Ive been thinking about getting recovery for a couple of years now and he was never pushy with me or anything. Sometimes life hands one a very pleasant surprise. I drove out to Cleaning Systems Specialists in El Cajon to get an estimate on a repair for my pressure washer. I was treated quickly, efficiently and professionally but most importantly, with respect. Staff unloaded my machine for me and gave me a reasonable estimate date, I received a follow-up call with the estimate. I had to travel out of state so this delayed my picking up my machine. There were no complaints on their part. When I returned to pick my machine up I was again treated very well and my machine was loaded onto my truck by their staff. Just as I was getting ready to leave, a gentleman who appeared to be one of the owners noticed my machine was not tied down properly and he climbed up onto my truck and secured it so it wouldnt topple over in transit.I dont know about you but I feel this is service above and beyond.

We have shared a few custom machine install battles now, and this team has always delivered the goods. They all have earned five stars of excellence from my team. We thank them!

This place is the real deal, I bought 6 pressure washers for our Fire Stations over 10 years ago and they are still running. Jerry and his staff are wonderful to deal with and have the best available equipment for industrial or home use. Reliable and friendly, great combo. Highly recommended.

Now I have experienced his commitment and drive.I could write a short story about how valuable Jerry was at getting me through my last job.A decade ago I purchased two water heater modules to clean a large latex paint spill, they sat unused until another recent paint spill. Jerry went above and beyond to provide me with all the necessary knowledge to solve my equipment challenges.My problem was with a competitors product. It was Jerry, not the equipment manufacture who suggested a modification to the pilot lights, solving my major problem.The last two days of the project had 40mph winds. There is no way these heater modules would have performed to complete the job without Jerrys experience and willingness to share knowledge!You are a rare breed Jerry, I am sincerely grateful for you!While many businesses are efficient at collecting money, then have no time for customer service, you were the opposite. Recently had a pressure washer restored here very bad quality in work. The gas line was left near boiler very very dangerous. Two days after they gave me the machine, it broke down I took it back.One of thier employees told me not to put dirty diesel when diesel is purchased at gas station. Employees definitely dont know what they are doing or they just wing it. There work isnt checked by a supervisor to make sure it is done correctly or that it is safely done. Im sad to say, I recomend taking ur equipments somewhere else. They lack profesionality and communication. They stated the restoration was tough and they did what they could but they did not change old parts that needed fixing and they said they didnt know when it would break down once it left thier shop. Ive taken my machine elsewhere and gotten it fixed and changed the parts that were not changed and got the issue solved.They had charged me $2,500 for the restoration later ended asking me for $500 more overall ended up paying $3,000 for bad service and quality. To top it off gave me a small battery which did not work to replace my old one. Overall I left with a bad experience with thier work also thier work did not meet my expectations for the price they charged me and I felt they overcharged me for bad work and Ive had to take my pressure washer elsewhere where it is now fixed properly and running good. Be careful if you take your equipment here check everything is done correctly before you leave the Premesis make sure parts are changed if they say they will be changed overall bad place to take equipment to get fixed dont recomend this shop at all.

These guys really care. They went above and beyond for me on a recent order. Customer service that is not seen much these days.

This place is joke. The owner thinks hes Albert Einstein and all the goons he employs could care less about customer service. I dont know a single person in the business community around El cajon who has any respect for this place. The only reason they are in business is because they have zero competition.
