Outstanding customer service!! The staff is awesome and extremely helpful! I called for information on a part and the gentleman was patient and researched his information to make sure I have the right part. Since they didnt have it they ordered the part for me. When I called to see if the part came in, a lady helped and she extremely helpful l, too. She placed me on hold to make sure the part was in and came back on the phone to let me know they were still looking, and I wasnt even on hold for long. When I arrived at the store to purchase the part I order another gentleman helped me, and again the customer service was above and beyond. I interacted with 3 different people and all of them had a great attitude and offered great service. Whoever is managing this place is doing an outstanding job. I had to write this review because I called several Autozones and Oreilys and all of them were not very helpful. The part I was looking for was unavailable at all the locations I called. NAPA was the only one that offered to get it in right away. Although they are across town (for me), from now on i will first look to purchasing my part at this location.

NAPA Auto Parts has some of the best electrical parts youll ever find. Something you might not know is they carry automotive paint very inexpensive. And they were one of the first people into base coat clear coat paint production. Napa Carrizo dont own brand of tools they are very high quality anything you buy it Napa is pretty much lifetime warranty. One thing I really like about Napa they absolutely have the most knowledgeable people there are.
