AMAZING MECHANICS‼️

If you own a European car then you need to see Victor. His guys will get your car squared away and make you smile at the performance you were missing. Had to pull the Mercedes engine due to manufacturing defect in the balancing shaft sprocket, replaced intake manifold, timing chain and guides. Also replaced struts, anti-sway-bar, and air-pump. Had a door replaced with side of car repainted. A little money well spent and these skilled technicians brought my German machine back to life. Thank you European Performance. 6 STAR SERVICE AND PRICEThey got my 2006 Mercedes Benz C230 in and out short notice when the dealership said they wouldn’t touch it! Price was UNBEATABLE and I shopped around!!!! They did a brake job and a Mass Air Flow Sensor replacement! I couldn’t be happier! I am only coming here from now on!!!!

Great service! Victor was absolutely amazing in helping with issues I was having with my 2013 c250. He was in the middle of doing another task and he stopped to assist me and scanned my car with his OBD2 scanner. Very professional and very clear and explaining the issues and made recommendations that WORKED!! I wouldnt hesitate to go see him again and you shouldnt.

Excellent service by Victor on my Mini. I requested the work to be done by a certain time and it was ready one hour early. Id really recommend this place. Good pricing. Ill be coming back for more work when I need it.

We broke done about 80 miles east of El Paso Tx. Main serpentine belt on our Mercedes. We contacted the tow company and did not go with their suggestions, but through providence found European Performance. They diagnosed the problem in seconds, tensioner and belt, but it was already closing time. They promised to fix the car by before noon the next day. They were so kind to give us a ride to our hotel and even picked us up when the car was ready. Victor and his team are the best! The repair was cost was a very reasonable price and they had us on our way before noon as promised. I highly recommend these guys. They are fair, honest, and reasonable!!

Terrible. They have no respect for anyone or anything. ** Updated after response: Dash cam footage available of your employees driving recklessly with other peoples property. Also, we did not harass anyone. We are working with the city representative. Photo attached. I dont know what you mean by fake account. Happy to send you dash cam footage if you would like it. Almost being driven off the road by your employees prompted review. If you accept the video Ill remove review. I trust you would handle in house.

Id highly recommend European Performance. I use them to buy my car. They check out two BMWs for me for free and gave the best recommendation on which one was the better buy. I get all my services done with them. They will give the truth about cost upfront. Check them out.

European Performance are professionals who work hard at a fair price. Very skilled with the European brands and much more accurate in their diagnosis than a dealer. Victor and his crew fit you in even when their non-stop schedule is busy. I would not take a European car anywhere else in El Paso.

I recommend this place. I usually take my vehicle to Firestone on the Military Base because I don’t trust mechanics. I’m from California and have trust issues; however, a couple of fellow Soldiers kept telling me to take it and luckily I did. Victor (bilingual) was pleasant to speak to, told me why was sting with it and fixed for a resinable price. I will be taking my BMW back for future services.

This place is a fraud, please if you don’t want to get ripped off like I did and don’t wanna have to sue someone, do not ever take your car there, I took them my Mercedes c250 to be fixed. They charged me 2200 and I took the car worse than it ever was. The owner victor is a shady and a fraud guy, he wouldn’t reply messages or pick up the phone while he had the car there, and my guess is that they Tried to fix it but couldn’t and made it worse. They gave me the car back with the same camshaft problem and more engine issues, they even messed up the coolant system in my car and the car died on me before I even got home. I will be filing a lawsuit against the shop and it’s owner in the next few weeks. Again they claim to know how to fix those cars and they have no clue.

One of the most customer friendly places Ive been. They go above and beyond to service your vehicle and ensure there are not any additional issues that could occur. I recommend their services and will let them work on my BMW any time!

Went to replace brakes acted supicios talking about jamm it in i was so heart broken i feel as a single mother you should be a litttle sensetive repair everything with dignity ..pls do not break or remove parts fom one to fixanother....

Victor and his crew are very respectable and work on my 2008 mini cooper in a timely manner. They are my go to mechanic info ever have problems with it.

I took my Audi since it said it was overheating on the dashboard sensor and they said they can run a diagnostic, so I left them my vehicle over night since it was half an hour till the shops closing time so they could go through the diagnostic early in the morning and call me to see what could be done to fix it.They ended up telling me it was the water pump and would run around $800 so I told them ok thanks Ill just pick up my car in the afternoon since I didnt have that type of money but then they wanted $100 for adding sensors that I had already told them are new and never even told me they would add sensors with my permission. The mechanic got mad and started yelling back and hung up on me.I picked up my car and it started creating smoke and spilling all the antifreeze which never did before I brought it to this place. Come to find I see a hose that was left loose.Bad customer service and very unprofessional I highly recommend not taking any of your vehicles here

Start to finish a total disaster!I went to this shop because they were recommended by GPS automotive when they closed down. I thought to myself Its only a power steering pump what can they screw up? If i had only known!!To start with the power steering pump had to be paid for up front in full (650.00). That should have been my first clue at what would follow. A professional shop will never want money up front. A professional shop always charges you on satisfactory work completion. They didnt even have the courtesy to tell me it had arrived. I had to come by in person.I found out later that they had also damaged my chassis pans by using a floor jack without the proper jack point attachments for Mercedes. I still havent saved up enough money to pay for those!!The radiator hose leaked before I ever left the shop. Unbelieveably, they were adamant that the o rings used in the radiator hose installation are not one time use and, additionally, that ANY yellow anti freeze will work. Both are absolutely wrong!Four miles later the radiator hose came off the radiator on I 10 dumping all the antifreeze!After towing, a complete flush, 2 gallons of the correct antifreeze and new o rings for the radiator Im back on the road.Honestly, I dont know whats worse. Their ineptitude (and a total bill of 906.00 followed by a break down after 4 miles) or my stupidity for allowing them to work on my Mercedes when they are so clearly clueless.Think twice before bringing your 60,000 dollar BMW, Lexus or Mercedes to these guys for anything. .......
