I came here to pick up a Christmas tree. The staffs were suppose to slice off the bottom of the trunk for better water absorption. Saw these teenage girls barely know how to operate a chain saw were at the cutting station but didnt give it much thought. When I got home trying to align the tree to the post, it just wouldnt stand straight. Upon close inspection, the tree trunk were cut at an angle.

I want to give less than 0 star for this place. This is the second time. I showed her the picture to ask her if they have different size soil, she said to me unfriendly “that’s all we have here”and even don’t want to look at me at all. I don’t expect to have services, but I don’t want to be offense if I just asking questions.

Its Home Depot... Friendly staff, on more than one occasion someone was available & helped me find what I Needed. Good garden section, usually well stocked.

Maybe the better home depot branch, Garden area is their best reason to go, I always recommend Lows because they are cheaper and better knowledge of products, home depot is not their employees, the staff is great, the polices will get you...Avoid store credit, or watch what you spend it on, They do not have to refund, credit or even exchange, even if it factory defective or damaged, store credit means its yours, and that is CRAP, home depot is becoming a dying company
