Sam was amazing. She is knowledgeable and very professional about the products in the store. Her friendliness and customer service skills are genuine and hard to come by these days. Will definitely be back to that store. As a couple goin into an adult store she made us feel very comfortable and at ease about being there. The manager was very kind also.

This is the first place I have ever been to buy lingerie where you cannot try most of the product on, even if you are wearing undergarments. Have never experienced this, they would want to waste money on things that you dont know if they fit or not. Id be happy to try things on, wearing undergarments and even having a sales associate watching me to make surw rules arent broken. After losing 100 lbs, I dont know what size I need and need to try things on, especially a bodysuit, they need to fit right.Do not recommend this place, they want people to spend money even if they arent sure things fit and they cant be returned either. Worst customer service ever

I was browsing the store and over heard a guy named arhmami yelling at another associate because she was helping a couple, it made me feel really uncomfortable he started to throw boxes down the stairs and was pacing back and forth and glaring at the girl. I won’t be back.

The reason that I like This place is because of the location and cleanliness. Every time I have gone the staff always greets me. They have a huge selection of toys, adult games, pheromones and bachelorette party items. Staff is there help if you have questions. I will say that their prices are higher than online, but sometimes I want to see the item before I buy it; and they allow you to remove the item from the box to feel. They offer discounts to military and students. They also have a rewards card after so many purchases you get a discount.

I love the one in North County and I was thrilled to learn about the one in East County... until your creeper of an employee kept following me around, especially when I said I didnt need help, let me shop for my private stuff without you being less than 5 feet away. I would have purchased waaaaay more but the dude made me feel so uncomfortable I just wanted to leave! Seriously, if you are a dude and a gal is shopping, do not keep creepin. Seriously. Went in on 10/13 with a friend, just to look and spend 10. A new beautiful girl helped us. She told us the truth that she is new, not even 1 hour in. She had us laughing in 2 minutes. Ok, Im a business major and Im appalled by this company and how they run their business! First off, not inviting because it was once a strip club and Im not against strip clubs. If you are going to sell items there, make it seem more inviting, or appealing to smell. Us women need to feel like we are worth somethings not feel dirty or violated! Next was the fact that it is posted that you have to be of age, why isnt it when you walk through the door? I mean, correct me if Im wrong but if a company has it to where you walk in then card, it would save time and money!!! Now upon arriving up the stairs (looks dingy and not up a very good up keeping) theres the sign!!! So of course I am of age and not all the time do I look my age so I do get carded, but that doesnt mean to patronize customers based on appearance? I also felt that the lady was rude and had an attitude, same with the guy running the downstairs. This isnt a Valentino store with security because of top notch quality goods. If this company lived up to their name, they would make more money and have a sense of business idea rather than making so with what they have. If they were to focus more on customers and their needs, not have the customers feel like they are there to be on center stage, perhaps they would make more money. Plus, cost wise, way overpriced and I can go elsewhere. Im pretty sure that if the owner had some morals, he or she wouldnt be running their business like this. Stripclub environment should be separate from selling items to customers that want privacy and respect!!!! Never going back here again!!!! Ill take my money elsewhere!!!

This is place is really akward. The staff is weird and watchs your every move. I couldnt tell if they wanted in like creep or the were worried I was stealing. None the less, buy you stuff online!!! Why are we still going to store anymore.
