The people at De La Fuente Cadillac are great. Each person that Ive dealt with has been nice and helpful. The salespeople arent pushy and go out of their way to try to help you get what you are looking for. The service and repair team have done a great job any time Ive come in. Quality work and very easy to talk to.
Travis was a pleasure to work with, as was the manager, Rick. Very transparent with pricing, very honest and genuinely concerned about satisfying us. They also made us aware of additional pricing incentives that we did not know about it. We would definitely return when we are in the market for another Cadillac. I did take the car back to the service department for a couple minor items and the people in the service department were equally friendly and accommodating.
Great dealership to buy a car. No high pressure sales here, on the contrary, they let me take my time to check things out without a pesky salesperson hovering and trying to convince me what I needed to buy from them. When I had questions it was easy to get their attention. Price was lower than other dealerships I checked with throughout the negotiation so a good deal is another good reason to shop here.
Was a good place for service. Recently they have little staff and the level of service has decreased. There are nice people but to be told 3x the car wash is not available...but another Cadillac is brought around clearly after a wash...not cool.
I just finished getting my 2nd car from Rick at De La Fuente Cadillac, and I am beyond satisfied with my entire experience. As a huge fan of Cadillac, there are several choices with regards with whom to work. I have met several salespeople and have scouted various dealerships, and NOBODY is as sincere, professional, and offers as great of a deal as Rick at De La Fuente Cadillac. He beat any offers I had found, and made sure to hustle in finding me the EXACT cars I wanted with all of the features I needed, while not overselling me. He knew what would make me happy, and went over and beyond to make it happen. I greatly appreciate him making me feel so well taken care of, and HIGHLY recommend using De La Fuente!
I came in to see the ATS and wanted to find out more about the car. I test drove a couple of them and feel in love with the ATS. I had Fred the sales agent look into what the costs were and also wanted to inquire about a least. They looked into it for me and not only were they competitive with their pricing, they also agree to buy out my current lease for a fair price and take that in on a trade. I was very satisfied with the service they provided and would definitely purchase another vehicle from them again.

My experience here was sweet and somber. Steven was very gracious and professional squeezing me in on a late Saturday morning to plug my tire. Unfortunately, once my spare was replaced it was tossed in the pick-up bed. Come to find out it was $200 to have them remount it to the under carriage. BOLOGNA!! At least give me the option to choose. Come to find out, I took it next door to Tire Pros and it was a 10-miute job and was charged $15.
Terry and Brittany in the service department do an excellent job. Terry contacted me on his own time to take care of something that I had asked him about. Incredible service levels and much appreciated!

First off Id like to say that I had nothing less than exceptional service here at De La Fuente Cadillac. Steve Gagliardi was very professional and had a great sense of humor. I had my vehicle towed here after getting a flat tire, no appointment and they were still able to help me out and have my vehicle fixed. I was in and out in less than an hour & half. It turned out to be a faulty tpms that was leaking air through the valve stem, they replaced it under warranty. I should also add that I was from out state, so I was surprised to receive excellent service on such short notice. They even offered to wash my vehicle after but because I was in a hurry to get back to my family vacation I decided to pass on it. Keep up the great customer service De La Fuente Cadillac team.
Excellent service department, had the CTS serviced, and they found a couple of things that needed to be replaced. Not pushy at all, just some honest recommendation, & we are very happy with the service.

Im extremely saddened to even have to write this review, but the lack of concern the general manager, Enrique Rodriguez, and service department, specifically Brittany McGee, have for customers is pathetic. We took our Cadillac ATS in for a routine service and oil change (granted, we did not buy it there, but that should not matter) while we were on vacation. Brittany, the service writer, did a pre-service inspection of any damage that existed (at our prompting). After servicing, there was damage to the car that was not already there - per their pre-service inspection. We brought it to their attention, and regardless of their inspection or before and after photos, they deny any wrongdoing. They completely ignore requests to repair the damage done by one of THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES. BEWARE OF YOUR CAR AND THE CONDITION BEFORE AND AFTER - OR AVOID THIS PLACE! There are plenty of other Cadillac dealers in the area, and I would definitely recommend steering clear of this place.

My car was in trouble and chief repair technician Jeff True diagnosed the problem immediately. His expertise has guided my repairs ever since and he has always made me feel welcome to consult with him or ask his advice. He is a remarkable asset to the team. I am impressed with all personnel for their genuine concern and conscientious attention to their customers. I have special accolades for the service team from the moment I check in with Steve or Kenny, throughout the maintenance process with all expert service technicians, cheerful and efficient receptionists Tiffany & Jessica, and Executive Manager Rick Rodriguez who always greets me enthusiastically (not just as a potential buyer but as a friend). Had car towed to dealership on a Friday to have them diagnose a problem with the vehicle. Tuesday I finally recieve a voicemail, but was unable to return the phone call until 5. The message I recieved was from Brittany who told me to call the dealership regarding my car. Thats it. No message or details and no message for staff to explain what was goin on. Incompetence on Brittanys behalf. Do not appreciate waiting five days to receive a message call me about you car. What kind of professional policy is this? I cant even get to the point where someone even lets me know what is going on to write a review on what actually gets worked on. This place is understaffed and unprofessional. Plus the website states they are open in the service center until 5:30 pm. Either staff just arbitrarily wanders off before scheduled time to leave or the folks maintaining the website are just as on the ball as Brittany. NOT GOOD SERVICE.
From the moment I walked into the dealership I felt absolutely no pressure. Rick Rodriquez, the General Manager, greeted me and let me look over the 2012 CTS coupe on his used car lot without hovering over me. Later, when we sat down in his office, he listened respectfully as I told him what I wanted to pay for the CTS and what I wanted for my 06 Vette. He agreed to both and we had a deal. Recently my wife and I purchased a used 2015 Buick Enclave from De La Fuente Cadillac in El Cajon, CA. For several months we had been searching for a used 2014-2015 Enclave when my wife came upon this vehicle on the internet. It was priced below other comparable Enclave’s and had low miles. We live in Phoenix so this was an out of state vehicle which created questions in our mind about seeing the car and sales tax and delivery.Our contact at De La Fuente was Randy Hanslik, Internet Sales Manager. From the initial contact with Randy he was very easy to communicate with and never gave us any “sales pressure” to buy the car. He understood our concerns about being out of state and answered all of our questions.After coming to an agreed cash sale price my wife and I thought about what we would do now with our “third” car. We mentioned to Randy our third car as a possible trade in even though we had already agreed to buy the car for cash. He asked us about the car and what price we wanted for the car. We told him, he talked to Rick Rodriguez, Executive Manager and our price was accepted – car sight unseen.We have friends who live near El Cajon and asked them if they would go to De La Fuente Cadillac and look at the Enclave. They did and told us it was beautiful and “perfect”. We wired the money to De La Fuente Cadillac and bought the car.As out of state buyers we did not want to pay California sales tax as we would be paying Arizona sales tax when we registered the car. To make this happen Randy said he would drive the Enclave to Yuma, Arizona for a small delivery fee and drive our “third” trade in car back to El Cajon. He engaged a notary to also meet us in Yuma to do the necessary paper work. In an hour we had completed all the paperwork.This was a great experience for us and we would definitely recommend Randy Hanslik and De La Fuente Cadillac for buying a vehicle. The salesman was great but when we sat down with the finance manager she got mad at the salesman and was yelling and cursing at him. Then she acted like nothing happened. I got up left. I was really upset AND didnt buy the car I wanted.
