Manger was very rude. An employee was helping me and he just started to yell at him for no reason. The employee was very helpful even though his boss was rude to me and him.

Has most items you are needing to rebuild your car. Prices are reasonable. Close to internet prices. Just dont visit during the middle of the day when its super hot cuz they got no ac. But they know their parts and help you find what you need.

Treat this place like it has EBOLA!!! I called the Texas Avenue location because the Montana location did not have the part I need. At 3:30PM, I spoke to the person on the phone at the Texas Ave store about the part, he doubled the price from $44 to $85. After the initial shock, I decided to go down in person and negotiate with him and hopefully this location would price match the friendlier store on Montana.At 4:15PM I arrived to a grimy looking building and entered the store. The counter person looked up from whatever task he was performing to dismiss me rudely telling me the store was closed, SINCE 3:00PM!!! He told me that I would have to come back Monday, and he just wanted to go home.Why couldnt the guy tell me the store was closed when I called him 30 minutes after closing? What kind of person stays an hour and fifteen minutes after closing, with the door open? Im still pissed off about this. Especially after wandering around two salvage yards in the heat for a few hours. Just to reiterate; price gouging, rude douche bag, dingy dirty store that lacks pride and shows the only interest is your money. Avoid this DUMP!!!p.s. Writing this did nothing to ease my irritation with them. Why cant I put negative stars? He doesnt deserve the star I was forced to give.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! The Texas location has horrible staff. If I could give it negative stars I would! The guy there is rude as hell and I would never recommend this place to anyone! I’ll take my money else where.
