Went in for a recall. They were able to accommodate me immediately with an appointment for that same day- the process was smooth. It is one of the nicest waiting areas with a Starbucks and Subway, and ability to charge phone/laptop and area to do work. Though they informed me it would have closer to 3 hours to get the update done, they did finish it within 1.5 hours. Overall I would recommend them for their service, though I have no experience with car maintenance/issues on this visit.

I would like to thank Allen Hon for helping me purchase a 2021 Voodoo Blue Tacoma Off Road. I didn’t think it was possible for me to get the Tacoma Off road in Voodoo Blue, but he made it happen. Other dealerships told me that this color was very difficult to acquire and that it would possibly take 4-6 months.He kept me updated on when the trucks arrival would be and when I could come in and talk numbers. I bought a truck from Longo Toyota in 1997 and it was an awesome experience. After that time I had moved to the high desert and began a 20+ year relationship with the Valley Hi dealerships. It went good and I bought many cars. Up until this time. They have changed their philosophy and have created a high pressure atmosphere where the customer is lied to and disrespected. I walked out and remembering my last experience at Longo I called and got ahold of Harley. To say my experience buying this vehicle from Longo and Harley was incredible would be an understatement. She was totally up front and honest. She understood I was a long way away and communicated with me great. Nothing changed when I got there. Longo is a long way from me, but is so worth it. They have all of my future business.
Good service. The sales representative Ash Sheikh was very attentive. He went above and beyond to get us our car earlier than expected. He listened to what we wanted and not wanted. Paid attention to every little detail and giving us his honest suggestion. If we decide to get another car, we will be coming back to him.
This is my third card with Longo. Love this place. It was a totally different experience this time. Because of the supply chain issues, had to wait 7 weeks to get our car. Also, no discounts this time, but it was well worth it all
Left car for scheduled service. Left with one of my headlight bulbs burned out (was working fine before) and with the car passenger fan making a whirling noise (wasnt before, had filters replaced).Neither issues were noted to me as the car was dropped off.This is a level of care indicative of either incompetence, a lack of attention to detail, or a rush job. I will never ever be coming back to Longo for servicing my car.
Purchasing my highlander after lease was a smoother process than expected. They were able to get me a decent rate. Robert Hoffman was great, helped us through the initial process. Oscar from financing was very polite and very helpful answering all of our questions. Overall good experience.

Customer service is ok but disappointed and not satisfied with the 2 service I had this month :10/13/21… before the service I was asked to renew the warranty. I did and after that I was told the steering wheel functions is not working they can’t reset the “Maintenance Required” and I have to pay the diagnostic. I was disappointed10/21/21… came back for the diagnostic and was told I have to pay again almost a thousand to replace the steering pad switch for the steering wheels button works again and no other precautions and issues if I don’t have to replace it.Frustrated by this service I end up paying the diagnostic only even though I have the warranty. I also have to cancel the warranty cause I am being ripped off.When warranty expired - issues of the car start coming out .
Arrived when they opened on a weekend without an appointment and they were able to take me. Service was friendly at every interaction. Service manager explained services clearly and an estimated time was given. The lobby has plenty of seating and power outlets in several spots. There is also a full service Starbucks. My wait was short and the process was effortless. Overall it was a nice experience for getting your vehicle serviced.
The customer service is great, but when I brought my car in for service the technicians scratched the inside of my new car door and left oil marks all over my steering wheel!I’m pretty OCD when it comes to taking care of my car and it really bothers me that they didn’t this. Beware bringing your car in for service here.
The best car buying experience.Even with the pandemic, chip shortage Toyota Longo was the only dealer in southern california that puts people over profits. They do NOT mark up their vehicles. I live in San Diego and was not going to do business with a dealer that prioritized profits over costumers.Calvin L my salesman was very transparent and straight forward. I had placed a deposit for a Rav4 XLE hybrid and only took 1 month to get. Their team is extremely organized and friendly.I literaly was in and out the dealer with my new car in less than 2 hrs.Longo in based on my experience is the best!.Thank you!!

It was great. Loved the cubbies that they had so I could set up my computer and work. Also free wifi. The tea I got and lunch from subway was all great. The lady who checked me in was very professional and friendly.
The service dept always tries to make things right for the customer. They have missed areas when doing the detail on my vehicles many times and thats taken up more time than I anticipated. Overall though, the detail is high quality in the end, a rental car is included in the detail price, and the customer service is very satisfactory. I return over and over because of this experience. I would like to have it done right the first time everything because I am very busy but then I wouldnt take a moment to write this review.

Got started on my service not *too* long after my appointment by Joseph Perez. Was given an offer for Toyota Care w/ a discount, which I took. I appreciated that Joseph called the 1st timet to let me know that the estimated finish time would be about 30 min longer, but I didnt get a call from him when another 45 min had passed, so I had to call back and leave a voicemail. I ended up being able to check out an hour and a half later than I expected.

Came for an oil change. Made an appointment on the Longo Toyota website the week before. I arrived at 7AM & was checked in within 15 minutes. Martin was very helpful & told me my car would be finished around 9:30AM. I decided to wait for my vehicle at the dealership. The waiting area is very spacious & has indoor & outdoor seating. Starbucks also opens early in the morning, so it was nice to sip on some tea while I waited for my car.Martin called me around 9:10AM & told me my oil change was completed & told me he also ran diagnostics on my car & gave me recommendations for some fixes for my car. He was very informative & told me the most urgent fix to be done was to replace my battery as that was the only item to not pass in the diagnostics test.I waited for the cashier’s desk to call my name to pay for my services. The two cashiers were very nice, although I didn’t get either of their names.In regards to COVID-safety, all of the workers were wearing their masks. & other customers were wearing theirs as well.All in all, it was a stellar service team! & I was able to leave the dealership before the predicted 9:30AM.

Robert Hofmann made the buying process so simple and with no gimmicks! One of the salesman at another dealership couldnt give me a straight answer about the federal tax credit and CA rebate on the car I was interested in, while Robert was completely honest and upfront, even if he knew that could cost him the sale. I ended up buying the car from him even though they didnt have the color I wanted only because they gave me such a great deal! I can see now why Longo is the #1 grossing Toyota dealership in the world. But, seriously, just go to the showroom and check out the banners. Its inspiring!

The service personnel were great. I also appreciate that Longo has a number of outdoor places to sit as well as the indoor space. The only reason this is not 5 stars is because it took over 4 hours to complete my routine maintenance appointment.
I went in for my 45k and front brakes at a 1:45pm appointment . Because the tech couldn’t finish the job before 5pm I had to rent a car with Enterprise. I didn’t like the car I was given (Dodge Challenger). Nonetheless I returned the rental the next morning and told the Toyota rep that I had to have the car before 9am because I had a 9:3am appointment. The car was ready by 8:30 but the paperwork was not. I had to ask at least two o Toyota reps to check if they could expedite the paperwork. They said nothing could be done. So, on or about 10am I got the keys and the paperwork. And, I missed my appointment which had to be rescheduled.
The service was great! Very professional and fast. The service department was great, fast, and efficient. Thank you to Jesus Chacara who took great care of us. Definitely will be coming back!

We began our search for a new Sienna in July when new and used car inventory everywhere was near zero, and at neighborhood dealerships we got only discouraging words about new Sienna availability. Then a couple of friends recommended Longo Toyota, a dealership we had never visited or seen. But we did connect with an Associate there and he said they didn’t have any new Sienna either but that he would put us on the wait list and keep us appraised of new inventory from Japan. And he did just that for two months until our car arrived this week! In picking up the car the Associate was most helpful, professional & courteous in walking us through the paper work & financing, and in answering all our questions about the paper work and about the car itself. (But everyone there was very courteous; there wasn’t any high-pressure sales pitch at all.) Long story short: We returned with a gift for the Associate for proving us such a marvelous purchase experience. Now, how often do you do that at a car dealership?
Walking into Toyota I had no idea what to expect and where to start. Luckily, I was approached by Ignacio Vidal who guided me and informed me with a vast amount of information. Service was quick and I didnt have to wait for the car to be brought out. Not once was I offered a ride back home/work or a pick up when the car was ready. Just thought this was a little unorthodox considering LONGO has also been known for their customer service.

This goes back to 1993.I took the drive, up to Longo, knowing theyd deal. I came from Sandy Eggo County, to buy a T-100 1 ton. They had about 30 of em. I made my choice, when riding a golf cart on the lot. We haggled for a bit, I wrote a check, and they filled the tank and installed a sliding rear window while we were negotiating. The sticker said $21000 + fees. I wrote a check for $16,250 OTD, and drove that truck for the next 21 years. Made some decent money with that truck, too. It had an 8 foot bed. It turned REALLY tight, too. I pulled a trailer with it occasionally. Still wish Toyota made a smaller truck with an 8 foot bed. Id buy another. The quarter of a million miles I put on it, it averaged 18mpg. (3.0 V-6, auto.)I put a starter in it after about 15 years. (Known issue with the 3.0.)So, I figured Id saved about $4 grand by coming up to Longo.Again, thanks Roger!

Both my family and I have been coming to Longo Toyota for YEARS! The service here never disappoints. Noli assisted me during my most recent visit and went above and beyond when helping me with my scheduled service and even gave me recommendations for next time. I came in at around 7:15am, was told my car would be ready by 10:30am (which is the norm) but this time they were all done by 8:30am! SO QUICK!!
