These guys are great. I picked up traditional archery a few months ago, and theyve given me valuable insight and assistance every step of the way. Great staff, and great selection of merchandise.

New fellas theyre very sociable knowledgeable and really Im going to put out there when I saw how young they were compared to some of the older gentleman that Ive had handle and teach me archery I wasnt expecting much from them...All that said they blew away my expectations were extremely knowledgeable about everything and help me tune my bow by figuring out that it had a bad limb as soon as we change the limb we got it tuned up in about five shots if not less. Versus when I was on my own trying to paper tune it I spent about 2 days and at least 80 shots and made zero progress with tuning. They somehow had a spare set of limbs off of a used boat that hasnt been strung hardly ever that they wind up selling me for a fair price and on top of that they wind up attaching a new d loop and a couple other amenities. Even if there was other archery shops in this town which they mentioned one I have never been to it I would say this should be your go-to just because their customer service is top notch their selection is solid and theyre knowledge is unrivaled down here.I will wind up purchasing another bow from them probably in the near future just to support their business and everything that they do cuz they have a great service and a great business and I hope to see it succeed which Im sure it is because theyve been here for a few years at least.

Cody and Doug were very helpful. They spent hours educating me on bows and archery in general. Their customer service is excellent. I didnt feel pressured at all to make a purchase. I ended up purchasing bows for myself and children. I will definitely return!!!

Staff was great and knowledgeable, got me set up and dialed in right away and, patient with me setting up as I’m still a beginner. Highly recommend for any type of new purchase or repairs on existing set ups.

Best customer service Ive received at any store in El Paso. They set my bow up the right way and took time to make sure it was right. Then I broke my bow. They rebuilt my my bow and set it up again, and again made sure it was correct the same day so that I could still make it to my hunt the following day. I cannot thank them enough for their help.

I would like to sincerely thank Doug for helping me set up my bow today. I love that the El Paso store is open on Sundays.Doug was quite busy but took the time to greet, ask what I needed help with, and said that he would be with me shortly. I explained that I was interested in seeing the archery range and would like to check my bow for draw length and weight. He helped make a few modifications and then I tried out the new set up on the range.I really appreciate the time, expertise, and customer service.

Wish I could give 6 stars. The family and I traveled from Alamogordo to Las Cruces to visit High Desert Outfitters to get my 5yr old daughter fitted for her first bow. The Las Crus shop was very nice and welcoming they didnt have the bow for my daughter but guided us to the El Paso store. Glad they did Mr. Case Forrest helped my daughter with finding a bow and also helped me while at the same time assisting other customers but did not skip a beat in his customer service. He took the time to explain to a novice bow shooter the very basic before spending hours helping me sight in and adjust my new bow. The family and I were really impressed with the hospitality, professionalism and knowledge.

Hands down the greatest customer service I have received. These guys are beyond helpful, and carry a large array of high quality products needed for any outdoor enthusiast. Ive been a long time customer and theyve always been nothing but the best.

Truly the archery experts in our area.

They do decent work, but they are more for the beginner archer that doesnt know what high quality work entails. They are a step above cabellas, and bass pro shops, and they treat you like Gold for the first few visits. After a while, my wife and I started getting put on the back burner for our adjustments so that they can treat incoming guests like gold. Disappointing considering we have spent over 10 grand in their shop over the past year, purchasing several bows, and accessories. I also remember a time when Cody had a hissy fit because I decided to buy one thing at amazon, instead of from them. Shop here, but dont get comfortable

High Desert Outfitter is awesome. They’re helpful and can answer any questions you have. The staff is very friendly. They helped me get right setup for hunting. They’re always putting on events such as 3D shoots, indoor shoots, or fun shoots. They also offer Sitka Camo which I’m excited to use this year.

These guys are truly awesome! They have the best customer service out of any outfitter, archery, and or gun shop I have ever been in! We were having a terrible time tuning my bow. Doug and Cody spent countless hours trying to figure out why it wouldnt tune. They changed and adjusted the rest multiple times and never charged me extra for anything. Ultimately my particular bow didnt like the drop down rest so they installed a limb driven rest at no extra charge and first 3 arrows were bullet holes. They didnt want me to go home unhappy. I truly appreciate their passion for archery and their unbelievable customer service! I highly recommend any location these guys operate.
