This spot is my favored. I go to a lot of restaurants but to this one I go the most. The crew is very cordial and the food they serve is so tasty. I never decline to have a decent dinner in this restaurant. I recommend this place with pleasure.

They have great meats to grill, the best flower tortillas (Princessa blue label) in the sgv, and the the customer service is awesome!

If I had to describe this place in one word it, it would be traumatizing. This was my first time at the establishment. A man with a bald head and distasteful sunglasses was taking pictures of us minors😍. Great ice cream choices and chips were flavorful. thanks.

Good Mexican food and bread! I really like their pozole on the weekends and carne con papas during the week. The price is fair and the taste is like home made. The bread is good but nothing special. Try the tamales if your lucky enough to get them, they usually run out early.

Waited 20 minutes + for a sandwich..??I noticed other customers would come in and out and I wouldn’t get my order. After patiently waiting I went and my sandwich was just sitting on the counter. When I ask the lady said I called you but you where just sitting there. Bad customer service I just wasted my lunch in just waiting.

I went on July 9,2021 and they did not let me in with out a mask. I was confused I thought here in California if Im vaccinated I do NOT need mask.

Pretty good place! The Mexican bread and Cakes are really good. The Bolio taste great. They usually run out very quickly and they dont replenish so make sure you go early. If you cant get there as soon as they open you may not find what you are looking for.

I got the chorizo and eggs breakfast, it was really good. And that soup, dont know what it called. It has corn cobs and cabbage and meat and stuff. Anyway that sh** was really good too. It was great. Good spot for traditional Mexican comfort food.

This place is over priced. Not clean. And their customer service is not the best. Never saw a smile or a real interest to service a customer. I went there because I was driving by and I always see lots of people and wanted to check it out. I dont understand what all the fuss is about. Wont be going there any time soon.

A good option for lunch. Tasty and cheap (around 5 000) for a drink, main course and a desert. I dont remember if there was a starter but for sure pebre with bread.for the main course I took a cazuela which a soup with meat and vegetables.

They sell tripas here, which is why I like this place so much. The food is on point, and the traditional Mexican bakery is great also. This place is an El Monte classic with lots of history and I keep coming back even though I now live somewhere else.

We tried the restaurant because it was next door to the hotel where we were staying. I was pleasant surprised. The food was excellent. I got the Mexican Pizza and they customized it just the way I like it.

The bread was hard as a rock. They had only one type of tamale, and the workers werent wearing any masks. They have been getting worse over the last year.

Give it a shot. You will not be disappointed. Great Burritos! Great Pan Dulce!

With the exception of bakery goods, the food isnt always fresh. They use a coffee/chocolate machine for hot beverages. It is not maintained. Many a time it serves hot water w/ some powder. I brought it to the workers attn & their response was I am sorry. You prepared the drink and you cant change it. They refused to review the machine and check its contents. They refused a refund as well.

Best carnitas Ive ever had! And the rotisserie chicken is AWESOME they have good salsa and guacamole. They also make their own LA BLANQUITA tortillas, early in the morning they are hot. They have a restaurant next door where they serve hot food, sell custom cakes and awesome Mexican sweet bread(pan dulce)6 stars!

Its actually a restaurant and a bakery.The food is 3/5 stars. Good portions, good price, hand made tortillas...but overall, the dishes are not memorable. They need to improve the dishes quality and flavor and this place is going to rock.Oh, and the tamales are ok...but sometimes they run out of pork or chicken and only have cheese/peppers/dulce...i find it annoying...As for the bakery, a 4/5. This place deserves no rating, it was my first time here and my last. This place is horrible. To start off the service and customer service were both very bad. The food has no flavor and the employess are very imature and rude. I asked the lady to give me a paper bag because she had thrown my bread in the plastic bag so I asked for a paper bag to put my bread inside and she gave me attitude and said thats how they do things there. Managment should reconsider theyre employees.
