Bought a washer, dryer and fridge for the first time last week and Mario was really helpful explaining all of the different options to us. He made sure to show us all options and not just the most expensive like other places tend to do. Great place to go to get top named brand appliances.

Jose Luis, Mario and Frank were able to answer my many questions concerning the dishwasher I was interested in. At the store, Jose Luis showed us all the features available with the dishwasher and Mario made the purchase smooth and easy. Frank arrived on time at my home to deliver and install the unit. Frank took the time to make sure it was installed neatly and was in working order. He also demonstrated the several features on the dishwasher and made sure he left the area clean and neat.I highly recommend the Maytag Store in El Paso along with their staff. Great service highly recommend Maytag El Paso. I was in search for a specific Maytag refrigerator that no one could get. I placed my order on Thursday night called them Friday morning they finished my order. They said delivery would between 4:00 and 6:00 on Monday. Crazy they were here at 5:25!!! Dropped it off took the old one. In todays world that is the best customer service. But they were the cutest elderly couple that are running the business. Stores here in Las Cruces were going to take anywhere from a week to two weeks. Thanks so much

Francisco came to install our new dishwasher today. He was very attentive, courteous and helpful. He explained everything he was going to do while installing the dishwasher and he finished quickly.

We just moved into town and needed a washer/dryer set. We went to multiple stores and no one had any stock. We found this store online and decided to give it a try. When we walked in we were helped right away. Mario did a great job explaining the differences and helped us select a set. He did not try to sell us the most expensive set. They were able to install the same day that we purchased them. Please give this local place a visit if you are in need of good washer and dryer. It will be hard to find a business that provides the service and prices they offer.

Extremely overpriced same name OEM brand part online for less than half of what they charged. I was also told a price over the phone and was charged more when I got there ...

We bought a Jenn-air cooktop and they sold us two “radiant” modules, they delivered one radiant and one halogen, which by the way the halogen didn’t work, after several calls someone came to fix it but brought the wrong part, then we had to go to the store because by phone they would only tell us tomorrow or next week but didn’t solve anything. We told them we wanted the radiant part that we were sold, they were supposed to get it and deliver to us. When they finally delivered something it was the halogen one! But it was fixed and convert to a radiant! So now my cooktop has one module that says radiant and another that says halogen! Very bad service even thought we bought 4 appliances from them... never again.. if you want service after purchase don’t go... before purchase they were very good

My refrigerator broke down. Went shopping for one and did not find one anywhere. Finally went to Maytag store and it was like my Lord had been saving one my size. Paid for it in full and next day they delivered, installed, and hauled the anchor boat refrigerator away.The new refrigerator looked nice, stylish, steel finish, and very roomy.

In store staff is very good. Repair service is very bad. Washer broke while in warranty and two months later it is still not fixed. Refrigerator broke shortly after warranty expired. Store could not send repair person. It was repaired by third party in one day.

Maytag is the worse product one could buy for the kitchen. The company Will NOT stand up to their product. Only the run around from them. My microwave didnt even last 2 years and the warranty is not worth used toilet paper. Please do not trust Maytag for anything. There are many better brands on the market today.

Been here several times, between this store and YouTube Im a Maytag Repair Man. The way I see it, try n fix it before buying a new 1. I honestly dont know anything about fixing a dryer or washer but after we moved our friends broke the water inlet to the washer. I figured instead of buying a new washer there was some way to fix it. So after a little online search of model# I got part number and videos and I fixed it. If you can turn a wrench and are a bit of a handy person you can do this. Same thing our dryer was acting crazy after less than 2 years. No biggie, Google and a few videos later problem solved. Now if you just arent good at taking things apart then yes choose a professional. But I cant believe how simple and easy they are to take apart there really isnt much to them.

Worst brand you can buy these days. I bought a Maytag Centennial washer and since new having issues had to be reprogrammed 4 times in the last year. Not to mentioned that is super loud. Up to you if you buy one, I wont buy a Maytag anymore. Back in the day Maytag was a brand you can trust, not anymore. If you want to throw you money down the drain go ahead and get one.

The best in washing machines is Maytag, forget about those brands like LG, Samsung, ge, which is only wasting money ... cheap was very expensive ... thats why I bought a Maytag so as not to be struggling.

Very bad they sold me a stainless steel refrigerator and they brought me one all scratched the one of exhibition and I had to fight to change the scratched door I had to go to the BBB. To help me. Hopefully that doesnt happen to them, thats frustrating when you pay more than 2000 dollars for something defective.
