While the employees do the best they can with how understaffed they are, it is upper-management that needs to be reevaluated at the store. They are awful to their employees, please take your business elsewhere if you believe in basic human rights.

Horrible customer service. I work for a company who buys from them constantly and when I used to arrive they would help me out with lifting they tanks into the vehicle. But as per what I have been informed is that they were sued this past month for scratching someone’s vehicle. I asked for a Surpervisor because I have a back injury due to being ran over by a van so I can’t by any means do any heavy lifting, from they 3 guys who were there including the Surpervisor. Told me they could not help me unload or load any items to the vehicle due to the law sue. So as I quote the Surpervisor “OH ITS NOT MY PROBLEM GO FIND A PEDESTRIAN OUTSIDE AND SEE IF THEYLL HELP YOU”...... I have never been treated with such disrespect and I plan on taking this to court because I was hurt on there premises as they just watched me force myself to lift the tanks into the vehicle... I repeat you should not purchase any items from Air gas due to they have very poor customer service and absolutely no common curtesy. If you’re an elderly person or do not have the strength to lift the tanks I repeat do not purchase with Air gas cause “THEY WILL NOT HELP” Even the Surpervisor will tell you it’s not his problem and if you’re going to sue he doesn’t care cause it’s the company and not him as he quoted to me.... Good luck to anyone purchasing with them.

Art is the nicest person I have met in the welding Industry. Im a student at Rio Hondo College and he has given me advice when asked and he also caters to students!!!! I will always shop here for all my welding supplies. Thanks Art.

Slow and no customer service only 1 guy working and seems overwhelm with more then 1 question...the used to be really good I dont know what happened
