SO SO DELICIOUS! Ordered the Cookies and Creamery cake in half sheet size - it was so impressive and delicious! Highly recommend! EVERYONE loved it! Great neighborhood spot!

Old ice cream cake and poor service for a Fathers Day.... 😒 Purchased a recommended Oreo cake for fathers day and was then told they are no longer writing on the cake. Come to find out, I see a cake posted with writing and the cake just didnt taste fresh at all. Weve been going to this location for years, and sadly I will likely try another shop or business after the last couple of experiences.

I always have a positive experience here, as the employees are helpful, professional, and friendly. Yesterday I came in at noon for two to-go orders and an amazingly awesome person, Jane, was manning the counter. (She was a young Asian woman, so if you spot her, expect great service!) She was incredibly friendly and I got the vibe that she can put anyone at ease. Anyway, she recommended flavors I might like, based on my preferences and cravings, and she was more than happy to do half coffee, half banana for my mothers peanut waffle cone ice cream (the waffle cone was free! I think they made too many waffle cones or something, so I had a few to choose from). She related with me when I said I was still mentally asleep and having trouble talking, and she was a great active listener. It seems she is very naturally skilled with customer service and she just had a great personality, perfect for dealing with lots of people (as is standard with a job like Cold Stone). Essentially, Jane provided the best customer service you can get. Also, the ice cream here is great! Its REAL ice cream, made to taste great, and its dense, so I always get full really fast (unlike with those giant party tubs at the grocery store). I didnt see gold flakes in the Wonder Woman ice cream flavor like the sign said it would, and I wish there were more fruit flavors, but they cycle those things out and also I dont really care about the WW flavor or the gold flakes.

Placed an order through uber eats, and they completely forgot to give me an item that i was charged for. When i called they said they could not do anything about it. This has happened twice.

The ice cream is sooo creamy the name does not lie. My favorite ice cream now and watching them prepare the ice cream is fun it’s a whole show really cool place with nice workers who are extremely cheery if you drop a tip

We were promptly taken care of and the tables were clean. Its kind of cramped, but it doesnt matter they have a place to sit outside, too. Obviously, the ice cream here is amazing.
