lodged into my leaf spring behind driver side rear tire. This Firestone will never touch any of my vehicles again and Ill be pursuing damage reimbursement . To think even for a second that Ive entrusted my life, and the lives of my passengers including my 1 year old daughter is incredibly scary. See photo of occurance

They are extra slow and backed up on Sundays. I needed 1 tire and I had to wait almost 4 hours, seriously slow but who else is open on a Sunday? Not enough staff on duty, but working on a Sunday sux.

Honeslty a rip off i went here for brakes and homie tried charging me 1000 for everything and when I said nah, would I be able to get the parts and come back for you to install he said no they have to order them and I said alroght im good and he said good luck finding the parts and I easily found the parts at O Rileys so idk what he was going on about

These guys were awesome. We were towed in at the end of day with a flat tire and a flat spare on a rental. Had 2 tires waiting on us when we got there. Erick Guzman filled up the spare. After 10 minutes the spare was holding air. Me and my companion decided to drive back without purchasing the 2 tires. They perfectly understood. I offered money for their time and they wouldnt accept. Thanks again Erick

This place did $1,000 in damage to my vehicle. While putting a drain plug back in they cross threaded my oil pan. They Put a spring of some sort around the plug to conceal any sort of leak. I obviously did not discover this until my next oil change with pep boys this time around. Firestone has been anything but helpful to this point regarding finding a resolution to the matter

They really went out of their way to get me an oil change late on a Sunday. I was so appreciative. Andy was great very considerate they try hard for the customer. Jose worked hard to get me a good price on my Michelin Pilots they are very professional.

Buyer Beware...this has to be the worst location Ive ever been too! Im a long time customer and will never use this location ever again even though I live close. For my step son they put his front rims on the back which are different sizes and it screwed up the car! We had to get it fixed at the dealer and was over $5000. When I got new tires on my SUV they were running late and I was leaving for a trip to Laughlin pulling my jetski and they did not balance my tires so I had a very bumpy ride to say the least. Then lately I had my tires rotated, balanced, and alignment done. When I picked up my vehicle the front quarter panel was popping out looking like it was in an accident...are you kidding me?! Then the car did not seem to have balanced tires when at higher speeds again. I just took to another Firestone and my car is a world of difference now with tires getting balanced and alignment. Bottom line is this location cuts corners and not trained properly. No one from corporate has called me even though they say they would within a week. Its been 4 to 5 months.

This place is not worth to go. They delay fixing the car, last time I wait (4) hours just for oil change. Now I made appointment for alinement and tire rotations, and I have to wait 2:30 hours??I did big mistake when I bought life time warranty from them.

They hooked me up with a great price on trailer tires. Quick turnaround time. I was in and out in 45 min for 4 tires.

Dropped off Fusion for an oil change and I got car back with Oil Pressure warning light on. Could not schedule for almost a week, finally drop car off again and they give me a rental. A week goes by, no news back from shop. I call the shop to ask them how my repairs are going, they tell me they have been completed for almost a week... I paid almost $250 in rental fees that could have been avoided. I drop my rental back at enterprise and they drive me back over to the shop. The mechanic tells me there was no oil on my dipstick, they swapped two of my four brand new tires. I asked them why no one called me after they finished the repair, he said someone should have... Do not take your vehicle to this location, this may happen to you.

Throughout my life, I had never had such a positive experience at a repair shop before. I called ahead of time and was shopping around to see where we needed to replace our blown out tire. Luckily, I spoke to Chris and I could tell over the phone that we didnt need to check anywhere else and headed there immediately on a Sunday afternoon. It was busy, but Chris was able to deliver our new tire as promised. They even helped us out by replacing our donut into the bracket and let us take our tire back to the dealership.Equally impressive was Andy, he remained very calm, organized, and professional when dealing with a wide variety of customers.We were able to get our tire completed and paid for within an hour and my wife was happy to get back on the road and enjoy our Sunday.

Good service but dont expect low low prices. They offer free Wi-Fi and coffee for customers that are waiting on service. A restroom is also available. Appointments are recommended but not required. They have corporate offers from time to time that offer a pre-paid card by mail. The guys are sort of expert here and the sales tactics arent too pressured. The quality of tires are what you would expect from Firestone but dont expect to pay low prices, youll be paying for quality. They have a fix right or its free guarantee. Their promise is honesty and integrity. If prices were lower I might give it 5 Stars. Dont expect to rob the bank here but get decent service.

I had an oil change appointment at 4 pm 5/19The shop was busy. I got that. But after waiting for 1 your, I decided to leave.Is this over booked appointment or underman power ?The service person said that she was sorry for the wait. But I didnt feel it was reassuring

Worest costumer service. Bunch of layers. They dont know what they are doing. This business should close for good. They didnt get the right size tiers for my car. I had to cancel something to get my cars tiers changed. They care less. They just let my walk away. Worst part is they offered another brand almost dibble the price they quoted over the phone.

Jose was wonderful! I called him and asked if he had an opening in the next 15 minutes. He said come in and he would get me in. I needed an allignment also. He knew I was in a hurry and got my new tires and allignment done in a little over an hour and a half when he originally said it would take about two hours. They understood my urgency and got the job done quick! Thanks guys. They have a forever customer.

I dont hate this place. The guy who helped me was very customer service orientated. Hopefully it was sincere.It is one of those places unfortunately see females as $$ when they walk in. You will be over charged to the penny. Shop around for your auto needs, look at reviews and ask questions. Do this and youll save money. I was going to be charged $100 for an oil change on a 2013 Dodge Dart. When I was told by my bf that was outrageous. I looked around and found a Groupon for an oil change at Valvoline on El Cajon Blvd. Total paid for an oil change $45 out the door, in 20 min and with world class service!!!

Showed up 15 minutes before closing on a holiday weekend. Both the Mgr. and employee named Sean went out of their way to help me out and get me back on the road again. Pleasant surprise these days.

I think that by this deception they attract customers. I needed 2 tires. and I chose them on the site.(price=$171) but when he came to them, the guys counted and the amount was almost 2 times higher. ($345)I never got a clear answer why the amount is so different if even taxes are included in the price list.

Appointments mean ZERO to this place. Arranged to have my tires brought in from another Firestone store the prior week. They said they would call me and let me know if they were successful. It took me 3 calls on 3 different days to find out that they were. On Sunday at noon I show up and counter dude told me we have your appt but we MAY be able to finish at 5, we have 3 flat repairs ahead of you waiting. My time, which is valuable to me (as everyones is) is not open to be jerked around by some business who could care less. Make an appointment here if you like to gamble away your entire day off. Me? Ill take my money elsewhere and actively recommend to everyone I know to steer clear of this place. Companys that make it hard to give them your money just plain suck.

They have great customer service. And are very accommodating with the turn around time of the vehicles.

Rating went from a 5 to a 1 today. Apparently, Firestone has decided to stop doing fluid top-ups (including oil). Given the amount of money I have spent with the organization, I find this extremely customer hostile. Further, guy at the counter called me a liar for asserting that Id gotten a top-up just a few months ago (I can even identify the tech who did it). Between the awful policy change and being called a liar, Firestone has turned me into an ex-customer. Im done with yall.

Ive been coming here for a few years and always have a good experience. They are honest and trustworthy and know what they talk about.

3/1/2018My visit for tire service needs at Firestone on 2nd Street in El Cajon.Customer service was exceptionally above any retail store I have seen, I felt at home when I was there and felt like part of my family performing the service on my car. Very good experience, better than most places.

This morning I dropped my car off at 7am knowing it was going to take a good amount of time to get everything done the guy was super nice. At 1pm I called to see if it was ready it was so I got there again they were super nice. I being a mechanics daughter and married to a mechanic always check my vehicles after a service lifted the hood to find out that eventhough i paid for a complete vehicle inspection they did not check and clean the corrosion off the battery terminals and there was no mention of it. They did tell me about my brakes needing to be changed and the belt that has always needed to be changed so they say. They did not set back the trip counter like every firestone ive ever been to has done before. I was happy at the start now im just irritated for the 140 I spent it sure shows how much theycdo not care about their work.

Firestones has always been good to me.

First time here and I wasnt happy. Their customer service sucks! I walked in and had to look for someone to come help me. All the staff avoids coming to the front desk. I had made an appointment at 10am, it was 10:30am and they still had not touched my car. I had to ask the staff to take my car in. It was an unpleasant visit! I should have just gone to jiffy lube down the street and had this service done in about 20mins.

I never write reviews but with how poor my service was here I couldnt resist. I came in for two rear tires on my bmw and an alignment. I was told 2-2.5 hours with the appointment and its almost closing time and Im still sitting here. This place takes forever. I had to say something for them to start my service. It sat for an hour before they touched it. Pretty sad. I will never be coming back here or referring anyone to this place.

Well I want to tell everyone that I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go their car fixed or check up by them because I took my 2005 Toyota Highlander to do an alignment for it it took 4 days and when I went to get it they said they were busy and didn’t start with the car yet. The service was very horrible and It was a very bad service from Firestone and wasn’t as expected.
