The sales associates are never around when you need them. When you ske for help they are rude and act like you are annoying them. Prices are high and they dont have any products you need. I dont recommend this best buy.

Drove over 30 minutes since they had the last Surface in town and arrived while they were closing the doors. The best buy employee stood at the door talking with another customer and wouldnt call anyone else to assist me and by the time I was finally able to talk with him he rudely told me that he couldnt help me anymore because it was after hours....

I had a warranty on an item an called in for an appointment. The operator made a scheduled appointment at the wrong Best Buy, me not knowing when I showed up there. Well the young lady there at Geeks Squad was able to fit me in between appointments. She had me in and out of there about 23 minutes of being there! She reordered my warranty item quick. I am one satisfied customer! I would recommend people to go here for fast friendly service!

I only gave a two star cause the cashier was nice. I thought it would be easy to upgrade my router. I also thought I could get more help by going inside as opposed to shopping online. I was wrong. Even if they call help for you, dont hold your breath. I basically shopped online while in the store. Was pleased their app was more help than their associates. Guess I have a great reason to retire my best buy credit card and keep making Jeff richer by shopping Amazon.com.

Went in to ask some questions and the sales associate would direct his answer to my boyfriend (who had no interest in what we were talking about). My boyfriend started to notice before i did and he walked away so that the sales associate would stop talking to him. By the end of it, i realized the sales associate had no idea what I was talking about and did not bother trying to fix it. If you dont know the answer, ask a collegue who does, dont just go around giving false answers! Went to the las cruces store instead and they helped me just fine!

Wonderful shopping experience! They had the products I was looking for (TV & movies). Sergio was very helpful and friendly. The store was NOT crowded at all despite it being Thanksgiving week. It was clean. I was in and out in about 25 minutes. I also noticed the staff was very tentative to the curbside pickups. Great job!

Use the Best Buy app, bought some accessories for my desktop. And use the service to bring your purchase items out to your vehicle. You set up a store close to you. Best Buy will email when your items are ready to be pick at store or delivery to your home. Two options if you visit the store, get inside the store or wait for your items in parking lot area specify with numbers for each car space. Using the app you describe your vehicle and the number of parking space you are. Also a code number to identify you with Best Buy employee. I waited no more than 5 minutes to pick up my stuff. And have used this service multiple times. (Best Buy Sunland, West El Paso TX.)

Purchased 2 The Hobbit Trilogy Steelbooks sets, one online and one in store. Unfortunately both after removing the shrink wrap we noticed both are damaged (common with steelbooks). Next day went ahead and returned to the store for replacements or refunds. Not surprise they couldnt do replacements since they stocked out, since is a high collectible item. To my surprise, they couldnt do refunds even though the damage is highly visible, due to been open. I explained to the employees that I have done refunds on stock out steelbooks when damaged. Was advised to go all the way to Las Cruces and might have stock to do the exchange but no refunds will be made. Drove 45 minutes to Las Cruces, had only one exchanged due to stock and the second one was refunded no questions asked. The employees could have done the refund since the beginning instead of making me drive all the way to Las Cruces for it.

Dont bother with this location for geek squad. Waited half an hour (behind one person) to get the last helpful service Ive ever gotten from a best buy. Wouldnt even recognize the warranty I bought from them less than a year ago. Will happily drive the extra 10 miles to the east side for the other location. Terrible set up and understaffed.

Sorry to inform negative comments but they had so employees walking around while customers waiting to get service including me but conversations among employees was more important then customers. I gave a three star because the installer gave me the best service ever he was patient explaining how my stereo function worked and invented me to stop by anytime if I needed help programming the features or any issues. Super nice guy 10+!!!

We went to pick up the item that we bought online and there were other people in the line waiting. They had just one person who was bringing items that were bought online, thats why they were really slow. İt has been 5 hours that we ordered our item and still they couldnt prepare it. İt took them 7 hours to find the item in the store and put it on the pick up section. I dont know but making just one person to work for that part is not enough and to me kind of torture for the employee. Other than that you can find what ever you need,it it very big storre

I visited today 20 min before closing and did not find the item I was looking for. An employee suggested that I go to the nearest Bestbuy and order through curbside pick up since it will be open till 8pm. So I did take the advice and traveled to the Fountains location only to be denied the curbside. What the employee forgot to mention was you CANNOT pick up same day if order is placed AFTER 7pm. Wouldve been really nice to have known that before I wasted my gas.

Make sure if youre doing pick up that you choose a numbered spot. Even though if you dont they let you describe where your parked, your car make and color the Best Buy employee wont bother looking for you and instead will put your pickup back in the store. And you wont be notified about it either.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! When you buy an extended warranty from Best Buy and your purchase is defective and is not returned within seven days, you will loose your extended warranty for your exchange. They will not transfer it to the exchanged item. I will not purchase from them again.

Gadgets and gizmos galore! I remembered instantly why I hardly ever venture into this store... because I want everything they sell! ☹️Customer service was top notch! I had arrived approximately 15 minutes till they closed and was helped very courteously by two different staff members. Heres the kicker. Most places, unfortunately, have unprofessional staff that would have either made it uncomfortable helping me with such a short amount of time left in their work day or plainly lie about not knowing where said item was or if they even had it in stock just to get rid of me quickly and go back to closing for the day. Not this Best Buy on Sunland Park! Not only were they extremely helpful they seemed genuinely pleased to be of service. I remember some of them even asked if I needed assistance as I walked from one area to the next between item selections. Truly for me, this was such an anti-anxiety shopping moment that I will recommend to all that have any tech they need to buy or replace or even just ask about. Thank you to the workforce (management/staff) of this Best Buy for a great shopping experience!

Curbside pick up is really bad. Very long wait time. Over 45 minutes. There’s only one employee who is bringing out the items. There’s a message on the website stating that they usually bring out your items in about ten minutes. Huge lie. Several people that were waiting for their items got down an complained. It’s better to buy in store. To make it worse I’ve been trying to call to let them know I would rather pick up the item at a different date and I’ve been on hold for more than 30 minutes.

Incompetent. I purchased a $1,000 roomba vacuum cleaner. It had errors almost immediately. I wanted to return it, but I was told that Geek Squad needed to repair it instead. I brought it to them a week ago and they “haven’t assigned a technician yet.” Then they wrote me an email that they need to discuss something with me before they repair the robot. I’ve called them 5 times and I’m told that they are going to replace it for another identical model roomba. Why would I do that? The product is garbage, hence, why it broke almost instantaneously. I want a refund and not store credit.
