Sears Hometown Store is Awesome in serving their Customers!! The Staff there are very friendly & helpful, when we needed to purchase our new washer machine on a Saturday morning Haley went above & beyond to get me the washer I was looking for. They have Great Deals & so much to choose from!! They have our business for life. Thanks Sears!!

Hailey and Gabe are the definition of customer service! I live in Arizona. This store had an appliance I was looking for. Both Gabe and Hailey were very patient with me while I asked several questions, communicated with each other about my inquiry, took care of my stove to pack it like it was their own. Hailey even called me after the shipping company picked it up to give me all the information. She went out of her way to look after me. Who does that anymore?! AMAZING! Thank you so much for being kind, helpful and for looking out for me!

If you need anything for tools, appliances, hardware, etc, this is the place to go. I ordered a refrigerator and stove, and they were delivered the next day! They also price matched another stores sale price, saving me about 600 bucks. I will recommend this place to anyone. Go by and check them out. Friendly staff, and they focus on your needs.

*Edited ugrading the rating as Billy did send out a loner fridge for us to use while we wait even longer to get our 4 month old fridge motor replaced. He did his part to try and make the best out of this situation The service contract part of this purchase which is out of the stores control is absolutely ridiculous. We are going on week 4 and still don’t have the part or even a follow up repair date to when our refrigerator will be fully functional.To being with we went in to buy a fridge and wanted to get the 0% interested so we were supposed to be applying for the sears card instead we ended up with a lease that she apparently had no idea how worked. When. I questioned the pay off she couldn’t even explain that and I had to call this new company to get that info. When they came to install the fridge the doors were put on crooked. I called to ask about it and was told I had to go through sears repair service... who take 1-3 weeks to get to come out. Fast forward 4 months I have now been dealing with a fridge that is no longer cooling and I call to get an emergency appointment so I don’t lose all of the food and they tell me I’ll get a call back in 24-48 hours! And I didn’t even get a call.... now it’s been 2 weeks and I still don’t have a repair guy coming out until Thursday. Absolutely the worst appliance experience I have ever had.

The whole experience was beyond my expectation. The managers were very helpful and went out of their way to help. The best installation and delivery service I’ve experienced. Done by Tony and Gabriel. Highly recommend.

Why Not Lease It must be avoided. A local store offered Why Not Lease It as a payment method and everything looked ok. Everything actually was ok until the end of the contract where they asked a buy out fee which was half of the total price for the things I bought. I paid this fee and never received a buy out agreement. This lease it program is a joke. I spent more than double of what the original purchase price was for the item I bought. The purchase doesnt tell you that there is a buy out payment. The stores make it seem like its a lease to own.
