On 10 June 2021 I was hit by a vehicle on my left side, Shamaley Ford Collision was a preferred shop for USAA. On 14 June 2021 my vehicle was towed to Shamaley Ford. The Collision Technician my vehicle was assigned to was Shaun, I was left in the dark the whole time about what is going on or what was being done to my vehicle, Shaun in 77 days only called me one time, on 23 August 2021, to tell me all work complete, just needs an alignment that they were going to send it to a tire shop. That alignment took Shamaley Ford Collision 7 days to take care of.On 30 August I was told my vehicle was ready, when I arrived it was disappointing to say the least in the quality of work performed by Shamaley Ford Collision. There was glue around panela they replaced, still masking tape around the gas cap. The impact happened on the driver’s side wheel, with a chunk of aluminum missing from the rim, but they charged and were paid to repair it, and the back tire that the sidewall has a crack in, they offered me an “appearance allowance”, but it would have been illegal for me to drive with the sidewall compromised. So shady practices and quite frankly fraud for charging for repairs that they didn’t repair. And they weren’t even embarrassed after all of this, corporate was even involved and they told me that all parts have been at the body shop since mid-July (even though every time I called, and even USAA, Shaun said parts were on back-order) and no reason I shouldn’t have had my vehicle back by the end of July, so it took 85 days for Shamaley Collision to do a 30-day job, and quite poorly, literally looks like an untrained teenager performed the work. The pictures don’t even represent how bad it looked in person.Look at the picture of the crack in the sidewall, apparently, they missed it during the inspection and estimate, replace the broken suspension parts, so wheel was removed, had to either remove wheel or cover it during the painting, also had an alignment done, and even then, shined it up with armor all. So how did the at least 5 people “miss” a 3-inch crack in the sidewall on a tire that took impact and broke the control arm? That’s all you need to know about this shop.
I am very satisfied with Shamaley Collision for the bodywork repair and paint on my car. I was also pleasantly surprised by the excellent attention of advisor Mr. Adrian Dominguez.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!Horrible customer service, complete lack of communication, being lied to, being ignored, owed money, etc.My car was t-boned in late May and USAA pointed me to take my car to Shamaley. It took over 65 days to complete repairs, which itself isnt a problem, but I was told it would take two weeks (14 days) and when it took longer than that initial time estimate, there was absolutely NO COMMUNICATION. 65 days vs 14 days.Shawn was my point of contact and during the 65 days my car was there, he called me ONE time several days AFTER my car was already finished. I had to call multiple times to get any updates and instead of answering or returning my call like a professional, he would IGNORE the missed call, TEXT back instead of returning a call, or literally take several days to call back - and when he did, he had NO UPDATE and was VERY RUDE.I was overcharged by the rental car company due to Shawns lack of communication about when my car was ready, and was told I would get that refunded in 3-4 weeks (on Aug 4). Well its October 20 and STILL NO REFUND. Excuses/LIES Ive received in reference to my refund include:-The invoice got lost by the girls at reception-they are waiting for finance in Dallas to settle my refund-Shawn literally left the company without communicating that he would be leaving so I have a new point of contact-Shawn left the company without resolving my refund before leaving-And now that I reach out to management for an update THEY DONT COMMUNICATE even though Ive left two messages in the last several weeks. I understand being busy, so I have given plenty of time and grace for them to get back to me, but literally have not heard a word back.Overall, this has been a HORRIBLE experience that I dont wish on my worst enemy. Horrible customer service, complete lack of communication, being lied to, being ignored, owed money, etc. Just dont go here. TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE.
I was there for a passenger side mirror and arm replacement. My first estimate adjustor failed to request the parts and had me show up for services with no part or notice in advance. Seeing my frustration, Adrian stepped in and took over my service order and did a phenomenal job with ordering parts and keeping me updated. This post would be 5 stars, but one bad apple spoiled it for the rest. Excellent repair service as well.
I had my headlights replaced and Fog lights installed on my 13 Fusion. The staff and Technicians are friendly and professional. I was kept updated on the progress. I have used Shamaley Collision Center in the past and will always return. Everyone takes pride in their service. When I got my car back, there was not 1 fingerprint anywhere. Shamaley Collision Center is the best repair facility I have ever been to.
I got in a car accident and Shamaley took over a month to get the right parts (or parts that weren’t damaged already) and installation properly adjusted.The first time I was told my vehicle was ready for pick up I had to turn around and say I won’t receive damaged goods. On the hood that was replaced I found a big deep scratch that happened while they attaching it to the hood. Also they forgot to attach the front license plate to the bumper yet reported to my insurance company that my vehicle was finished and was waiting for payment. I recommend not going to this shop for repairs. Instead go to your vehicle manufacture dealership.
Ivan Duran was absolutely professional and helpful with a very friendly personality. If you want the same great experience I had I would definitely suggest Ivan. 👍👍
Insurance company recommended this facility. I would not. Our car had minor cosmetic damage and a cracked windshield. Our service advisor (Ivan), did not pay attention to the issues with the car as we presented them. We were informed the car was ready and it was not. There was still a missing body panel and the windshield was not replaced. Ivan did not know the the windshield was not replaced and did not have a clue which body panel was missing. He insisted that we did not tell him about the missing panel and I checked my recordings on my phone and we had told him 3 different times about the panel. Poor attention span on Ivans part. A 2 day maximum repair turned to 3 weeks. Find a different body shop or just avoid Ivan.
The work performed was adequate but when I brought up a scratch/dent that was not there when I brought in my vehicle, I was told it was there. I asked for pictures of the vehicle before they started work and the damage was clearly not there before. I was dismissed with dumb comments like oh thats Normal wear and tear the woman went on telling me how she does this for a living and she doesnt know all the dents in her car. I think that was rude and condescending of her to compare herself to me.
The manager Sean was complaining unprofessional. The work was substandard. I would have been better off going south of the border. Stay away if you love your car!!!
Sean Hollars is amazing! We are moving cross country and my wife was in an accident. He squeezed us in immediately, accessed the damage immediately, and had everything in to the insurance company before the end of the day! Even my insurance company was impressed with how amazing and fast he is. Shamaley I’d give this man a raise and because of him I will always do business with you all.

We broke our side view mirror cover so we bought the replacement online but it didnt come painted. Was sent here by Subaru to get the part painted and Sean met with me quick and was awesome to work with. He got it done for me next day no hassle.

My wife was involved in a front end collision a few weeks ago. We decided to take our vehicle to Shamaley Collision Center. Our estimator, Ivan Duran, was professional and courteous when we dropped off our vehicle. He was understanding of our concerns with the repairs but assured us we would forget all about them after they were done. He was incredibly informative and even sent pictures of the progress. It really was a piece of mind seeing our vehicle being taken care of. There was a slight delay with the delivery of some parts which delayed the repairs but we were kept updated on the situation, which was greatly appreciated. We, also, kept in mind that we were in a pandemic and understood it was not Shamaleys fault for the delay of the parts. We could not be any happier with the results of our vehicles repairs. After a couple of hiccups the issue I was having was resolved in very respectful manner. I really appreciate the patience the guys have for there customers. I guess I was not the best customer and they kept there respect towards me. At the end I was amazed at the end product. I will take my other vehicle which is a corvette there for a good ceramic coat. Wonderful place to get your car repaired.
All of the repairs were not done and Ivan accused me of saying I didn’t want certain repairs done which didn’t make sense. Why would I say don’t fix damages from a accident. Also he made a decision on damages he thought didn’t happen in the accident. Totally dissatisfied with the end product. The rental service was the best part, no issues.
My wife was involved in a collision. Shamaley Collision did an excellent job of making her car feel like new again. There was some issues with getting parts in time so the repairs took a little longer than expected, but we were not too worried with it due to having an extra vehicle. I will use them again if needed.
Shortly after being in an accident, before even knowing if I was hurt or not and still on the phone with the police. I was bombarded by what I assume was an employee handing me a business card, pushing me to come to this body shop. Absolutely disgusting, a truly horrible way to represent your company, you don’t go harassing people who were just in an accident for your personal gain. If you want business then do good work and an insurance company would “prefer” you. Very distasteful and questionable antics!
Had to point out some missed cleanup, but I suppose that comes from being around body shops when I was a kid.The folks I dealt with, primarily a Mr. Duran, were professional and competent. I appreciated the attention.Viewed under a different light, the repairs that were intended to stop at the passenger door didnt. Maybe folks didnt tape off the rear passenger door, but it got sanded as well and will need to be painted. Maybe you guys would just go ahead and paint the entire car and fix my pin-striping?Ill be speaking to Mr. Duran soon.
Great work! I had my Ford Explorer in for collision repair. Ivan kept me up to date via phone call every step of the way and even offered for me to stop in to see the progress of the repair at anytime. I really liked the automated texts I also received updating me as the vehicle progressed through the repair process. I hope to never need collision repair again but if I do I will be calling Ivan at Shamaley Collision.

I got into a collision on Sept 3, 2020, dropped off my car on Sept 4th, picked up my car on the 25th, a Friday. When I got my car back the AC was not working. Unfortunately, the guy that checks the AC system was gone so I had to ride around all weekend in 80 + weather sweating. I then brought my car back that Monday for it to be looked at and later on that day got a call from Sean ( the collision estimator at Shamaley) saying the AC is working and to come to pick it up. Mind you, the long receipt that I received after I initially picked up my car on the 25th states that the AC was removed/replaced. Had the mechanic or whomever test drove the vehicle before calling the customer before telling me to come to pick it up I wouldnt be writing a negative review. So here it is May 2021 the AC is still inoperable. I took my car back to Shamaley on the 10th of MAY because for one its 90+ outside and I just would like to not sweat and for two I am pregnant and I just cant deal with this any longer. The AC started blowing hot on the driver side only back in MARCH. I got to the shop around 8 when they first open so I wouldnt have to wait but little did I know I would be riding around all week and weekend without AC. I picked up my vehicle On the 11th after I had to call several times to get an update and to be told its ready for pick up. I get my car and the AC is now blowing hot on both sides. I called the following day to inform Sean that its still not working. He says (oh we have to order a part). Not once was I offered a loaner vehicle or some way to work.We wouldnt be in this situation had the car been TEST DROVE by the mechanics before the initial pick up and or the pick up on the 11th.This is a big inconvenience. It is now the 15th and I still DO NOT have AC/ a way to work. If its 90 degrees outside its at least 106 inside of a vehicle.There is no way of knowing how long the part will take to come in or if they will install it right away or if it even got ordered the day that they said they would. Can’t take their word for anything clearly. I would not recommend the collision section of Shamaley Ford to anyone. I also will be telling BBB,. and USAA to recommend customers elsewhere. I’ve been overly patient and respectful this entire time.
I took my car into Shamaley because that is what my insurance recommended (gieco). As soon as I took my car into shamaley the shamaley adjuster told me it would take 8 to 10 days to have my car ready. That was a lie. 8 to 10 days turned into 30 days! I was given promised dates that my car would be ready just to be called and cancelling. This happened 5 times! They had me very frustrated! When I took it in I should of just been told the TRUTH. Its going to take at least a month not 8 to 10 days! They obviously tell you 8 to 10 days so that you wont take your car elsewhere. I would go pop in to see the actual condition of my car. The first time I went they had the back window and trunk door removed sitting outside at the lot uncovered, dirt and debrie was getting in my car then I called my insurance and told them, then shamaley covered it with plastic when they should of done it right away. Exactly 30 days later! after much frustration, my car was ready. They did good work except when they replaced a passanger window, the tint doesnt match the other windows. Its lighter. But im just letting that go because I dont want to have to wait another month to get it right. This is why I am rating them 1 star. Be HONEST to your customers. Dont give them promised dates you cant keep. Never will I go to shamaley collision again. Actually take it to the maker of your car. Shamaley is ford, I should of taken it to Kia. Lesson learned.

Thankfully my advisor Sean Hollars was able to make sure all of my issues were taken care of even though at times I might have been a little overbearing and persistent. Very poor quality work was done on the paint job on my vehicle, They try to cover it up by buffing up the body were the paint ran down. If they have quality control I guess they also dropped the ball by passing Inspection of the job before releasing it to the customer. I call management to advise them of my situation, they have not returned my call yet!! Therefore I would have to say this company takes your money and run!! Very unprofessional of a company that was recommended by myinsurance company!!! I will never again take a vehicle to be work on with unskilled personal!! Thank you for your sloppy work!!

The work was done perfectly. As far as the time it took, they didn’t comply with the time said. The reason for that was because the part my van needed came in defective. Therefor, they had to returned it and wait for the new part to get to the shop to installed it. Sometimes there’s things that are out of their hands. But they did their job pretty good.
Extremely unprofessional do not take your cars here unless you want permanent problems to deal with after. Had to take my car here for insurance on a dent on my fender. They removed my fender, door, mirror, and bumper. When I received my car my door panel was not on correctly. I told Ivan, the young man who “fixed” my car. He brought someone else to look at it and they both kept insisting it was fine but eventually took it back. After waiting to get it fixed they brought up my car but as soon as I opened my door the panel came off. I told Ivan again and he claimed it was from me leaning on the window. Ivan also said he could try to claim it on my insurance so they could cover a whole new panel but it would most likely get rejected. I asked to speak to a manager and Ivan said he was in a conference call and when I told him I would wait for him he changed it up and said they were about to close. After arguing with Ivan he finally brought up his assistant manager who immediately said my door panel was not placed on correctly. I took my car back the next morning and the issue seemed to be fixed. However my door now makes a cracking noise every time it is opened.
The service was high quality. The evaluation of the damages done to my vehicle was very thorough and they were able to find items beyond the cosmetic exterior of the vehicle. They handled it quickly and professionally. I will recommend Shamaley to anyone I know needs body work services. Thank you Team Shamaley!

09/25/2020It was a terrible experience. Shawn, was not helpful and very shady. He could have told us that they could start my car that had a dead battery, but knew I was going to get AAA to start my battery. My car bumper was supposedly replaced, but it looked only to have been fixed, but NOT a good job at all. Shawn was not helpful or sympathetic and our car was left in shambles. I will NEVER buy a car from Shamaley Ford, or take it to their collision center. I will never recommend this guys to anyone. Mary I.
My car was fixed. However the car make logo was barely hanging on, the inside of my vehicle was covered in dirt, there was some kind of sticky black mix in random parts all over my car, a car part was left inside my vehicle. When I addressed the issue with the agency they simply tried to brush it all off. In response to the black sticky mix they said that was odd because they don’t use that. They said they don’t clean cars, but I handed my car over clean. I didn’t even mention the extra car part or the fact that my gas tank was on empty. It was not a good experience and I don’t feel confident in the work done to my vehicle.
Incomplete work and was overcharged for rental. Decal on vehicle missing on one side. The completion date given by shop To insurance was 2 days prior than the day I was informed that vehicle was ready. Therefore insurance did not pay for 2 days of rental, so my credit card was charged.
I went to have a restoration of my Toyota Tacoma headlights per recommendation from my sister who is a very satisfied customer after her Mercedes was fixed there. I was so elated to find out that the moment I called to inquire about it the employee named Shaun immediately set me up for the next 30 minutes. I immediately went to have it seen by Shaun and before I know it he called me to see how it worked on one side. I was so satisfied with the work and how quickly he did it himself. The best thing about it he did it out of courtesy. My only regret is going home so happy of the outcome and not leaving a tip to Shaun because I did not have cash in my pocket. Thank you Shamaley Collision Center for having an employee like Shaun.
This place was used by my dealership because insurance wouldn’t pay the labor the dealer was charging and it turned out to be a great experience. They are efficient, prompt, polite, and very caring. They even got additional damage repaired at no additional cost. Definitely recommend.

I went in for a repair to my Ford Escape and was helped by Sean. He confirmed that the problem was what I thought it was, which made me feel good, but also clearly explained the repair process and my different options. When it came time to repair, I drove up, handed him my keys, and my car was fixed in around 15 minutes. Easiest car repair Ive ever dealt with.

The work that was done was excellent. They also did the work in a fair amount of time by not taking long. The entire experience was very positive. The one thing that could have been improved just a bit but definitely not a deal breaker was the communication. I had to call several times to inquire about the status when I had hoped they would call me to keep me informed. But overall, a very positive experience. I went with them because they were recommended by my insurance company. Was promised my truck back in 3 weeks it has now been 3 months. Still not ready Ive been lied to about things being done I go check up on it week later and no not done. They have given few extras. To make up for it at 2 months. Do NOT take your car here. I would give this place zero stars if that was possible. They told me my car would be ready mid August and I barely got it back in mid November. I understand that parts can get delayed but the communication was just not there. Good luck getting a hold of Joe because he’s at lunch no matter what time of the day you call & hardly ever calls back. On top of the horrible service they provided, I noticed a weird noise in my car when they finally gave it back. Had it looked at by a different mechanic and turns out one of my pulleys was about to give out. Had it did, my car would’ve been a goner. Not to mention they put my life in danger by giving me my car back in that state. Definitely going to speak to someone about what can be done because that is unacceptable!! Funny thing is, Joe said he heard the noise while test driving it but thought it was normal. Pretty sad that someone who knows absolutely nothing about cars was able to tell something was wrong yet they couldn’t...Says ALOT about their skills as “mechanics.” Save your time/money and just take it somewhere else.
This place has helped me at least 4 times and has always been 100 % over several years. Fixing vehicles after accidents or just upgrading, its always been great work! Anthony and Sean both did great with keeping me in the loop.

Terrible customer service. I called multiple times after my car was in the shop far beyond the estimate to repair hail damage. When I would call for an update, I was promised a call back and hardly ever received one. When I called to express concern that I wasnt receiving any information or the promised return phone calls, I was consistently told that they were busy. Too busy to provide decent updates or customer service means Ill take my business elsewhere in the future.

The work they did was excellent. The time frame that it took and the numerous repeated excuses was not a very good experience. Joe was the service agent handling my vehicle. several times he did not even return my phone calls finally ended up having to go down to the shop just to find out what was going on. I was out of a vehicle for several weeks and it started to affect my position and the company I am working for. When time came to pay my bill they offered no discount. I definitely will not use this collision shop again.

Great service and love how Enterprise is in the same installation since I was worried to be driving from one place to another. My car came out as nothing had happened and the paint job looks great! And feel so comfortable knowing it has a life guarantee on it as well. Would definitely go back (hope not soon lol)

Everyone at Shamaley Collision was very helpful, from when I parked my car to the receptionist, to Joe who helped me with my claim. Even the rental car person was friendly, quick and helpful. I dont hope to get into another collision, but if I do, Ill definitely take my vehicle back to Shamaley Vollision center.
The repairs took some time due to shipping of parts, but the staff at Shamaley Collision were very professional. They kept me informed on progress through multiple calls and once the work was finished the end product was outstanding. I am very happy with my experience with Shamaley and would recommend them to anyone needing auto repairs!
By far was the worst experience I have ever had at a collision center. I had a minor scrape on my quarter panel ( approximately a 2in by 3 in scrape) it only needed to be re painted there was no physical damage. I turned in my car everything seemed great. After picking up my car I looked at the paint and everything looked fine. It wasn’t until I went to get gas that I realized they broke the plastic inside my gas cap area granted this is a 2019 Honda Accord with less than 1k miles on it. After that I did a through inspection. I found all of the chrome was scratched where they failed to tape it off when they painted my car. More chrome by the window was dented and the plastic on the outside of the window was broken you can tell where the clips broke off and they just jammed it in there. I have cloth seats and there were stains on the back seat which no one had ever even sat in before. This all took about 3 months and 5 trips of me going back and fourth( 30 min drive from my house) with the collision center and my insurance company before I got everything fixed. In the end I am happy with the result but they have no customer service and will never call you. So if that’s the kind of thing you would like to deal with by all means give them a try.Also I would like to say the front desk is exceptionally professional. As for joe my advisor he was nice but never called me to inform me anything about my car I had to call multiple times or get my insurance company to cal to get a answer.
Brough it in for hail damage. Hail repair was fine but I also paid them to re-paint the hood. When I came to pick it up I found the new paint was full of sand. There is no way they didnt see it, they just hoped that I wouldnt notice. They knew I had to drive 6 hours to pick it up and my rental coverage was about used up so I would probably just roll over and take it. Do it right the first time or at least make it right before delivery. Wont be coming back here.
I have a 2012 Subaru WRX. These guys did a great job on replacing the entire front of the car. I seem to have bad luck with my car everywhere I go. I took my car to Caliber Collision 3 times and got it back in worse shape every time I picked it up. Caliber were fixing broken parts that werent broken when I took the car in. They even returned it to me with broken parts. Broken emergency brake, burned emergency brakes, broken passenger side strut, check engine light and check oil light. Patterson performance was a horror story also. Which I have written a lengthy review on their page. Anyway... I was nervous about taking it to Shamaley because of the bad experiences Ive had at other shops. Shamaley did a great job. Fixed everything. Even replaced aftermarket pieces correctly. Trimmed bumper to fit aftermarket large intercooler. I was so relieved that I got my car back looking nice and in the same working condition I left it in.
Excellent service and repairs! Thank you Anthony for taking car of my vehicle and for providing excellent customer service. It was also nice that I was able to get my rental from enterprise at the same time. Everyone was great.

Terrible experience. When I went to pick up my truck it was not ready. There were condoms in the backseat and an unknown white residue on the front and back of the passenger seat. When I spoke with the General Manager Stewart to file a complaint he laughed. This is Extremely Unprofessional and Disgusting!
Really great service from my advisor Anthony Avila. He fixed a part of my hood as a courtesy. Anthony and Shamaley will go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied!
