Excellent customer service. Very knowledgable. My daughter called late on a Saturday that she needed a battery for her recently purchased used car. She couldnt afford a $100 battery. I didnt have time to first go and remove the bad battery and she couldnt tell me what size the motor was. I showed Juan a picture of the motor and he immediately identified the right battery for her car. I was able to take the old battery back a few days later and recover the $10 core fee.

I been a customer for 5 years already...and batteries are working great...even if its refurbished...i think it has 3 or 6 months warranty...thats better for a 40 to 50 bucks for a battery...of course depends on your car model

Beware scam! Beware of this bussiness battery sellers charging a suppossed out of state tax and no prior notice. Report this abuse.They charge a supposed state tax charge and it is a fraud plus the tax is included. What is not tax 8.25% is already found by law. They charge two kinds of taxes completely fraud. The batteries do not come out very good I leave on the ruined road and it was the battery that was defective.Beware of sellers out of state tax. Its a scam. I was charge the tax and a state fee without prior notice. Its against the law ... fraud.
