I bought a LEER camper shell and then had you remove one of the leaf springs from my 2014 Nissan Frontier. I am just informing you that the removal of that spring has worked out very well for me and my dog. She can get in the truck without assistance and it is also easier for me to get in and out. Bad experience. I came in to buy a tonneau cover for my truck. Picked out a decent used one not a bad price. Asked if they could lower so as a military discount they offered no tax with cash (tax evasion?). Well I happened to be in the middle of a PCS move and stopped in earlier around 0800 rather than 1500 when I was scheduled to see if I could get it done sooner. When I asked the crooked toothed male associate if he could install in a half an hour he had a hissy fit and started giving attitude. I couldnt believe the way this man toddler behaved himself but shouldnt really be all that surprised after watching him abuse a customer verbally the day before. He told me Oh now you want me to install it on your time?! You want this you want it that way what is it?! Im not sure why he was acting like I was breaking up with him. Super weird. Good deal or not I will not give my hard earned money to a business that allows infantile employees to flaunt their bubble lip baby attitudes.Reply:I absolutely understand why you would write such a lengthy rebuttal to my poor review, I do not feel a business deserves to be tarnished by one employees poor performance. However I strongly disagree that you invoke the Army Values or Soldiers creed as if you were somehow in a position to do so. You are a business and should conduct yourself as such. I am a customer and should be treated as such. I do not expect that I get special treatment because of my profession, just equal treatment across the board which perhaps maybe it was as I saw this man badgering another customer as well an a different visit. You handled a customer situation poorly. Deal with it guy. As a business that deals in customer relations on a daily basis one would think that you would look for a why did this happen rather than a who can we blame this on. Not only did you fail as a customer service representative, but you also cannot admit your mistake and even worse insist it is the customers fault. You seem to work harder at finding someone to blame than you do at resolving the actual issue. This is an example of poor leadership. Your post is a public representation of American Campers position on a customer issue and you handled that poorly as well. The woman who was helping me was very kind and informative. Yes I visited several times as I do like to be sure of a purchase. I came in early and requested an earlier time of course I had the time, demanded is an exaggeration and another dramatic attempt to pass blame, that I understand and am not surprised that you would make in your defense because lets face it harsh criticism sucks. But like I said deal with it, and hopefully by my words you think for a moment next time before you conduct yourself in a disrespectful manner with a customer or person in general for that manner.Respectfully,TDMy words do not reflect that of the United States Army but are of my own opinion.

Not happy with the product or the service. I should have bought a Leer shell from someone else instead of an ATC shell from American Campers.
