This was a very disturbing n unpleasant visit to this store. I had purchased 3 small alcohol items after paying I realized that I had $3 scratcher I had checked this ticket at another store was told n given a claimer form to fill out 7 that this ticket was worth $600 plus dollars. I usually double check tickets at another location which is my choice n decision. After handing the first clerk my ticket she scans it and looks twice at me she tells the Asian clerk next to her something and he takes the ticket pretend to rip the ticket n half then both say that my ticket was not a winner. I then asked for my ticket back thats when they stated that my ticket was not a winner l ask for the ticket several times n now theyre trying to ignore me finally the owner or manager walk over asks what the problem was I tell him what had happened he checks the scanner and the last entry which states fill out claim form they go through couple tickets locates my scratcher. The owner then says why was I checking the ticket if I already scanned it else where? I told him I was double checking to see if it was correct. Instead of questioning and focussing on his very dishonest clerks n their wrongful acts he tries to blame me for his workers poor job performance. Which leads me to believe COULD THIS MANAGER/OWNER also be in on this very wrongful and dishonest job performance. How many other innocent customers have these workers lied to and stole from?

Went in to send cash through western union, I was directed to the western union window and had no problem waiting as they rang out several customers. After they helped several people with alcohol purchases the female cashier came to attend me. She asked me to write down the info to send the cash and walked away. She continued helping several people and just left me there waiting as if I wasn’t worth her time. When I said to her “I’m waiting too she replied “ but they’re purchasing alcohol” Rude is all I can say she is and I’ll never come back to purchase beer from this place ( which I have plenty of times and alcohol )or use the western union service here . To top it off the owner was standing right out side watching her attend several people, smh.

Price gouging at its finest. Charged me $7.00 for two loaves of bread. Shame on them.

The people here are very nice and work in a pace.

The beer is ice cold always..they have western union and cash checks
