The scheduling person they have, Heather, was very rude when speaking with my dad over the phone. He had called to ask about an arrival time of the technician who was supposed to come out between 0900-1000. It was 1000 and he had not received a call or text from either the company or technician to say he would be arriving after the time, Heather gave to my dad. My dad had his phone on speaker when he called and I overheard his conversation with Heather and I have to say, if she was speaking to me the way she was speaking to my dad, we would have been having a different conversation. She was argumentative, dismissive, and shifted the blame onto my dad for making an appointment at 1130 (he made this apt to go around the jacuzzi appointment scheduled by Heather) and told him she scheduled his apt thinking he would be there for it, which he would have been if the technician was there from 0900-1000. Not only this, she right away was threatening my dad with canceling the apt instead of trying to get in touch with the driver, which at first she said she couldnt get ahold of him because hes driving, but then said she can go ahead and call him to tell him to cancel my dads apt. Now I want to be very clear, the technician arrived (shortly after 1000)an he was very curtious, apologetic, and worked well and explained everything to my dad calmly (John, I believe). He was very nice and this review has nothing to do with him. He has very good customer service and the ability to de-escalate a situation quickly. Heather however, could benefit from being sent to a few customer service classes in future and be taken off this companys phone line until she can learn how to speak with customers. Let me tell you, if I ever choose to get a jacuzzi, I may think twice before contacting this company if I have to deal with someone like Heather and I would especially not want any of my friends to have to work with her either.

Terrible!!!Place is a rip off, dont walk, run away from calling them.Technician arrived on time, made a phone call and found a button ology problem. Took a whopping 4 or 5 minutes and charged a whopping $120.00, technician called and asked to reduce the cost of the diagnostic and was told no. Customer service rating minus #s.

I have been using them for years and have been a satisfied customer, however on this particular occasion I am not.I had a burned circuit board so I called, gave them the board model number and asked for the cost for replacement. I was quoted $499 plus tax. I made the appointment and a technician came out and replaced it. He did a very good job and completed it quickly.I was presented with a bill for $660 and was told there was an additional $120 service charge that I was not told about.When I ask how much its going to cost to fix it I want to know the total cost up front.No longer a satisfied customer
