This place is TERRIBLE!!! I was promised original window and quality work. Instead I received dents and scratches all over an aftermarket window thats was replace. I contacted Pepe to allow him the opportunity to make things right and I have yet to hear back from him. The positive reviews must be from their employees or family... DO NOT BELIEVE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS. THIS PLACE DOES TERRIBLE WORK! THE BBB HAS BEEN NOTIFIED.

Do not go here if you want shoddy work and cheap prices. I replaced a back window on my vehicle and they left a ton of scratches on the paint and dented the sheet metal on the cab. It was if a gorilla manhandled the glass into place with no regards to protection of the vehicle. Save yourself the grief dont go here.

The gentleman on the phone was very helpful when I called to get a quote. I was nervous about hearing my final total but it was WAY less than I had budgeted for. I had my windshield replaced the same day which was just amazing (wait time wasnt long at ALL too!). Front desk woman was kind and professional. While waiting for my car, I spoke to another customer also waiting for his vehicle to get fixed and he had ONLY good things to say about this place and its owner. This made me confident that I chose the right place to get my windshield replaced. Thanks so much guys!

Let me start off by saying that they are not reliable and honest I think that about sums it up!!

Horrible service. Place looks like a junkyard. Spend the couple dollars more and go to a decent place for windshield replacement.

Absolutely excellent transaction. The best way to get to this shop is take a left on Consepcion, go through the light, and take a left onto Paisano. Dont be put off by the looks of the shop, the service and speed is what matters. I was quoted a price and a time of one hour, they completed it exactly in one hour. Pay cash if you want the lowest price quote. Definitely recommend. Martha and Mich were awesome to work with and the window team did a great job.

(I wouldn’t give it any stars, if possible) I took my car in to get the windshield replaced & the idiot that worked on it didn’t secure his job & while on the road a side panel which holds the windshield in place flew off, mind you another employee had already broken the other panel which I didn’t get compensated for. I immediately took it back to the shop where I was then told they’d replace the panel that flew off. After I was told the part would be in on a certain day, I called just to insure that I can take my car in & to my surprise, no part. THEN, I’m told the part would be in & ready on the 4th, this past Monday. When I called to verify, I was given the okay to show up to have my car repaired, then AGAIN, once there to my surprise, the part wasn’t there. Now, here I am 3 weeks later & Pepe, the owner to this circus, is now dodging my phone calls. Not only am I being ignored by him but each time I call this place or go by I’m having to deal with a rude & ignorant pencil pusher named Martha who claims to work their front desk. The face of this business, literally, is badly pierced & in my opinion, trashy looking with a mouth that sounds like it’s been out at sea for ages. This frustrating & inconvenient situation is the product of the work they produce at this shop. For someone whose livelihood this is & for the publicity this place gets, not to mention its 50/50 reviews, you’d assume they’d be more alert & careful with the work they are producing & more selective on who they choose to represent their business.

Was recommended by a friend to come here to get my window fixed and I am very satisfied . Great customer service, of course theres a wait to get your window fixed but they get the job done. Low prices. Great service. I will be coming here again.

Worst experience I have ever had doing business with anyone. I went and bought my part to save money and brought my car to them based off a recommendation. First the owner said they couldn’t finish the job that day because they needed to take my parts and “fix” them. I waited till the next day to bring my car only to be told they are too busy to work on it. They lied and said they would fix it the next week 6 months later and almost 12 attempts to fix my car and they are now lying and saying they lost my parts and the owner wasn’t return any of my phone calls. The lady at the desk is rude and doesn’t want to do her job. They are scammers and they will take your money.

They make up there prices best on mood. $135 for a small side panel window but a windshield for another lady coast her $125 and some other guys windshield was $100. Maybe my side window really coast that but those windshield for the others I dont know they both had the same car. Ford fusions

Got hit with a rock at 9 in the morning, said they were on their way 4 hours ago. Called said it wouldnt take more than 30 min. Never showed. Cant see anything. Thank you now i have to drive home like this.

I almost did not use Cuba Glass because of the reviews I read BUT I talked to a friend who buys and sells cars and he said hes alwZyshad good service and the lowest price of anywhere. I angered now and they were very nice and helpful in the phone and when I got here. Not sure if those bad reviews are real or posted by a competitor. Very happy I came here. The place is very busy but everyone is working fast! Get there early and the wait might be none. I came at 12 noon but still worth the wait. About an hour. The dealer wanted $657 not including labor. Cuba Glass $170!

Really good prices, exceptional customer service but I dont know about the actual installation. The gasket around the windshied does not still well. The top corners are lifted and are sure to leak. They said that if leaks they will fix it....but it would have been nice for them to have done it right to begin with.

Update at the bottom* Im still waiting for them to come repair my car window. I called Tuesday at 10am to ask for a quote and they gave me a reasonable price. Asked of they could come install the rear window on my car on Wednesday morning. By 10am Wednesday that had not arrived, I called and lady said they would be on their way. By 1pm I called and different lady answered the phone and said she didnt see any orders under my name or address. So she placed a new order and said someone would be on their way shortly. Its now 4:15 and their business is about to close and still no one has showed up. I wasted a whole day taking the day off now Ill have to take another day off because of their unprofessionalism. I have already called another place and this new place actually quoted me a better price and gave me an actual time slot of when he will arrive tomorrow. Im also trying to call Cuba Auto Glass to now cancel my order (if they even made one again) and line either just rings or I get a busy line. My advice is shop around, youll find better prices elsewhere. Cuba Glass has horrible serviceUpdate: the installer finally called me at 4:45pm. From 4pm to that time I had already started looking and found a company that offered a better price and specific time frame. So between 4pm and 4:45 I tried calling Cuba Auto glass to just cancel my order but their phone line was busy the entire time. When installer called I informed him I had been trying to cancel the order for the past 45 mins. I placed a call 11 times each time being busy. By 5:10 I received a call from the supervisor said he will personally come down to make sure its done first thing but I told him I had been trying to cancel for the past hour. He asked what price the other place gave me. I told him and he said they could match the price with a used window....no thanks. Why when I can get it new for that price from the other company. Cuba glass wasted my entire day and at least I dont have to waste a whole second day since I have a specific time from the new company Im going with. The new company even texted me a confirmation of my appointment time for tomorrow. Sorry but Cuba glass lost my business.

This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They lack professionalism at the very basic levels. I called on Thursday and scheduled an appointment for an install for yesterday(friday) at 1:30pm and they never showed up. Nobody even bothered to call. When WE called them at almost closing time, we were told that their truck had broken down and they would be here today at 9am. Again nobody showed up. At 10am I called them again and was told 15 minutes and then the lady tried to tell me that they came yesterday and we werent here. When I corrected her and repeated the story she told me yesterday about the truck, she got rude with me and said that they would be here in 15 minutes. At 10:30, again, we called and were told that she didnt know where the installers were or when theyd be here. At a little after 11, as we were on the phone with their competitor scheduling an appointment, they FINALLY showed up and it literally took maybe 20 minutes. We were put on hold for almost 24 hours with no phone call and not so much as an apology over a 20 minute job and for our troubles we were told that they would waive the sales tax. I plan to tell EVERYONE that will listen how bad this company is. Dont waste your time because thats ALL theyre going to do is waste your time. Its a shame because I wanted to like this company because they have decent prices, but if I have to pay a little more to not have this experience again, its worth it to me.

Called cuba glass as to replace my windshield on a dodge. They had it in Stock no need to wait for on a s.o. glass as promised it was installed between the window I was told. The techs were professional and got it done very quickly. I would recommend them if you are needing a windshield replaced.

When originally we called to ask for a quote and estimated time it would take to get the windshield replaced they told us it would take 1 and a half hours. When we arrived they later on changed it to 2 hours of wait time, brought the car at 9 and told they would call around 11:00. Around 11:45 we gave them a call to see if they were done they told us they had just started working on the car and told it would be done in 2 hours. Just to make sure we stopped by at 12 to see the progress, but we found out it was still in the same place where we left it in the morning. Upset we asked the receptionist what was going on and she looked like she didnt know what was going on until the guy in charge walked in and asked him what was going on. He told us they could start working on the car right away, told him they could have at least reached out to us to let us know it was going to take longer and what not, he told us he could have it done in an hour an a half. Since we lost all this time we decided to stay there to make sure they would get started. Seeing that we stayed they then started working on the car. Waiting in the office another couple walked in wroth the same problem and were told they had to wait an additional 2 hours. 1 hour and some change later they finished the car we payed and left to see where else we could WASTE the rest of the day.

They have any kind of windshield you want, expert service, but the place is a pigs pen, restroom are dirty the waiting area not clean, smells like very old news paper, the working conditions are a mess, workers working under a laminet roof not even air conditioned, cats all over the plase, like a topical Cuban place.

Horrible service. Fixed my broken side window. Left the broken glass in the inside of the door and the window not in the track. Went to get it fixed by them and was told they dont clean glass up and they dont warranty their work. It was there fault that the window was never fixed correctly!!! Said we would have to wait 2 hours to have it checked and pay to have it fixed!!! I would give ZERO stars if I could.

Called a day before to check on a glass. They said they has it. Next day I go they take my car in. They took my car in. There is no waiting room or even seats. I was outside in the sun and heat, took them over 2 hours then a truck with windshields appeared, turns out they went to pick them up.

Rude service. They said theyd call me within 4 days. They never did. I called on the 5th day. Just to be put on hold for 15 mins. Only to have them hang up on me. Twice they did this to me. I finally get someone to help me. They tell me my regulator is ready. I go the next day at 8am so as to be the first client. They tell me I have to wait 20 mins for the worker to come in. I wait for an hour, come to find out they lied and actually never had my regulator. They had to go buy it and bring it. Meanwhile Im wasting my morning, getting bit by mosquitos. I was there sharply at 8am and didnt get my vehicle until 9:20am. No apologies for the long wait or polite goodbye, just a here. Not coming back.

Was told 1 hour wait time. Took 4 hours. A lot of glass on my seats and stained my seats with the black glue. I told the front desk about it and blew me off. Really unhappy about the service. The low price wasnt worth it...

No professionalism, at least with the home delivery installation. Set up an order for the next day in the morning, in which I had to get off work early and run to get home in time and they never arrived. Called and the lady said the order had been set and that she was going to call to see where they were and return the call. Never got a call again. Just made me loose my time.
