I cannot express how impressed I am with this business establishment. From the selection of materials for crafts to the excellent customer service and craft input. I am not a crafty person and know nothing about ribbons, paper selections or artificial flowers etc. I came in with a Pinterest picture and the young lady that helped me literally knew exactly what I need it to complete the craft. I also had a customized baby shower corsage, I selected a theme and three colors for it, the end result was absolutely gorgeous! If you come to this store you will be in great hands 😊 did I mention, everything is at a very reasonable price.

This store is amazing for all the selections they have in crafts. Yet the customer service is horrible and employees are extremely rude starting with the owners. If you don’t speak Spanish, you are definitely screwed. I continue to go and purchase because prices are decent, hope there was another store like this with all the selections of crafts, besides Hobby Lobby, Joanna and Michaels.

Massive selection of crafting items. Their main focus is craft materials for wedding, quinceanera, baby shower, and homecoming decorations. I cant stress it enough, the selection is massive. Now, their policy of no picture taking is something that in my opinion should be toned back or removed entirely. I do understand that its their store, their rules, but with cell phones are now in every hand. One could quickly snap a picture and nobody would ever know, so the policy is not enforceable in a away. Also, the reason for pictures is not really known, for myself I would have liked to take a picture to show my family member if a certain material or color would work for our decorations. I would assume that most shoppers would have that reason for taking a picture, thus increasing sales for the store? The numerous signs around the store stating that no pictures are allowed just rubs some people the wrong way.

I wish I could give this place a zero stars because my experience here were like this.So I went in the store to get a kind of a flower I was in the store for 1 hour and I was like can someone help me this lady just kept seeing us and yelling at her co-workers or workers not sure but she said that they were talking way to much but I could tell that they weren’t even talking but the one talking was that lady and when we were leaving the employees just keeper looking at us but worst part the store was so empty. I don’t personally recommend this store for ANYONE because their employees are so rude especially that lady if I would of gotten her name I would so say it in this review but my experience here was the worst one ever.PLEASE DON’T EVER GO HERE!

This place is craft central. They have everything for mums and the like. Its my fav craft supply spot in town.

The customer service was horrible because I didn’t speak Spanish to them. They were trying to sell me a item that I did not want and kicked me and my mom out the store and told us not to come back. We have been a loyal customer for years and never been treated like this.

I went to this store looking for molds to work with foam and I ask at the front the older man told me only in Mexico is for sale then I was going to ask another question and he left El Paso TX is not Mexico sir he can give customers more customer service I don’t know how they are over there but here should be better or sale the store need to improved

Extremely unprofessional service from one particular lady . I did the mistake of taking a pic of a ribbon I had been looking for and needed my friends opinion so I could make the purchase but the woman was upset about it . I was apologetic and my intention was never to get her upset but she would not reason with me and kicked me out of the store.Hopefully its just an isolated incident of bad customer service...
