Brought my Mini Countryman in for an odd issue that was diagnosed by another mechanic who didnt feel comfortable tackling the job. It was a pricy fix but its been two weeks and so far so good. The staff is friendly and professional, very communicative. Thanks again!
Much different level of customer service. Called service dept. to inquire about a service package; person on other end of phone seemed as though they did not want to help, completely indifferent. Folks seemed friendlier at BMW/Mini :-(
In July, parts were ordered over the phone by a family member of mine for my car since I was attending a funeral. The dealership staff claim that over the phone they mentioned that parts were non-refundable. That is not the case. Please review your recorded phone conversations. We were not aware of this policy and were not told of this over the phone. There is a lack of communication going on with this dealership. We arent use to this type of mini service. Is it because this location is new? We would like to speak to the owners (Garcias?). Thank you.
Judy is the best. While traveling, our Mini ran out of batteries and I had to get it towed to Mini of El Paso. She help calm my fears of the worst major problems. Her knowledge of the safe city was honest and reassuring. The service is very friendly and top notch. Judy was kind enough to provide a loner. They took the day to address the issue and did a point inspection to make sure we’d be safe on our journey home. We are safe with no problems. The cost was average for battery replacement. There’s no price for a peace of mind and superb service. Best place to take your MINI.
Ive called twice, left 2 voicemails (one last week, one today) also tried scheduling online with service department 3 weeks ago. Apparently these people don’t want my money/business.Maybe it’s just me but if you’re looking to get a service done on your mini you might want to try somewhere else.
I loved this place when it was owned by group 1, but now I called parts at mini and some guy Ruben was rude and didn’t help me at all. All I wanted was a price for my tire and he wouldn’t help me, super rude. Went and bought tires somewhere else.

Marco was an excellent help for my wife and I as we bought a new Mini Cooper. We were prepared to order a custom build because we couldnt find the perfect model on the lot, but he persisted and found the car that met our needs. Then when we were finalizing the purchase, he helped find us a rebate and got us a better financing rate than what our bank had originally offered.
My experience at El Paso Mini was extraordinary. I was treated like I was the only customer they had. The technician working on my car did a very thorough job with extreme attention to detail. I received a call every day from the Service Advisor and was given updates so I knew what was going on with my car at all times. The staff were allVery pleasant to work with and I was very happy with all the attention I was given. Overall, it was the best relationship I’ve ever had with a dealership.

Stopped by Mini of El Paso as my Copper S was having an issue. Once again, these folks led by Judith, my Service Advisor, quickly and efficiently took care of the problem. I was offered a loaner which I declined as my car was promised to be ready in a short while and it was. I was given the opportunity to discuss the issue with the mechanic who worked on my car and she (Magda) clearly explained all of the details to me. All in all a wonderful experience and a great place to have your car serviced.

Chris Guzman showed patience and professionalism when I was disappointed with the price it cost to get my vehicle back to standard. In comparison to the total price, he was able to get his management to approve a small discount. No complaints from me there! Dont buy used from them. Better yet go somewhere else. Bought a used 2017 Kia Sportage with 36000 miles. Check engine light turned on within a week. Took it back it mysteriously turned off. Within 3 months motor burned out. Not their problem. KIA not willing to fix.
Ms Judith Albert displayed great customer service and answered any questions that I had. The technician Eric explained all the issues he discovered with my Mini and I was amazed with both of their knowledge.
I love this place. They really go the extra mile (no pun intended) for their customers. They have snacks and drinks available. They even paid for my Uber so I could get errands done while I was waiting for my car to be serviced. They really make you feel like royalty there. Also Judy is so sweet and accommodating!

Absolutely the worst service from the financial department. I bought a car in 2016 in full & was never given my title, instead they put that bmw still owned the car. When I went to trade in my car in San Antonio & found out about their mistake they refused to help & fix it & be corporative when my sales advisor tried to call them. One financial advisor was very rude to my parents & the manager gave me the run around every time I called or just didn’t pick up my calls. At one point when I asked to speak to someone they transferred me to the mini of Houston where a gentleman there was more helpful. Ultimately a bmw customer service representative helped me receive the title. Mini of El Paso is all too eager to have your service but when it comes to helping the customer after you’ve left, you cannot count on them.
Very good and easy experience. Jonathan took just the right amount of time to help us look at options. He did not leave us waiting in limbo while he “talked to a manager”, which we appreciated. We did not feel rushed to make a decision. We would recommend Jonathan and Mini of El Paso to anyone interested in a Mini.

Shopping for a new car always starts a little annoying because it feels like the sales advisors never want whats best for you they just want the sale. When I went to Mini of El Paso I didnt expect the service that I received. Dewayne is an exceptional sales advisor. The day I fell in love with my mini cooper we walked away but had to come back. The whole time I didnt feel pressured to have to take the cooper home that day. Dewayne really helped me out in finding the best deal possible. The financial advisor was also very courteous in helping me bundle the gap insurance as well as other packages and helped me get the best deal. I love my new mini cooper and since buying it I have been to see the service advisors for minor things. Judy is amazing, she lent me a loaner cooper to run my errands no questions asked and I returned the loaner at my convenience. The staff employed at mini of El Paso are all very friendly and always greet you with a smile. After experiencing such wonderful service I dont think Ill ever buy another vehicle from anywhere else other than from Mini and BMW of El Paso. Thank you all and keep up the great work!

I received awesome service (again) when I went in for a broken passenger side mirror. They didn’t have the part in, gave me a loaner car, and called me back in 3 days later when my car was fixed. It was that simple.I really enjoy the service at the mini station. The staff has been consistently supportive, responsive and accommodating (not to mention they are genuinely nice people).
