Rafael and his team did an excellent job! I wanted to keep my kitchen cabinets but replace my countertops and backsplash. I had granite on both my countertops and backsplash and they were able to remove it all with zero damage to my walls or cabinets. They installed my new Quartz Countertop and did a tile backsplash.They also handled the plumbing aspect of the job and got my new dishwasher, garbage disposal, sink & faucet installed.Having dealt with many contractors over the years I realize it’s always a roll of the dice as to whether it will be a good experience or you’ll end up dealing with flakes. The team at IMG were everything you would hope for in a contractor. They were timely, courteous, efficient and did excellent work.One of the big factors in going with IMG initially was that they came out and looked at the job, measured everything and gained a thorough understanding of what I wanted. Their quote was all inclusive with no hidden or surprise costs. I talked to a few other companies that wanted to just give me a quote over the phone. That sounded like it had a lot of inherent issues built into it. I think the face to face meeting with IMG eliminated any possible misunderstandings about the project.I am very happy I chose IMG and would give them the highest recommendation.
