The staff was very professional and very friendly! A gentleman named Jaime gave me a really good estimate. And I also appreciate manny Luna for calling and giving updates on my vehicle frequently! A young lady by the name of Maggie Ramirez was very helpful as well and has amazing customer service! This team is just absolutely amazing. They left my car like if it was brand new! And that’s that it needed a lot of work done. I highly recommend this place to get your car fixed.

My truck has been at the shop since late July. They said max 2 weeks and by the second week I called to get updates and they said they had found other damages. Jaime mentioned he had summit a supplemental for the additional damages to the insurance. He said it would take a week or so, kept calling every week and it was always something else and another week “Next Friday.” Originally had spoke to Jaime and then I got handed down to Cesar and he said he was going to be giving me updates but he never did. I had to be calling or or showing up to the shop. I was being patient up until they kept giving me the round -a- round and not being truthful of what was going.I asked to speak to the supervisor which is Heidi and voiced my concerns to her and she promised to take care of issues. They had to submit a 2nd supplemental to the insurance for other obvious damages on the truck that were from the accident that they failed to submit on the 1st supplemental. They never called to ask me about those damages and just assumed they prior damages.Got a called by the secretary last week that the truck was ready but the DVD mount was discontinued. Which Heidi never bothered to call me. When I called her she sweared she had called but there was no voicemail or missed calls. She mentioned that I would have to call my insurance to get the part reimburse. I called my insurance and they said that part had been paid to the shop. They would have to reimburse that to me since it was never replaced.Here i am today 10/1 and I went down to the shop to test drive my truck and there is a few things that still need repair. One of the obvious was that the steering wheel was shaking a lot. It’s been a hassle to deal with this shop do no recommend at all. Will see how many more days it will take them to fix the issues

They replaced my front bumper. As soon as I got the car, some of the bumper was already comimg off. They took it again for about an hour. After I drove on highway speed, another part of the bumber came off. They also took my LED headlights andafter a WHOLE month of callimg, anc coming back they finally got them.Not a good experience whatsoever

Excellent, quality work. When you want it done right THE FIRST TIME bring it here. Nobody knows the intricate details of your Ford, Lincoln, Mercury better than the professional staff at Casa Collision Center. When I picked up my vehicle it looked exactly the way it did when I first picked it up at the dealership. Ive used several body shops during my lifetime and I can honestly say that Casa Collision Center is one of the best.

The quality of the work is not good. There were paint streaks all over the areas that were fixed. Particles of dust within the paint leaving little bumps. The finish was not smooth. For being a collision center, you would think that they could get a good paint job done. Also, the lady at the front has one job, to do billings correctly, and she cant even do that.

They provided continuous feedback on the status of our vehicle and gave us our car back quickly. They were professional, friendly, and had great customer service. Definitely recommend!

I debated writing a review of our experience with Casa Collision Center. Accidents happen, and there are a lot of emotions at work when you have had a wreck. Maybe it was your dream car. Perhaps you were injured. Or possibly you are just relieved everyone is okay but worried about how you will get around for the foreseeable future. You name it.In our case, it was not a dream car, there were only minor injuries, and we had some friends offer a loaner car for as long as we needed it. However, when the accident happened, I was out of town on a business trip, and my wife and kids were driving after letting me off at the airport, about two and a half hours from home. Thus, my emotions were a mix of I cant be there to help and Now we are going to have to go to El Paso again to pick up our car. For us mountain folk, the traffic drives me batty. Nevertheless, they towed our car to Casa Collision Center, and this is our review.Being two and a half hours from home, I knew we would not be checking on it often, if at all, and I know these things take time. Therefore, I decided I would call in every once in a while for progress updates. I guess I am that guy. I decided to give a month before my first call, which gave me this response, We havent looked at it yet; well be in touch if theres anything we need from you.I called a week later, which gave me this response, When we looked at it, we noticed the frame was bent, so we had to call your insurance company back out. Since the frame is bent, and its a unibody frame, theyll total it.Okay, great! So we started looking online for cars that would meet our needs while waiting on the check from the insurance. A check came alright, but not to us, to Casa Collision, for a rather hefty amount. I decided to call to see what it was for, only to hear, Thats for your new frame. Itll take a week or so to get in.We halted the car search, and I decided I would give another month before another call. That day came, Sir, were wrapping up; it should be ready next week. That was day 60 or so, so we started making plans to head to El Paso the next week. When I did not hear from them, I called that week and heard, Oh, we found something else, it will be another week.We then did this Texas-Two-Step dance for the next 40 days. I would call and hear one of the following responses:It should be ready for pick up next Friday.We noticed ________, so itll be a little longer.We need to get it cleaned up, next week looks good.Many variations, but the same theme: Next week, but then next week never came. Until day 100! I called and heard the sweetest news, We just did a test-drive, everything is good, well be washing it this afternoon or early in the morning. You can pick it up in the morning. Boom!We left early in the morning for the two and a half-hour drive. Halfway there, the phone rings. We just noticed your automatic running boards are not working. Another set-back, another empty promise, but we called our insurance company to see our options, and they said if it was drivable, we could get it fixed in town. Good call.We arrived a little miffed, but they seemed caring. We got there as they were washing it, and as they were driving it to the front, the driver scraped the side of our car. I mean, of course. At this point, I was pleasantly surprised it was not coming to the front engulfed in flames. They fixed the scrape, and then we took it for a test drive.It drove okay, so we returned and pointed out several paint blemishes, which they were able to fix pretty quickly. We re-entered the waiting room to fill-out any paperwork, which is when they said we had lost a check our insurance company had sent. Nope. They found the check across the street at Casa Ford.To their credit, they offered to waive our deductible. We got home with our SUV and her one-working-running board, and the hits came on coming. Doors get stuck, A/C makes a weird noise, and minor parts are missing.But, we have our car. It is in disrepair, but we have it, 101 days later.

They are the best! Carlos was very helpful and kind. Since day 1, he was able to send a tow truck to pick up my car within a couple of hours of talking to him about my accident. When my car was taken in, it was only a matter of a few minutes that he inspected my vehicle for damages and explained the process, when I was already getting my rental. It was quick and easy. And a few days later, the estimate for the damages of my car and the repairs were initiated. Not even 2 weeks later, my car was done! I didnt believe it, but as a picky person, I inspected my car and it looked as new as when I had bought it! The paint was the same and it was flawless. All of the assembled parts were intact as if they were the original parts from when I bought it. I seriously couldnt of felt more relieved. After dealing with other body shops in the past with the poor quality work. I couldnt be more thankful than to have had them to take care of my car.Customer service was always great! The receptionist (I forgot her name) was always able to answer the questions I had in regards to the status of my car.Allstate reccommended them and they also gave me warranty on my car until I stop being the owener.Thank you, Casa Collision!!!

If youre thinking about taking your car here, just know that all the bad reviews are accurate 🙂 Unfortunately the insurance company from the guy who hit me was a mess as it is, but even when this place got everything they needed, it STILL took them almost a month to fix my car! And for the whole 2 months that my car was there, I never was updated on my vehicle. I had to consistently call Abel Hernandez and I still didnt even get a call back when I left messages. There was ALWAYS an excuse for why my vehicle wasnt ready which I wouldve completely understood IF I had been kept up to date. But no, it was always a run around with its in paint, itll be ready by friday, when I called on a Monday and by that Thursday, still no update. So I called Thursday afternoon and they didnt even have the nerve to call me and tell me one of their paint machines broke *apparently* and still made me wait even longer after that with MORE EXCUSES. TRUST ME, THIS WAS JUST ONE CALL, THERE WERE MULTIPLE TIMES THEY GAVE ME A DAY THEN CHANGED IT WITHOUT EVEN INFORMING ME. I was so fed up with the place I asked to speak with someone higher up because I needed my vehicle already and the only person available was Eva, which made me realize this place was just a complete joke. When I told her everything that happened, she said she would start taking care of it and that I only had to consult her. She told me to call her the next day to see if my car was ready. Did she answer? OF COURSE NOT BECAUSE THIS PLACE SUCKS. I took myself over there in person, my car wasnt ready of course. Went the next day luckily to FINALLY pick it up and Eva never tried contacting me about what happened or anything. But shes the person they led me to when I asked for a supervisor? Lol. Incompetence at its finest.

My car was rear-ended and had quite a bit of damage. I was able to drop my car off as soon as I recieved approval from my insurance company. Casa Collision only took 2 days to inspect the damage and make a estimate. They ordered the parts, completed the work, and got my car back to me within 2 weeks. The car looks great! They even contacted the rental car company for us and had them come pick us up. Everyone was very professional and curteous. The entire experience was smooth and made us feel valued.

I have taken many vehicles here in the past. Mostly because it is tied to Ford and GEICO. Sadly this will be the last time. I wont say names but I will say the employees they have selected to be hands on with the paint and body have failed the public. The middle man who represents the body shop and the customer (me) did his best. He was very informative, helpful, and did what he was supposed to do, help me. So I took my car there for an insurance claim through GEICO.The damage sustained was:the entire front bumper (grille included), fenders, hood, windshield, roof, headlights and trunk.The car was returned to my wife and when I got home. All issues were resolved...to a point. I discovered brand new issues that were not there when I turned the car over to Casa Collision.New issues discovered: drivers side blinker was broken, passenger side fender damaged from replacing the passenger side blinker. Hood no longer would align, so noticeably you could put your pinkie in on one side and the other side would rub. I didnt even attempt to open it to avoid damage. The back trim to the trunk was no longer aligned, I was explained a new one was not possible as they are no longer made. I would think better care of certain pieces would be noted before they were handled. Last but not least my moonroof. The moonroof would no longer close or open properly.I returned my car back to advise casa collision to which they were very welcoming and addressed the issues immediately. All issues were addressed, every one. They replaced my moonroof BUT the access door was replaced with a brown one, the thing is my interior is all black except for some dash trim. The vehicle was immediately returned and the issue was fixed. My blinkers no longer worked and by this point I decided to do the work myself. I could no longer risk further damage to my vehicle. I detailed my car and I discovered stains from tape when Im sure they were waiting for repair parts for my moonroof. Some superficial scratches were also located while I was cleaning my car, again I can no longer risk taking my car back.You can take your car there but look over every piece, including pieces with no damage. Make sure to do so with your insurance representative and casa collision representative. When they return your vehicle go over your notes and pictures to ensure all issues were addressed and no new issues were made there.Im convinced the paint and body shop employees are either over worked or not being trained properly. The representatives need to be more involved with the product leaving the paint and body shop. Casa Collision needs to be more involved with the employees as they are simply pushing out pieces like a factory and are failing to realize they are handling some peoples prized possessions.

I called 3 times. 3 messages where given to the front desk clerk and 3 messages where left by phone. When I received my car the steering locked to the right, thEy had already had the vehicle for 3 weeks. I had to Get the car towed again....to bmw. I called to inform them about the alignment issue and still no one returned my call. I should have went with my gut feeling on the previous reviews. Customer service drives a large percent of your business.....Casa collison falls short of the percentage standard.

I took a Nissan Sentra to get repaired back in 2007 and they did a good job, so when I got into another accident I took my car there again (Lexus is250) to start they said it would be ready in a week the guy said I have guys sitting down right now so we can start working on it right away well they lied and had it for two weeks, aside from that when they gave me my car back I noticed a big gap in between the headlight and the bumber, I immediately notified the person who gave me the car and he told me you can bring me back some other time, I asked why cant you fix it now, he said it would take at least a week because they were really busy, and then I noticed some scratches on one headlight and I asked why didnt you replace that headlight he said we didnt notice it he also said he would contact my insurance to have it replaced well that never happened, at the end of the day it was a really bad experience I would not recommend anyone to take their cars to get fixed there
