Took my boat to get some work done and I received a call back within a day and they let me know what was wrong with the boat. I was given an estimate and agreed to it. I picked up the boat four days later and took it to lake. It ran good and stronger than ever. They did what they said they would do and they charges were fair. I will definitely recommend them.
You know, this is partly my fault for thinking that using a boat repair shop in the middle of the desert was a good idea. I was wrong. I took my old boat in for a sea-worthiness check in May - with guidance for any repairs to being make it run, make it float. Spent $1600 to make it run and make it float. So, I got the boat back, and took it to the lake - it did not float (almost sank), and it did not run. Took it back to said boat shop, after 3 months with no contact from this shop, I am told that the transom is rotten. You would think that they would have found that during the initial inspection, not after $1600 of repairs were done (being that is a pretty primary inspection point - the entire BACK SUPPORT OF THE BOAT). Regardless, got none of my money back, and I still have a boat that doesnt float, and it doesnt run. If I could give them no stars, I would. Run away...
If you have $2000, like to bend over, and dont mind them damaging your property without them telling you until you notice (they wont fix it) Well this is the place for you . Took my boat before 4th of July spent $1600. Took family out to tell them boat didnt run. Brought it back again spent $600. And cant guarantee me on the water after $2000. My backseat was torn because of them working on my motor he says they dont cover damages like that . Dont take your boat here unless its your last resort. Read other reviews as well. I understand fixing boat can be expensive but this place of business isnt right.
Took my boat a year ago in to get it lake ready. I received a call letting me know that my boat would not start and they recommended a new outboard and said they had some available. I picked up my boat and took it home. I am no mechanic but decided to look at the outboard myself and check the electrical components at least. I discovered a wire was broken off its wire connector I reconnected the wire to the connector and Whalla! It turned on. LOL I called while the motor was running so they could hear it and told them what had happened.Instead of getting my 60 bucks back for a failed check I was just told Well Ill be damned. Dont take your boat here its obvious that either the mechanics there are amateurs or I was getting hustled to by a new outboard from them. Not only that but upon taking my boat to the lake my prop almost fell off because someone at the shop forgot to put the lock nut on the prop.
Dont do it, ran across these guys a few years ago, the boat never ran right.
Staff was friendly, and they fixed my part in one day.
