Great experience with my first vehicle, but I was shocked at how little they cared when I came back to purchase another vehicle since mine had been totalled. A car was held for me ( the loan was approved) we were waiting for the claim with the gap insurance to be completed, I did all the steps I needed in a timely manner. The dealership took 3 weeks to deliver the documents to the GAP insurance, then the car which was listed at 20995 when I qualified was lowered to 18995 and sold. Total bummer.

GREAT customer service!!! Hector jumped through hoop after hoop for me!! After months of going back and forth, deciding if I actually wanted to purchase a Mercedes, I decided too. In less then a few hours Hector was answering any and all questions I had, he sent pictures, video etc. We live in a different city, 45 min away from the Mercedes dealership, and he was so accommodating with our time and our crazy busy schedule. If you are in the market for a luxury car and or SUV definitely check out Mercedes-Benz of El Paso, and ask for Hector!!! He will do whatever it takes to assist you in anyway possible!

Service department is par at best when needing help over the phone. It will take an appt which could be a month or two out to get a diagnostic test for a check engine light regardless if it is serious or not. If it is they tell you to take your car in and it can be there for days or even weeks. Not really the comforting feeling that you need when issues arise with your brand new car. You can take your car to an auto zone to get it checked but do not count on them to give you any type of suggestions other than needing to schedule an appt. They were not concerned for their customers well being not the reliability of a leased vehicle that they will look back at taking. A diagnostic test would take 10 minutes at most just to see what the issue is Mercedes El Paso, but it would give your committed customer a lot more faith and trust that you all are there to assist when needed for years to come.

I recently brought my Mercedes to Hoy Fox. I am a newbie customer as I recently relocated from Dallas to El Paso. Kudos to Loni for keeping me informed- but the customer service was less than impressive. I went to pick up my car- paid at the cashier- no one came out to meet me and discuss my vehicle- but the worst part- was I was handed my key and told to go find my car myself. So basically wander around in the 100 degree heat in a parking lot to retrieve my car that I had just paid 1400.00 for repair. Contrast that to the Charlie Nissan dealership on the West side where my husband had work done last week- where the service writer came out to see us, had our clean car brought up ( incidentally she had cleaned it inside and out), and told us if we had any issues-to please let her know. One would expect much more personalized service. Very disappointed.

Went there to get my check engine light checked out on my C300, this was Friday. The service rep said hes all backed up. Ok understandable, so I asked if he could schedule for Saturday or schedule in a few days. Nope, all backed up till October, are you kidding me. These guys cant check an engine light. What happened to Mercedes customer service? How sad.

I will never come back to this dealer again.I brought my car for an air bag recall and when they replaced it, they broke something that make the steering wheel lock in place. I told them and the said it was like that when i came in. I requested to speak to the service manager,William Estrada, he didn’t care, he told me it was like that and only offered 10% discount if I wanted to fix it. I can’t believe he is the manager, he does not want customer service means. Be careful with this dealership.

Just put the finishing touches on my new C300 from Mercedes-Benz of El Paso. Our salesman Isaac Flores was great to work with and provided excellent service even after our purchase. Isaac addressed any issue I had by phone or text promptly. During my purchase I requested an installation of a light up Mercedes star on the grill of my car. Isaac got me the part the next day and personally coordinated the installation with the service department. Their attention to detail reassured me that I made the right decision in purchasing a car from them.

I was quite pleased with the service I received while buying my new Mercedes. The salesman who worked with us, Hector Pereira, was there answering questions from start to finish. He went through all the mechanics of how to operate the vehicle and all the things a Mercedes has to offer. He took us out on a test drive and explained everything thoroughly. I did have to go back because I was so excited about the car that I forgot some things. He explained again. I would highly recommend Mercedes and especially this friendly and knowledgeable salesman. Manny took great care of us from the beginning. We first went to look at a CLA but then decided to take a GLE. The process from the beginning to the end were extremely smooth, all warranties and vehicle functions were explained to us, and most importantly not once did they make us feel pressured. Agustin was also very helpful and made sure we received the best interest rate. We will definitely be going back and will recommend Manny and Agustin to all our family and friends

Sales department is awesome but once you have your mercedez youll have a rude awaking with the service department. I have been to many service departments over the years but have never experienced this kind of horrible service before. They scratched my vehicle, didnt get it fixed right, stole my car manual out of the car and just were generally treating me like I was too much of a hassle to deal with. My concerns were never addressed and thats their so called service... RUN!!!

Spoke to Joe Montelongo at the service shop. He does not care about taking care of his customers. He didnt even called me to let me know that he does not have an ETA time on my tire. I had to call him to ask him about the status. I did wait about 4 hours for a return call. I ask to speak to the general manager and his response nobody is available to talk to you. I can transfer you to the shop foreman? Like really poor service

The staff is nice. But for a Mercedes Benz dealership the environment/support/service is horrendous. I’ve gone to other dealerships where if you have an issue they can see you same day with lots of great amenities such as couches,snacks,drinks,tv’s and this dealership feels like I’m waiting at a jiffy lube. On top of that it’s always by appointment that are 2-3 weeks out and if you have serious engine troubles (like i did) you are SOL. I never thought I’d see the day where a Ford dealership out preformed this dealership in just about every way. It is a shame that a dealership that sells “high end” cars provides the worst for its service department and guests. If you want to see what I mean take a peek over at the Austin or Dallas dealership. Top quality service, unlike El Paso’s.

Kevin Barnes was so welcoming when we walked in. He listened to what our family needed and showed us some options. Once he found out that the GLE 350 was what we wanted, he showed us all that the vehicle had to offer. More importantly, he wasn’t afraid to show off the vehicle’s sounds system in the showroom, the power during the test drive, and overall just what the car was equipped with! Although I purchased my Mercedes Benz vehicle out of town (because I didnt live in El Paso), I am appalled by how rude their service operator, Monica, was on the phone when I was scheduling my first service appointment at Mercedes-Benz of El Paso. There was absolutely no courtesy, no manners, or anything positive with my interaction with her. She even asked if this was my first time taking the vehicle there, which I answered, Yes it is. Instead of using my answer as a sign to better explain how they work, she continued to be short until I told her she didnt need to be rude to me. To which, she argued back and insisted she was not being rude! I am always pretty understanding with most establishments, but arguing with a customer about being rude proves my point. Mercedes Benz is considered a high-end brand for a reason, both in engineering and (supposed to be) with service as well. First impressions matter. My first impression with this place is extremely poor. Very disappointed.

I just leased a 2020 GLE 450. My sales consultant was Mr Leslie Fleischer. I’ve been buying or leasing with Mercedes for more than 15 years. I am a very busy physician but Mr Fleischer Has always excelled in accommodating me and making sure that the buying experience is an enjoyable and smooth one. Everything went very smooth and easy, from the ordering of the vehicle, to the signing of the financial paperwork. Mr Fleischer called me several times and kept me informed of the production start date until final completion of the vehicle. Driving through El Paso in our small RV on a MB Sprinter Van chassis. Rear turn signal faulty, working sporadically. Loni Miller was our Service Advisor. She squeezed us on in a Friday afternoon. Mike was the super friendly Tech who took apart the light assembly, changed the bulb and clipped it in (former bulb was not properly clipped - likely the problem). We were on our way in 50 minutes. Very happy campers! That’s customer service!

While traveling in New Mexico our Mercedes RV, the engine light came on with 10 engine starts left. We made a special trip to El Paso to this Mercedes dealership for service. I read the reviews and saw that they people in our same situation stopped there and were in and out squeezing them in between appointments. These reviews made my decision easy to come here. First thing Monday morning we stopped here. I was directed to one of the service consultants who told me to leave the RV there and they would get to it in a couple of days. I told her our situation and she said we cant just jump to your situation, you need a appointment. She would not help us so we left.

While driving from Phoenix to Houston on the I-10, I had a blowout. When I went to put the spare on, the correct spare lug bolts were missing. I called Mercedes Roadside Assistance and the car had to be towed 3 hours to the El Paso Mercedes dealership. Because of the location, I had to wait four hours before the tow truck showed up. This was at 1:30am until 8am when we got to the dealership. I had to have the tire replaced, I met the service advisor Yolanda Loni Miller. She was able to locate a tire they didnt have and have it immediately installed for me. Then when I went to the parts department to get the correct lug bolts for the spare, they were out of stock. I had told Loni that we were driving from Phoenix to Houston to help my friends family in the flood as well as other volunteering. When my car was ready Loni brought me 5 used lug bolts so that I wouldnt have to worry about having a flat and not a spare during this mission. She really went out of her way and her customer service was some of the best Ive ever had. If ever an El Paso I definitely recommend seeing Loni for any of your Mercedes service needs.

Service advisor Joe did not care and did not offer to find a solution to the problem. All he said was I dont have a loaner, I dont have shuttle service and I dont have the tire. Go home and call the road side to bring us the car back. Joe did not even offer to put air on the rest of the tires. Very bad service.

Very unhappy with their service department. My husband took in his vehicle yesterday because the front right tire was not holding air. He came straight to work and was there for hours. They eventually told him there was a nail in the tire and it had to be replaced. Okay, what a relief, the problem is solved... Wrong, we get in the car this morning and the tire pressure light comes on and its telling him his tire is at 0. We get out and we see that the tire is flat. He takes it back to the dealership and they tell him they will be lifting the vehicle to see what the problem is, which is what they told him they did yesterday. So it turns out it was a different wheel that had the tire that had a nail which Im glad we were able to replace but this time it turns out his rims were cracked on the front right wheel. Which is no fault to the dealership, but if they had lifted the vehicle yesterday and checked ALL four tires like they told him then why was it not caught and fixed? Now they have to order his rim which will not be available until next week and they cannot even give him a loaner vehicle for the meantime. Im just very disappointed in the shoddy job, they missed what they were supposed to do and now my husband is left without a vehicle

I love my new 2020 Jetta R-line. Kudos to Volkswagen for bringing the R-line mated to a 6 speed manual transmission and also the xds lock differential, those are my favorite features of the car. I definitely recommend Carlos Orozco, he was very patient and explained me EVERYTHING about the car, what a nice guy he is. The experience of buying my car at Hoy VW was almost great. The only downside was the finance manager, he seemed to be in a hurry and all he wanted to do was taking us out of his office. Not very professional for someone in the finance department in my opinion.

My wife took her C300 to get the tire pressure sensor fixed on 08/01/2019. The staff was very friendly and professional. The mechanics fixed my wifes car in a short period of time and even washed her car when they were done. Not a good experience in their service department. I left without doing service with them. Will not return.I didn’t even get as far as getting a quote on my service because I felt the service writer didn’t care too much about me because my vehicle was older. WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME!!! Yesterday I scheduled an appointment for today at 2pm clearly stating that I would be waiting on my vehicle. Today as I am turning the corner to the dealership, at 1:50pm, I receive a call from the service rep informing me that he was UNAWARE that I wanted to wait on my vehicle (clearly stated when making the appointment) and that there was no way they would be able to service my vehicle and return it to me today. Instead that I could just leave it there until sometime tomorrow, whenever Im guessing they could get to it or reschedule for another time. My issue is the timing of the call to inform me! After driving 30 mins and with the dealership in plain sight this is what I am told!! All I can say is WOW REALLY!!!

We’re from the San Antonio area and drove our 2018 GLC300 Coupe 4-Matic to El Paso. I stopped in to get a car wash and car was ready in less than 30 min. I want to thank Loni Miller for getting us in and out so quick. Great service!!!
