This place is spectacular! You wouldnt know this just by looking at it and knowing the area that this is a real gem. First off, the selection is huge and they have very good quality unlike other Asian places. My husband and I decided on a high quality tile that looks like wood. It is beautiful. The best part about coming here is the great service we were provided. The two guys who helped us gave us plenty of information to make an informed decision and were absolutely sweet. I cant say enough good things about this place. Its clean, bright, and organized. I will definitely come back for more upgrades to my new house.

As I walked into the showroom I asked for some help and eric was kind enough to give me a quick education in regards to what I need to look for and showed me a few selections to pick out from depending on my budget.They have a great selection and great prices as well! Was done within less than an hour with my order completed. Now the only thing left is to pick them up as they already have what I liked in stock! I love it!

I had a terrific experience at Tile Depot. We had to remodel our bathroom and had no idea what look or kind of tile we wanted. Ash, our salesman, was so so helpful and helped us pick a tile combination that looks incredible. Everyone there is very friendly and professional and they have excellent customer service. I will definitely do business there again in the future.

The tile displays are very nicely laid out and organized. There are lots of samples scattered around the warehouse and it can be a bit overwhelming. The employees are very laid back and just let you peruse the store.For pricing, this store doesnt have the best deal but they do have a lot more selection than home depot or most tile stores. If you want something simple like white subway tiles, you should shop around. If you want something a bit more intricate this store should have it. Although most of the stores in the area seem to get tiles from the same manufacturer because the sample displays are the same. Either way this is a good store to make your first stop to get an idea what you are looking for given how organized this place is.

Lots of selections to pick from. staff was very helpful. We let him know the look and style were going for and he took the time to take samples of the tiles we picked and walk us around the store to see options of what kind of floor, backsplash, etc would match. We shopped around and they have comparable prices. We would come back on our next project!

I just purchased some real pretty tiles. Their service is very nice. The guys are knowledgeable and friendly. Check out the bargains at the front door - I picked up some half price tiles back there!

This review is a little overdue. I had an amazing experience with wf tile.i was remodeling my house and designing kitchen/bathroom myself. Tile depot has amazing selection of any kind of tile you need. I was able to pick everything I wanted in about 2 hours.Once I did, placing the order was super easy. eric was my sales person and his customer service definitely exceeded my expectations. He messaged me when my order was ready, coordinated scheduling pick up with my team and helped me when I had some doubts about one of the tiles I picked.Great selection, affordable prices and amazing customer service.

They have most kinds of tiles in the market, and compared to other stores they are cheaper and better. And the sale guy is so professional and patience, he gave me many choices for my requirement, and told me both advantages and disadvantages of them. Love the place, fully recommended!

Mr. Yen was extremely helpful during our process to select the right tile! Even when the supplier provided the wrong tiles that we ordered, he made things right and really put the customer first!W&F Tile isnt really in the best of locations since the closure of Baldwin Ave makes this place very difficult to get to. However, once you get to the place, the place actually contains a lot of selection even though it looks small on the outside!Most of the tiles though are special order. However, they can get it ordered and available usually within 2-3 business days.

They have a very nice showroom and I enjoyed browsing their selection and comparing tile.During my first visit, I narrowed down my backsplash tile search to the one shown in the picture. They provided me with great customer service and even gave me a sample of the tile to take home with me.I later drove down to Anaheim to check out all of the tile stores located on State College Blvd and wasnt impressed. They had similar tile to the sample provided, but the costs was slightly higher. It wasnt worth the drive. I ended up coming back to wf tile and buying both my backsplash and floor tile for my kitchen remodel from there instead.I will definitely come back to wf tile when I plan on remodeling my bathroom in the future.
